Our "Simply Incredible" All Inclusive Package for up to 50 guests starts at $18,500. This price Includes Reception space, Ceremony site, Bridal suite, Grooms Cave, taxes and gratuities, full planning and event coordination, design session, tables and chairs, linens, catering, cake, fresh flowers, DJ, uplighting, chandeliers, twinkle lights, ceremony site decor, reception decor, bar with a variety of mixers + bartender, parking attendant + private security, setting up and breaking down and much more! With our Simply Incredible Package, you will have the stress-free wedding of your dreams.
Facilities and Capacity
Numerous ceremony and reception sites allow you to find the ideal location to exchange vows and celebrate the joyous day.
The Ancient Oaks location is filled with mature oak trees. This canopy of trees creates a secluded and magical place full of vintage and elegant décor.
Exchange vows on the Love Lock Bridge that is inspired by European architecture. Add your love lock to the bridge, like the tradition in Paris, France.
The Enchanted Garden Chapel is also designed to reflect a European aesthetic, along with what the venue describes as Tudor-inspired wood doors and marble columns.
Our newest ceremony site is Infinity Forrest with a circular arch.
You and your guests can enjoy mingling and a cocktail under the Pergola-covered outdoor patio or on the 1,800-square-foot patio covered by the extended roof of the attached building. This patio can be turned in a plan "B" for your ceremony ( if it rains) so don't need to spend additional $3,000 or more to rent a tent!
Gather inside for a reception under vaulted ceilings and an elegant chandelier. A reception space to host up to 200 people is fully airconditioned The Ranch House. Similar to other locations, the European and Tudor fashion of the location is highlighted by rustic wood beams, French crystal chandeliers, and the warmth of twinkle lights. All spaces offer the opportunity to decorate to reflect what you envision for your wedding event.

Bakers Ranch isn’t just a venue—it’s where dreams become reality, and ours exceeded every expectation. From the very first planning call to the last dance, the entire process was seamless, stress-free, and downright magical.
Our lead planners, Cheyenne and Maria, were incredible. They’re the perfect blend of professional expertise and genuine excitement—like having your most thoughtful friends guiding you through the beautiful chaos of wedding planning. Cheyenne went above and beyond for me: I had endless questions and late-night emails (so I wouldn’t forget a single detail!), and she always honored my thought process. She even scheduled extra time for our weekly meetings to make sure every part of my vision was heard and brought to life. Maria matched that energy perfectly—their partnership made everything feel effortless and joyful.
The team’s collaboration with our vendors was flawless. We had a large 9-piece band, and they loved the setup and vibe just as much as our guests did. The catering partnership is truly special too—a small, family-owned business that made us feel like family. I’ll never forget the honor of having the caterer owner personally deliver our dinner to my husband and me during the reception. It was such a touching, personal touch.

Seamless Process for a Phenomenal Experience
Throughout a majority of the planning process, I was traveling for work in a completely different state. It sure didn’t feel that way with how helpful the staff were with planning this wedding down to the last detail. The multitude of options for decorations, sub-venues (the options for the ceremony), and vendors along with all the optional packages made Bakers Ranch a perfect choice! It gave us a lot of freedom to make our wedding truly our own.

Dream Wedding!
We had our wedding on 2/1/2026. We had an amazing experience with Baker's Ranch, from the first day of my tour, to the multiple meetings and phone calls scheduled throughout to help guide us through the planning process. Missy was our coordinator and I truly am so grateful to have had her there to help ease my worries and make the entire day run smooth. Although I was initially stressed out due to weather factors (FL decided to take a cold plunge and drop into the 30's on our wedding day which we planned to be partially outside), Missy helped to address any fears or concerns that I had and kept me calm (and warm) throughout-- the day ended up being perfect, and we truly had such a wonderful experience at such a beautiful venue. We got so many compliments from our guests & family. Can't recommend Baker's Ranch enough!

Wedding of our dreams
From the moment I toured Baker’s Ranch, I knew it was the perfect venue for our special day. The entire process was seamless and completely stress-free—especially impressive considering we planned our wedding in just six months.
The team went above and beyond every step of the way. Missy, Jeremy, and Charlotte were truly amazing, and Eddie and I are so grateful for all the care, effort, and attention they put into making our wedding day everything I’ve dreamed of since I was a little girl.

Best venue
I cannot say enough good things about Bakers Ranch. From the day we signed our contract to our actual wedding day, they made the whole process so easy. We didn’t have to stress out about finding a bunch of different vendors - they even had suggestions for the vendors that they do not include. They kept us on schedule on our wedding day so we could enjoy it instead of worrying that we were missing the time for something important. Cheyenne was amazing in the entire planning process - she helped us make our dream wedding day come to life. You won’t find a more beautiful venue in the area with such amazing people who actually care about you and how your day turns out. Could not recommend them enough and if we had to do it all over again we 100000% would pick Bakers again

You won’t be disappointed
I could not have been happier with my experience with Bakers Ranch! From the moment we booked with them, their flow and efficiency was SO APPRECIATED! My husband and I had our wedding during both of our busy seasons at work, but we were able to do so because of how much the Bakers Ranch team does and supplies. As the bride, I did not have to worry about a thing on the big day. A special shoutout to Cheyenne! She did an incredible job keeping things running smoothly but also finding times the entire day to check on me and my family to make sure we were happy and taken care of. This was truly the wedding of my dreams and it is because of this place. You won’t be disappointed.
