Our "Simply Incredible" All Inclusive Package for up to 50 guests starts at $18,500. This price Includes Reception space, Ceremony site, Bridal suite, Grooms Cave, taxes and gratuities, full planning and event coordination, design session, tables and chairs, linens, catering, cake, fresh flowers, DJ, uplighting, chandeliers, twinkle lights, ceremony site decor, reception decor, bar with a variety of mixers + bartender, parking attendant + private security, setting up and breaking down and much more! With our Simply Incredible Package, you will have the stress-free wedding of your dreams.
Facilities and Capacity
Numerous ceremony and reception sites allow you to find the ideal location to exchange vows and celebrate the joyous day.
The Ancient Oaks location is filled with mature oak trees. This canopy of trees creates a secluded and magical place full of vintage and elegant décor.
Exchange vows on the Love Lock Bridge that is inspired by European architecture. Add your love lock to the bridge, like the tradition in Paris, France.
The Enchanted Garden Chapel is also designed to reflect a European aesthetic, along with what the venue describes as Tudor-inspired wood doors and marble columns.
Our newest ceremony site is Infinity Forrest with a circular arch.
You and your guests can enjoy mingling and a cocktail under the Pergola-covered outdoor patio or on the 1,800-square-foot patio covered by the extended roof of the attached building. This patio can be turned in a plan "B" for your ceremony ( if it rains) so don't need to spend additional $3,000 or more to rent a tent!
Gather inside for a reception under vaulted ceilings and an elegant chandelier. A reception space to host up to 200 people is fully airconditioned The Ranch House. Similar to other locations, the European and Tudor fashion of the location is highlighted by rustic wood beams, French crystal chandeliers, and the warmth of twinkle lights. All spaces offer the opportunity to decorate to reflect what you envision for your wedding event.

We Had The Absolute Best Wedding of Our Lives on 11/22/25!
Bakers Ranch isn’t just a venue—it’s where dreams become reality, and ours exceeded every expectation. From the very first planning call to the last dance, the entire process was seamless, stress-free, and downright magical.
Our lead planners, Cheyenne and Maria, were incredible. They’re the perfect blend of professional expertise and genuine excitement—like having your most thoughtful friends guiding you through the beautiful chaos of wedding planning. Cheyenne went above and beyond for me: I had endless questions and late-night emails (so I wouldn’t forget a single detail!), and she always honored my thought process. She even scheduled extra time for our weekly meetings to make sure every part of my vision was heard and brought to life. Maria matched that energy perfectly—their partnership made everything feel effortless and joyful.
The team’s collaboration with our vendors was flawless. We had a large 9-piece band, and they loved the setup and vibe just as much as our guests did. The catering partnership is truly special too—a small, family-owned business that made us feel like family. I’ll never forget the honor of having the caterer owner personally deliver our dinner to my husband and me during the reception. It was such a touching, personal touch.

Best Wedding Venue
My now husband and I booked this venue while we were away travel nursing and working in Maine at the time. We did not move back to FL until 3 months before the wedding. The whole process with Bakers Ranch was a breeze! They made everything so easy and stress free. All their vendors were amazing. We were blown away by everything and everyone the day of the wedding. Everyone including their vendors went totally out of their way to make sure we had the best wedding day ever..which we did! it unexpectedly thunderstormed during the ceremony and everyone did an amazing job moving quickly to move everyone inside during cocktail hour. Our wedding day is a day we will never again and were so happy with everything!! We would highly recommend booking with them.

All inclusive is where it’s at!
We live in Massachusetts but my husband is from Sarasota so we wanted to get married in Florida. Bakers Ranch made everything so easy especially since we were from out of town. The entire planning process was relatively stress free because they include and help with so much. The fact that I had someone to email with and ask questions the entire year of planning was huge. Missy was our day of coordinator and she made sure everything ran smoothly. It really took away stress on the wedding day.
They provide almost all vendors but you still get a choice (shout out to DJ Rafael with Grant Hemond, Blue Water Catering & Tampa Bay Cake Co). While we wished there was an additional dinner catering option (there were only 2) we were still happy with Blue Water. They can also help with outside vendors and give recommendations.
If I had only one complaint is that I wish our day could have been longer. While I think we could have extended it for some extra money, they really try to keep everything in the time frame of 5pm-10pm. Even with a short ceremony and doing family pictures before the ceremony, the day still felt incredibly short and I felt we didn’t have much time for dancing. Still though we had an incredible day and I don’t think we would have gotten so much bang for our buck anywhere else. I highly recommend Bakers Ranch!

Seamless Process for a Phenomenal Experience
Throughout a majority of the planning process, I was traveling for work in a completely different state. It sure didn’t feel that way with how helpful the staff were with planning this wedding down to the last detail. The multitude of options for decorations, sub-venues (the options for the ceremony), and vendors along with all the optional packages made Bakers Ranch a perfect choice! It gave us a lot of freedom to make our wedding truly our own.

Dream Wedding!
We had our wedding on 2/1/2026. We had an amazing experience with Baker's Ranch, from the first day of my tour, to the multiple meetings and phone calls scheduled throughout to help guide us through the planning process. It was so easy and effortless, and made the entire wedding process stress free and enjoyable, as we were able to get very personable and client-tailored advice Read more about review stating Dream wedding!specific to our needs and preferences. Missy was our coordinator and I truly am so grateful to have had her there to help ease my worries and make the entire day run smooth. Although I was initially stressed out due to weather factors (FL decided to take a cold plunge and drop into the 30's on our wedding day which we planned to be partially outside), Missy helped to address any fears or concerns that I had and kept me calm (and warm) throughout-- the day ended up being perfect, and we truly had such a wonderful experience at such a beautiful venue. We got so many compliments from our guests & family. Can't recommend Baker's Ranch enough!
