We Had The Absolute Best Wedding of Our Lives on 11/22/25!
Bakers Ranch isn’t just a venue—it’s where dreams become reality, and ours exceeded every expectation. From the very first planning call to the last dance, the entire process was seamless, stress-free, and downright magical.
Our lead planners, Cheyenne and Maria, were incredible. They’re the perfect blend of professional expertise and genuine excitement—like having your most thoughtful friends guiding you through the beautiful chaos of wedding planning. Cheyenne went above and beyond for me: I had endless questions and late-night emails (so I wouldn’t forget a single detail!), and she always honored my thought process. She even scheduled extra time for our weekly meetings to make sure every part of my vision was heard and brought to life. Maria matched that energy perfectly—their partnership made everything feel effortless and joyful.
The team’s collaboration with our vendors was flawless. We had a large 9-piece band, and they loved the setup and vibe just as much as our guests did. The catering partnership is truly special too—a small, family-owned business that made us feel like family. I’ll never forget the honor of having the caterer owner personally deliver our dinner to my husband and me during the reception. It was such a touching, personal touch.
The day itself was perfection. Guests raved for weeks afterward—one even sent my parents a handwritten letter saying it was the best wedding they’d ever attended! The all-around vibe was warm, elegant, and unforgettable—everyone felt the love and care that went into every detail.
I was that little girl who dreamt of her wedding day, and Bakers Ranch knocked it out of the park. I couldn’t have dreamt up the perfection that day was. We had an amazing experience with Baker's Ranch, from the first day of my tour, to the multiple meetings and phone calls scheduled throughout to help guide us through the planning process. Missy was our coordinator and I truly am so grateful to have had her there to help ease my worries and make the entire day run smooth. Although I was initially stressed out due to weather factors (FL decided to take a cold plunge and drop into the 30's on our wedding day which we planned to be partially outside), Missy helped to address any fears or concerns that I had and kept me calm (and warm) throughout-- the day ended up being perfect, and we truly had such a wonderful experience at such a beautiful venue. We got so many compliments from our guests & family. Can't recommend Baker's Ranch enough! -

From the moment I toured Baker’s Ranch, I knew it was the perfect venue for our special day. The entire process was seamless and completely stress-free—especially impressive considering we planned our wedding in just six months.
The team went above and beyond every step of the way. Missy, Jeremy, and Charlotte were truly amazing, and Eddie and I are so grateful for all the care, effort, and attention they put into making our wedding day everything I’ve dreamed of since I was a little girl.

Best venue
I cannot say enough good things about Bakers Ranch. From the day we signed our contract to our actual wedding day, they made the whole process so easy. We didn’t have to stress out about finding a bunch of different vendors - they even had suggestions for the vendors that they do not include. They kept us on schedule on our wedding day so we could enjoy it instead of worrying that we were missing the time for something important. Cheyenne was amazing in the entire planning process - she helped us make our dream wedding day come to life. You won’t find a more beautiful venue in the area with such amazing people who actually care about you and how your day turns out. Could not recommend them enough and if we had to do it all over again we 100000% would pick Bakers again -

It was long but Cheyenne and the whole team at BR made it easier and took their time to help us figure everything out detail out. They are all so patient and amazing to work with. The day of our wedding was just a blast. The team at BR handled everything with ease. The whole day went smoothly. Plus the best thing about the venue is the all inclusive package they offer and how they contact all the vendors for you. I love the outdoor ceremony locations. Yes locations they have multiple ceremony options outside and an indoor reception space with lots of room for our 100 guests. The grooms cave upstairs was such a hit with all the groomsmen and they played with the pool table up to the very last second before the ceremony. During reception it did rain so we weren’t able to do our sparkler exit but the staff was able to let us use our cold sparklers and get one last photo with those. The day after we had to pick up some decor pieces and they were more than accommodating. It was just a blast and Cheyenne is the best wedding planner and we had an amazing time planning our big day with her. We both loved our wedding at Bakers Ranch. -

Amazing Venue
This venue was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have been more happy. From planning, their attention to detail, everyone is on the same page. My wedding coordinator Cheyenne checked in with me constantly. On my wedding day she made sure I didn't even go 5 minutes without making sure I was ok or if I needed something. Their ENTIRE staff is amazing though. Everything was beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better place to get married. -

Perfection
They put the biggest smile on my ladies face. Very patient with our very loud, very personable group. they kept us on time, a drink in my hand, and just absolutely wonderful to work with. Had more problems with my party then with them. Highly recommend. -

Our experience with Bakers Ranch when hosting our daughter's wedding was nothing short of phenomenal. From the outset, we were impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail that went into planning the celebration. There's no such thing as planning an easy wedding that includes a ceremony, florals, catering, DJ, and all the works. With that said, Baker's Ranch made this process as easy as possible. We had a beautiful wedding and didn't worry one bit on the day of. The staff are experienced, knowledgable, and accessible throughout the whole process. Have your wedding or really any event here. Where do I start?? The venue is breath taking… the vendor selection, amazing!
BUT THE STAFF…. Don’t even get me started.
The staff at bakers ranch has to be some of the best in the business. I underestimated how nervous I would be on my wedding day, and I’ll tell you what, not one of those nerves were about the execution of the wedding. Cheyenne, Melissa, charlotte and Josh (anyone I missed sorry) I can’t thank you enough for letting me enjoy my day while you ran interference. From setup to breakdown this team did it all. They answered questions, remembered what I had forgotten, pivoted effortlessly and dealt with my pre wedding panic like the professionals they are. It was as if I had hired 3 wedding coordinators. I’m still in shock over how well everything unfolded.
A review can only do so much, but I hope anyone reading this considers bakers ranch for their wedding. If you’re looking for an affordable, organized, and efficient bunch this is your sign. Look no further.

I knew with my busy work schedule it would be difficult to plan a wedding all by myself and that wedding planners are expensive. Baker's Ranch provides an all inclusive experience from start to finish with their lovely staff and made it so easy. The venue itself if beautiful and has a lot of variety and photo backdrop magic. They were very communicative and professional throughout the whole process. You can have design sessions and they can bring whatever vision you have for your special day to life. I'm so glad I got married here. -

This venue was amazing, but even my post won’t do it justice! Aside from the stunning landscaping everyone who works there was beyond helpful and made everything so easy to make all my dreams come True. The most extraordinary day!
It's been nearly a year to the day since our wedding anniversary and I'm STILL in awe over how PERFECT our day was! In high school, I did not attend either of my proms so l'd always dreamt of having a big elaborate wedding where everything was like a fairytale. So when the time came to plan our day I researched and found Bakers Ranch and from the 1st tour of the grounds and meeting the staff I knew I found the absolute perfect venue to host our wedding! They were there EVERY step of the way, they answered every question I could think of even if I was asking it for the millionth time, and just kept me sane throughout the year! And as for our wedding day, I know everyone says their day was perfect but in truth our wedding day was PERFECT!!
I promise as a bride I was a ball of nerves worrying what would go wrong but when I say if anything did, I was none the wiser because Jeremy and Charlotte had our wedding on POINT!! EVERY discussed detail was implemented and everything beautiful! I could not have dreamt a better wedding day and I owe it all to Baker's Ranch!! Thanks you guys! -

So So Amazing!!
My husband and I just adore the venue and the team that comes along with it! Communication is top notch here! We felt such a weight lifted off our shoulders working with such a fabulous group of people and our planner (Charlotte…: can’t recommend her enough to y’all!!! ). Charlotte seriously made my day and was such a a sweet soul to be around, I felt like I knew her forever as soon as I met her and we got to chatting. Bakers Ranch is a team of informed wedding professionals who are experts in the unique art of weddings. Our wedding day felt like pure magic, and it is truly thanks to the incredible team at this wedding venue. Our guests were in awe of the space, and we received so many compliments regarding the décor, drinks, food, photographer and specifically about wedding planner, Jeremy.
My husband and I put a lot of time and research into finding the right wedding venue for us, and we walked away from our wedding day with a feeling of pride for our selection, and gratitude for the support we received.
We looked at venues across three states. It was a little overwhelming and emotional, knowing that the venue would dictate so much of our time as an engaged couple and ultimately, our one wedding day.
Bakers Ranch immediately stood out to us, it was an all-inclusive wedding venue that would eliminate some stress of planning. It had a gorgeous green backdrop of ancient oaks and rich foliage. It had Jeremy, a wedding planner that was calm, reassuring, honest and unlike any wedding professional we had met in our search. We booked the first available Saturday the following year almost immediately.
I was also an extremely detail-oriented bride, straight down to the plates, the handmade table cards, and a personal note for each attendee. But it was all perfect. The decor, the flowers, the cocktails, the food, the week before, the day before, the day of, were all a dream.
Everything that I communicated was heard. The vision that I had planned for was achieved. It was even better than what we could have imagined. We are extremely grateful to the entire team at Baker’s Ranch for their incredible work.

Baker’s Ranch is a Fairytale!
My husband and I can hardly begin to describe how thankful we are that we chose Baker’s Ranch as our wedding venue. Our entire experience from beginning to end was stress free and delightful. Our day of coordinator was Missy, and I can’t say enough how awesome she was to work with. She (along with the rest of the team) brought our vision to life and it was more beautiful that I could have imagined. She was a calming presence on wedding day, and even helped me fix my dress throughout the night and made sure I ate and always had something to drink. She also called to check on me two days before the wedding and was always available for questions. The food was delicious (Popis) along with the cake (Cakes by Ron) and the dance floor was always full (DJ Rafael from BH). Our photographers were recommended by BH (Ying Photography) and I have been blown away by their creativity and talent. Our wedding day was a fairytale and we are so thankful to Bakers Ranch for making it the best day of our lives! -

Let me start off by saying, my husband and I are from out of state, so planning a wedding from a distance is undeniably stressful. However, the staff at this venue proved to be exceptional. I found myself referring to them as my 'Bakers Family' in all my messages. Any question, concern, or request was promptly addressed, whether through FaceTime, email, or text. It's scary to entrust others with realizing the vision you have for your wedding day, but from the moment we chose this venue until we exchanged vows, everything was seamlessly executed.
Jeremy, in particular, was extraordinary. He went above and beyond to ensure the days leading up to my wedding were stress-free. On the day itself, he not only calmed my nerves but also ensured that every detail was taken care of, from having food at our sweetheart table to making sure I never went without a drink.
The venue itself is stunning, with picturesque grounds provided numerous photo opportunities for our guests. They even assisted us in finding the perfect officiant. The vendors they recommended were also amazing. Our Flowers by Scarlet were UNREAL!!!! They were stunning!!! Cakes By Ron absolutely delicious!! The cake was beautifully decorated and the taste was delicious. So much so my husband ate our "1 year anniversary cake" (the top you typically freeze) the night of the wedding. LOL. He could not resist it!!
DJ Rafael was phenomenal, keeping our guests dancing all night long. He took the time to understand our music preferences, even checking our Apple Music and Spotify playlists before hand—an unprecedented level of dedication. I've never met any DJ who has done that. During the reception, he ensured everything met our expectations.
As for the catering by Der Dutchman, the quality of the food spoke volumes. It was delicious both on the night of the wedding and the following day. The team thoughtfully packed meals for our guests to take home as they left.
Although I regret not knowing the names of our bartenders and photo booth assistant, I must commend them for their positive and fun attitude. Our guests were very pleased with them.
Bakers also was extremely accommodating to some of our requests, such as allowing us to incorporate authentic Latin cuisine into our celebration (which was not provided by Der Dutchman).
In conclusion, Bakers Ranch truly knows how to deliver on their promise of a stress-free experience. I couldn't be more pleased and grateful to this amazing team. Everything was exceptional. Thank You !!! -

Not only did the team make the entire planning process easy and stress-free (as much as possible for a wedding), but their attention to detail also ensured that everything ran smoothly on our special day.
Despite the threat of rain, the team moved the entire seating arrangement inside and then back outside when the sun came out, ensuring that our ceremony was picture-perfect. The venue itself is beyond stunning, with ancient oaks and a breathtaking forest setting that made for the most enchanting backdrop.
Throughout the entire planning process, we were blown away by the warmth and friendliness of the Bakers Ranch team. From the second I stepped foot in this venue, I knew I wanted to be married there. I wasn't even engaged at the time but it was so magical that I was sold. I worked as a wedding videographer and one of our weddings was at Baker's Ranch. It was stunning, everything was run smoothly and went off without a hitch. Shortly after, I proposed to my girlfriend and we got engaged. We looked at a few venues, but after showing Rylee Baker's Ranch, there was no debate. We booked it and they were there every step of the way until we got in our getaway car (after as well because we needed to come back to gather our belongings). It was as easy as planning a wedding could be and the result was more than either of us could have dreamed up. It was a magical wedding and we are so thankful to everyone at Baker's Ranch for making our dream a reality. -

Our wedding was absolutely perfect. Not only was it a gorgeous background, Missy made everything so easy!! I am not a planner, and I have a vision but never know how to bring it to life. Missy got the deer in the headlights look from me during our planning meeting but somehow knew exactly what I wanted and brought it to life. Amazing amazing amazing!
Everyone at Bakers Ranch was incredibly nice and super helpful. Because of them I am able to say I had a stress free wedding. They took care of EVERYTHING. They handled all the communication, timelines, planning etc. they even gave us a checklist of the stuff we needed to handle like dress shopping and alterations. There was not a single idea that I had that the coordinators turned down. They made every vision that I had come to life. In the beginning there were a couple of different coordinators, but I ended up with the BEST ONE YET. Chanelle was absolutely amazing. She was such a pleasure to work with, and I felt like I could go to her with anything. She made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible leading up to our wedding, and the day of. The vendors that they connect you with are out of this world. They have definitely teamed up with the best of the best! I would recommend Bakers Ranch to ANYONE that I know getting married, they are a solid 11/10! -

Fantastic Wedding Experience
Bakers Ranch did an unbelievable job for our wedding in February. They were very communicative throughout the process, had really reasonable packages available, and created such a beautiful wedding that we are 3 weeks out and are still getting calls/texts about what a wonderful wedding and venue it was! Everything panned out so smoothly and the team was so organized that it enabled me and my husband to truly enjoy the day and absorb every moment. TLC DJ Joey went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he pick up the vibes from the guests on the dance floor to pick the neck songs, but he also continually made sure we had enough food and drinks in our own system. The whole experience was just great! Of course wedding planning will be stressful regardless....I had not really thought about what color napkins I wanted in my wedding before this time, but Bakers Ranch really helps to organize an event that is to your standard (and beyond) and to follow your guidance of what YOU want. Hands down I give Bakers Ranch a 10/10 rating and would recommend this venue to my closest friends and family.
Also, rent their photobooth...there's an additional cost but it is 100% worth it! It was one of the highlights of the night and I love that I have all the pictures from the photobooths to enjoy for life now. -

We were looking for something local that had the feel of Savannah Georgia and stumbled across Bakers Ranch just 15 mins from our house! We loved the various venue options, the staff was very helpful and had great tips every month along the way as the wedding got closer. They were very quick to respond as the date got even closer and I had last minute questions I didn't anticipate. The vendors they work with are all wonderful and having done so many weddings at the venue, they work together very well to make the day go without a hitch. It was a hassle free day and my sisters kept asking the day of the wedding why I wasn't nervous and it was because every detail had been well planned out and done in advance that I could truly focus on that day! -

Our experience with the venue from the first moment we spoke with our wedding coordinator Jeremy was professional and downright enjoyable. Baker's Ranch is every couples dream to work with. From day one everyone on their staff was so welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to make planning our wedding day a breeze! We loved working with both Alexa and Jeremy to create our dream vision of our wedding day and made sure we didn't forget to go over anything. Be sure you are clear with your vision and how you want your day to look and they will do everything they can to make it happen. They had so much decor to choose from that we only had to add touches that we felt added to our story and theme. They also contacts with so many amazing vendors (both those included in their all inclusive package and outside it) and we couldn't have been happier with all our options!
The on site getting ready spaces made it so easy to keep to our timeline and cut down on my stress for everyone arriving on time. Come ceremony time everything went just as I would have hoped. Huge shout out to Jeremy, who we worked with throughout the entire process and even toured with, as he kept anticipating all our possible needs, wants, and kept things running extremely smoothly! We 100% recommend Baker's Ranch for weddings as we could not have had a more magical day!

There are honestly no words to describe the experience I had with Bakers Ranch. Since day one of signing the contract, they had been so accommodating and helpful with the whole journey. The detail and effort the put into planning my wedding, you would think I was family, and that's exactly how they make you feel. They made sure we had everything covered to have the most perfect day possible. They abide by a very well-organized timeline and send you reminders on things you may need to get done. The décor meeting and walk through are so much fun! They are very quick to respond to phone calls and emails during operating hours. I cannot thank the Baker’s Ranch day- of team, Jeremy, Jac, and especially Melissa enough. Of course, Mother Nature couldn't help but to rain on my parade (yes, I know its apparently good luck). Melissa and the team were so quick on their feet with absolutely everything, they had plan B, C, and a plan D lined up for whatever was thrown our way. Everything was executed flawlessly, and the best part is they made sure that I did not stress out about it. They were always onboard and honest with my ideas, and really made my dream wedding, come to life, even with the rain. I really do need to give a special shout out to Melissa, she was at my side when I didn’t even know I needed her. She was attentive, graceful, and just a god sent on my special day. A dream I didn't know I had!
My wife and I got married a couple weeks ago at Bakers Ranch and it was a beautiful wedding. We were very open in what kind of decorations we wanted and really gave Bakers Ranch the go ahead to do whatever in order to make it a beautiful day. My daughter got married at Bakers Ranch on December 4, 2021. The venue is just beautiful. Her ceremony was magical. The photography was outstanding as well as the floral arrangements and decorations at the cocktail hour and reception area.
Having an area dedicated to the bride and her bridal party was a luxury.

This is more than just a venue!
I cannot express my love to Bakers Ranch enough! They went above and beyond in every aspect to make sure our day was perfect. Planning was simple, which was a concern considering we lived out of town. (And when Covid hit, we had to change our date and I didn’t have to lift a finger- they took care of contacting all vendors for me) When and if I seemed unsure or “meh” about any of the details or decor, Teala and Lisa tried and tried again until I had stars in my eyes! (PS: “but do you love it?” Is literally my life motto now) any concerns or questions, were dismissed with confidence and reassurance! Then when it came time for the final walkthrough and day of coordinating, Audrey and Jeremy really came through. Omg if I could put two more people on my arm, it would be these two. I LOVE THEM. I would randomly walk by with a statement or request or random thought and they would accomplish it without hesitation! A lot of my day consisted of sayin “I don’t know, go ask Audrey” so my ENTIRE bridal party and family knew her and she answered everything with a smile and enthusiasm! Jeremy made sure we were taken care of later in the night by playing body guard so we could eat and ensuring the remainder of my random details were taken care of without a hitch. This place is so much more than a venue. The beauty and environment is unmatched (even my guests were taking pictures around every corner). The options and inclusions are unmatched, and the staff is 10000% irreplaceable. If I could have my wedding 10 times over I would! If you’re looking for your spot, 1000000/10 recommend Bakers Ranch. -

Bakers Ranch is an amazing place! The team there made our wedding absolutely perfect! Each wedding planner works together as a team so there is always a timely response to texts calls and emails! We had the most amazing day at Bakers Ranch! The team lead by Lisa and Teala were so nice to work with- every single question I had they answered quickly. They helped us manage our plans as the pandemic hit and our guest list was up in the air. Anytime we needed recommendations or guidance, they catered to our needs and vision. Our wedding day couldn't have gone smoother. If anything went wrong that day, I never knew! They kept us informed as vendors and guests arrived and were there for whatever we needed throughout the day. All their partnered vendors for the food, cake, floral, DJ, and linens were fantastic and high quality. I like that we had some choices in the vendors we choose without it being overwhelming. Wedding experience
My daughter was married at Bakers Ranch in Jan 2021 and I was able to totally enjoy myself because the staff at Bakers Ranch was in total control. When I asked my daughter at the end of the night if the day was everything she dreamed of, she said it was even better. From the tour last Jan to the event a year later, it was all about her vision and they thought of everything - even how to position their hands for the ring part of the ceremony. Years of wisdom are at your disposal and the vendors were all outstanding. Can’t say enough about our wonderful experience there -

We fell in love with Bakers Ranch right after getting our tour! I instantly began planning everything in my head before we drove off!
Teala helped with everything from start to finish and always was there when I had questions. Her timeline helped keep my anxiety down and I felt very calm during the wedding planning process. Even after Covid began, they communicated their new procedures right away to make sure everything met standards and everyone as a guest and staff, were kept safe.
They even asked if Inside Edition could come film our wedding for a Covid series and the impact of weddings.
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and if I could get married here again, I most definitely would! -
