We had our wedding reception here and truly it was the perfect venue!! Debbie helped us so much with our planning and Sadie made sure the day ran smoothly! The entire staff is wonderful and made us feel so special day of. The venue itself is beautiful - everyone loved looking out at the bay at sunset! There is a lot of décor they already have you can borrow which saved us a ton of money! Food was delicious, we got so many compliments from our guests. There are many amazing photo spots around the venue/on the golf course. A lot is included in the price per plate which made us feel like this was an excellent value while still giving a luxury experience. I couldn't recommend IMG Golf Club enough for your special day!

Our wedding reception at IMG was perfect, and we owe it all to Sadie! She was so patient, accommodating, and fun to plan with. The staff was also fantastic - they were so thoughtful in making sure my husband and I had enough to eat & drink throughout our wedding night. They continued to check in on us throughout the night, and it truly felt like they were as excited for us as our guests were. We didn't get to set the decorations up ourselves the day before the wedding because they were still finishing some work in the banquet room, and I was a bit worried that the decorations wouldn't be placed well because I didn't get to see anything beforehand, but everything was placed above & beyond perfectly - honestly BETTER than I imagined, and I know we have Sadie to thank for that. She also was in the background the entire night, making sure everything went to plan and everyone was enjoying themselves. I really want to thank her for being such an incredible coordinator, throughout the planning process and on our wedding night, and the staff, for making our wedding night even more memorable. Also, it's unbelievable how reasonably priced this was. Thank you Sadie & IMG!

My partner and I got married at the IMG Golf Club on 03/23/2024. Overall, our experience was great, and our wedding was beautiful. This is strongly because of Debbie and Sadie. Their work and dedication to our event was shown throughout the whole process and I am deeply grateful to them. Though there were a few miscommunication areas, they were quick to respond and correct any issue. The wedding day can obviously be stressful and chaotic, but having a team like Debbie and Sadie by your side makes all the difference. They were able to help settle any situation the day brought. They truly care about their clients.
The only negative thing that I would say about that day, are the golfers. I was not aware that there would be golfers on the course during the ceremony. Specifically, I was surprised of how close they were to us. We were told that the golfers would stay away from the area we were in, but that did not happen. During the ceremony, we could hear them being loud. One of them even drove by and stopped right in front of the ceremony where my entrance was. They were being quite obnoxious, but I really feel that IMG should have closed off that area during the ceremony. I feel strongly about this because, more importantly, during our solo shots on the course, our videographer was almost hit by a golf ball coming fast in our direction. The golfer tried to laugh it off, but it was a serious situation where someone could have gotten hurt. My partner and I did not feel safe taking pictures on the course, which was unfortunate because based on the photos that IMG has on their website, it seems that they advertise the location for beautiful photo opportunities, but do not mention the risk of golfers. If they are allowing ceremonies to be performed on the course, they should make sure that the couple and all attending guests are safe to be there. I definitely would not want a future bride or groom, or anyone, to get hurt. I brought this up to Debbie the next day, and she was very upset by this and said she would be bringing it to the attention of the board. If you are considering doing a wedding here, I would recommend asking about the golfers if you are having an outside ceremony.
I did not let this affect my rating because of how amazing Debbie and Sadie were to us, and that incident was out of their control.

For starters, Claire and Reagen (the event managers) were incredible. Very kind, flexible, and professional. They were prompt, always willing to answer questions, and at times even lend a hand in the planning process. The building itself was great. Great view, good food, and a very reasonable price to top it all off. We were very pleased with our experience at IMG and we strongly recommend choosing them for your wedding venue.

Since my husband and I grew up in the area, we already had an idea of what this venue looked like as we both have driven by on several occasions when a wedding has taken place. Reagen was AMAZING. She was such a delight and very easy to work with. The food was delicious and the service was very professional. Planning a wedding from out of state is usually so terrifying for Reagen and Claire made it very easy and smooth. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable evening!

I would like to personally thanked Claire, Banquet Manager and her team at IMG Golf Club Academy for doing such a fantastic work and made it the most memorable for everyone attended my wedding. Everyone praised the venue as well as the food taste delicious that you usually would get only from restaurant. Claire was so helpful answering my questions promptly, including giving some recommendations. I highly recommend IMG Golf Club Academy for anyone who is looking for a wedding venue.

We held my daughter’s wedding at IMG in November. I cannot say enough great things about the venue, Julie (the Banquets/Wedding Manager), her staff, the food and the overall coordination. This was a destination wedding, and the fact that we were from out of town (my husband and I live in one state, daughter and fiancé live in another, etc.) made coordination leading up to the wedding particularly difficult for us. However, Julie went above and beyond to make things easier. She worked around our complicated schedules and patiently made numerous suggestions and adjustments to accommodate our needs. At the last minute, I asked Julie if we could hold the reception dinner at IMG. I asked on a whim, thinking that there is no way that we’d be able to pull it off, but here, too, Julie worked miracles. She created an outstanding buffet (Tilapia Vesuvio, Chicken Parmesan, Pasta with different sauces, etc.) and adjusted the menu repeatedly to meet our dietary and budget constraints. People raved about the food, and we could even see the sun set over the water during dinner. During the big day the ceremony was gorgeous, and the prep was very efficient – having a place to get ready for both the bride and groom was perfect, the transportation (golf carts) to/from the site was timely and efficient; the ceremony site was beautiful – with the bridge, the water and the tree – very romantic and intimate. The reception hall was also beautiful. We did our own decorating to save money (lots of white lights and candles), and it didn’t take long at all with the bridal party’s help. We ended up hiring a small local cleaning company for the cleanup because we figured that no one would feel like like cleaning up afterwards. That was the right decision. The dinner was excellent – I highly recommend the rib eye. My daughter’s only complaint is that the time flew too quickly – everyone had such a great time, they didn’t want the night to end. Although Julie was amazing throughout the entire planning process, she was outstanding the day of the event. Besides managing the entire event, she graciously dealt with a myriad of mishaps and emergencies like a last minute food substitution for a guest who had a food allergy, wedding party drama, wardrobe malfunctions, etc. Her calm demeanor under pressure and can-do attitude helped alleviate our stress and allowed all of us to focus on the happy moments of that day. We are so thrilled that we chose IMG . We considered several venues on Anna Maria Island, and felt that in the end we got much more through IMG! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this venue to others and hope that Julie stays for a long time – she’s a gem!

IMG golf club was the perfect venue for our wedding! We were involved in the planning and our day of planner/coordinator Julie took care of everything so we had so little to worry about! The food was great and service was great as well! Highly recommend!

We had our wedding here last March. And it was amazing! Cindy (the event planner) makes you feel so comfortable and she is so bubbly. She makes the process feel so easy. We thought being a golf course it would be beyond our limit but, still checked it out. And it was actually very reasonably priced. From the food to the atmosphere, it was just awesome! It is a gorgeous place! I would recommend it to everyone. Especially people on a budget but still wanting a fancy type place.

Everything about IMG was ABSOLUTELY stunning!! Cindy was amazing and very helpful. The venue itself is gorgeous. The staff were super friendly and the food was DELICIOUS. I honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding. Everyone was impressed and still talk about it. I recommend 110%
