We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with our wedding coordinator at Lakewood Ranch Country Club. From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care—it made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. The day itself came together absolutely perfectly. Every detail was executed just as we envisioned (and even better), and you could feel how smoothly everything flowed. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was, how beautiful the atmosphere felt, and how much they genuinely enjoyed the entire experience. It meant so much to us to be able to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about anything—and that’s a direct reflection of the incredible work behind the scenes. We’re beyond grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to create a truly unforgettable event!

We had our wedding reception for 115 people at the UPC Grill. From the planning process all the way to up to the end of the reception, Karen McGaha was fantastic! She was always prepared, professional and had timely follow up. The staff of the UPC Grill were equally wonderful. As part of the reception we had a "surprise guest musician" and they were able to keep the secret so we could surprise our guests. I have had many meals at the UPC Grill over the years and every meal was excellent. Our reception was no different. We looked at several venues for our reception. The UPC Grill was by far and away our first selection. Finally, we will say that the value we received, for the services provided, was very competitive and in fact well worth the expense. We would highly recommend the UPC Grill for your event.

We had our wedding reception here and truly it was the perfect venue!! Debbie helped us so much with our planning and Sadie made sure the day ran smoothly! The entire staff is wonderful and made us feel so special day of. The venue itself is beautiful - everyone loved looking out at the bay at sunset! There is a lot of décor they already have you can borrow which saved us a ton of money! Food was delicious, we got so many compliments from our guests. There are many amazing photo spots around the venue/on the golf course. A lot is included in the price per plate which made us feel like this was an excellent value while still giving a luxury experience. I couldn't recommend IMG Golf Club enough for your special day!

The courtyard at The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature is such a beautiful and unexpected space. It truly felt like a little European escape tucked right in the heart of Bradenton. Whether it’s a wedding, cocktail hour, or private gathering, the space feels both intimate and elevated. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the team. They were absolutely amazing, professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making everything run smoothly. Their support made the entire event feel effortless and enjoyable. The courtyard became even more magical, with the warm twinkle lights that guests truly loved. Overall, it’s a stunning and versatile venue with an incredible team behind it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something unique and memorable!

We had our wedding at Fiorelli Winery in Bradenton. The venue was beautiful and the service from the Fiorelli team was top notch and they attended to every last detail. The vendors that we used all were amazing and it helped that they have a preferred vendor list to choose from. All of our guests had nothing but positive feedback about the entire day. We are so happy we chose this venue.

The ambiance of this venue is perfect for an outdoor wedding! We loved that we had separate areas for each part of the wedding but at one venue for convenience of us and our guests. The tunnel of love is so much fun!

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding reception venue than Pier 22. From the very beginning, the planning was seamless thanks to Hannah. She was so attentive, organized, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly! The setting itself is breathtaking; the view from inside the ballroom was so beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The food/cake was a major highlight; we got so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was. The on-staff service team was also incredible. They were professional, kind, and kept everything moving perfectly throughout the day. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue (max capacity around 150 in the ballroom) with a top-tier team and food options, we highly recommend Pier 22!

Excellent venue for a wedding reception. The dining room manager, Carol, was awesome. She went above and beyond to make this day special for my daughter's wedding. The club manager, Charles Nehls was awesome too. They have a very professional staff that took great care of all of the guests. The food was amazing! It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them for a wedding reception.
