We had our wedding reception for 115 people at the UPC Grill. From the planning process all the way to up to the end of the reception, Karen McGaha was fantastic! She was always prepared, professional and had timely follow up. The staff of the UPC Grill were equally wonderful. As part of the reception we had a "surprise guest musician" and they were able to keep the secret so we could surprise our guests. I have had many meals at the UPC Grill over the years and every meal was excellent. Our reception was no different. We looked at several venues for our reception. The UPC Grill was by far and away our first selection. Finally, we will say that the value we received, for the services provided, was very competitive and in fact well worth the expense. We would highly recommend the UPC Grill for your event.

The University Park Country Club and their event coordinator, Barb, did such an amazing job with our wedding! Barb was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process and the day of the wedding. She made sure everything went perfectly, even with some last minute unexpected changes due to weather. Our wedding day was beautiful and perfect! Our guests raved about the food and how nice the venue was. All of our servers were so kind and helpful. We wanted for nothing the entire night! Everyone had such an amazing time. The day couldn't have gone better!

ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE: University Park Country Club was a great experience from the moment we were first welcomed to view the venue, and through the days after our wedding. Planning a Covid-19 wedding involved many extra thoughtful steps. Banquet Manager Barb and all employees worked to put us at ease, enabling us to enjoy the entire wedding day. To be able to plan an event where all of the staff seem to be cross-trained and work cohesively with other vendors was invaluable. We had numerous guests point to various workers showing acts of kindness to them at different points of our wedding and reception. We also appreciate that no part of our wedding was rushed, as I have witnessed at many other locations for weddings and events.
LOCATION AND FOOD: The pictures truly do not show how charming and picturesque this venue is. It’s a real hidden gem, where you can be married surrounded by water and lush greenery, requiring very little preparation. We have so many great photos at different locations. The food was fantastic! From the plentiful hors d’oeuvres, to the perfectly cooked meat and desserts, everything served from start to finish exceeded expectation. All of our guests seemed to have different favorites and we were very happy with the many choices offered.

We are so thankful to have found the team at University Park Country Club for our special day!!!

Awesome vendor!!! Nice location and beautiful landscape for taking pictures and having cocktail hour outside (under roof if it rains), staff are very helpful and awesome. Coordinator was very flexible, helpful, and nice.

I couldn't have been any happier with my choice of venue for our wedding. Bobbi Richman and all of the staff at University Park were absolutely amazing. There wasn't a single thing that "went wrong". The food is outstanding - and i'm not just saying that! I've been to so many weddings with mediocre food. This was not the case! Everyone raved about the food which is rare for a wedding, in my opinion. From the first step to the final details, Bobbi took care of it all! Talk about a one stop shop! You won't be disappointed if you choose this venue. Did I mention it is gorgeous?!

University Park Country Club went above and beyond for my wedding. Bobbi is amazing and acted as a wedding planner through the entire process. She was there on my big day to ensure everything went smoothly and it did thanks to her. Ball room was beautiful and the food was amazing. I received so many compliments. So glad I chose this beautiful venue for my wedding.

I am so happy we had our reception at UPCC. Bobbi has practically been the glue that fixes every worry I had come up during the wedding planning. I never dreamed that having our dinner at a country club as beautiful as UPCC was possible, but Bobbi did so much to help our budget, I am forever grateful.

The venue was BEAUTIFUL. Sunset cocktail hour with bar is outside under the patio that looks out to a pond with bridge. My guests oohed and aahed at everything and even spent the time to tell me about this lady with short hair that took such great care of them (yes, Bobbi!).

The food was delicious. The shrimp display my guests told me were big beautiful jumbo, not skinny at all, guests were incredibly impressed with the passed h'orderves. We had a mix of vietnamese/ cuban guests how take food very seriously, so this was one of our biggest concerns. I went with a buffet dinner and the flow of the night was absolutely flawless.

I highly recommend UPCC.

She has great ideas and can make your budget work for you! Bobbi and her team are extremely professional and organized.
