Robin and the staff at Cypress Run helped us to have an amazing wedding experience! From beginning to end Robin helped me by answering my endless amount of questions (especially in covid 19 times), and she was also there to bounce ideas off of which I truly appreciate. The bridal party was able to use the bridal suite to get ready with hair and makeup by Destiny and Light Hair and Makeup group, and they did an amazing job! The groom and groomsmen used the men’s locker room to get ready which they enjoyed as well. For the reception the food and bar options were great, and I feel like there was good value for what you received. Robin and the staff executed my design layout and decorations just how I wanted them, and people have continued to mention how great everything looked and how nice the whole experience was. People said even with having Covid 19 guidelines to follow everything was very enjoyable and they felt comfortable. Guests have continued to rave to us about how amazing the food was and how much fun they had dancing all night with DJ Jose from Soundwaves Pro DJs! We also had a great experience with April with Endless Pose Abilities for our Photobooth, complete with covid cleaning practices. Brad Hall Studios for photography and videography were also great to work with. They were very thorough and helped us make an amazing timeline that really made the day run smoothly. All and all we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day and reception. We had so much fun and Robin and the staff at Cypress Run played a large roll in helping that happen by handling literally EVERYTHING! I am so thankful to all of them!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Wentworth Golf Club and their amazing wedding coordinator, Caroline! From the very first meeting, she made us feel so special and cared for, like our wedding was her top priority. Her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm made planning so much less stressful. The venue itself is stunning—perfectly manicured greens, gorgeous photo spots, and an elegant clubhouse that made for a beautiful reception space. But what truly made our day unforgettable was Caroline. She was there every step of the way, offering creative ideas, coordinating with vendors, and making sure everything went off without a hitch. I don’t think I ever saw her without a smile, even when I was having my little “bride moments!” On the day of the wedding, I felt so relaxed because I knew Caroline and her team had everything under control. From the ceremony setup to the reception details, everything was flawless. Our guests are still raving about the food, the atmosphere, and how seamless the entire day was. If you’re considering Wentworth Golf Club for your wedding, do it! And if you have the pleasure of working with Caroline, you are in for a treat. She truly went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true, and we are forever grateful. Thank you, Caroline and the entire Wentworth team, for giving us the perfect start to our happily ever after! 💕

We live in Tarpon Springs and my daughter (the bride) was insistent that we the 1910 Inn as it fit her "vintage" style. Let me start by saying, if it had been any normal day from, say, October through May, this is an amazing venue at a ridiculously low price...plus you can bring your own food and alcohol which is a huge money saver. The garden area, outdoor bar, and "dance floor" that constitute the left side of the house (when looking at it), is very large and was where we were planning for most of the guests to congregate. We had about 70 people including little kids, so I was super worried that, if it rained, we would be crammed into the house and it would be a disaster. Well, the rehearsal dinner started at 6:30 and, lo and behold, so did a huge downpour. I can say, between the massive porch (which people loved) and a larger-than-expected inside, we really had no problem fitting people into the space until it stopped raining. After that, the outside bar area was actually really cool and the guests liked it. We hired two of Annie's people and she herself was there the whole time (I think she's the owner). They were all super cool and helpful and helped it turn a potential disaster into something we got numerous compliments about. A bonus (on most nights) is that it's a very short walk (130 feet?) to the historic Spring Bayou which out-of-town guests were really impressed with. Afterwards, my daughter said, "If it was a smaller wedding, I definitely would have wanted to have it there." Also, it was incredibly hot that day but the AC worked perfectly.

We used Toula's catering service for our evening wedding reception in Tarpon Springs for 45 guests at a local B&B. The food was simply amazing which we knew would be the case based on the formal tasting beforehand. Toula is very responsive, professional and friendly. The food - Lemon Chicken, Lasagna, Roasted Veggies, New Potatoes, Salad and rolls were all unique tasting and crowd pleasing. We should have ordered more salad, as that went fast. Toula and her staff came right on time as promised and the food was hot and ready to be served. The first thing our friends and neighbors asked us when we returned from our honeymoon was, “Who catered your food”? Enough said as it really was the hit of our reception. If you are planning a small or mid-size (under 50) event (reception or Shower or Rehearsal diner) in the Tarpon area, I would suggest you consider talking with Toula and tasting the food for yourself. You won’t be sorry.
