Cortez Dockside Cottages is the most private and unique wedding venue in Bradenton, Florida. Located in the Historic Cortez Fishing Village, our waterfront property is less than a mile from Anna Maria Island and is accessible by car or boat. What better way to end your reception than literally sailing off into the sunset together?

Our property hosts five 1930's Cottages that serve as accommodations, so up to 24 of your closest guests can stay onsite. The Cottages have been renovated to include all the current-day amenities, while maintaining the "Key West-style" charm of their original construction. The old Boat House has been converted into a beautiful wrap-around bar, and is the perfect place for your guests to enjoy cocktail hour. You will also have access to the five-slip boat dock, a sitting dock, a stunning waterfront Courtyard, and large grass lawn, all framed by lush landscaping.
