Nichole was great with working with us on our schedules and the venue was perfect for our 1950s old Hollywood theme. There was plenty of room for our guests and our vendors. Nichole helped make our day perfect and even offered a cleaning service for after so we wouldn't have to clean after the long day. I would recommend this venue to anyone who loves the DIY wedding to create your own space to the way you like it. They are also very reasonably priced.

Great space for the price (around $1,500). The staff is easy to work with and didn't impose any silly rules, like paying to bring in a caterer or cake cutting fees. The only strange rules they had was no beer bottles and no candles, both which are reasonable. They were just pretty much like, here is the space, decorate it how you want, just clean up when you are done. The beautiful exposed red brick gave a nice vintage feel to the location without being too theme-y or overdone.

I absolutely LOVED this venue as did most guests at my wedding. The old brick building added a lot of character that I was looking for and made it easier when it came to decorating. My only reason for not giving all 5 stars would be because of the venues "assistants" that changed about 3 times since I booked the venue and the last one being quite rude and trying to charge me extra to meet at the venue when I was in town for the day which had never happened before. Other than that I would recommend this venue to others :)

The venue is very shabby chic, and any vintage lover would be glad to have it. The Bradentown Scoop is an ice cream shop 50s style beneath the venue. The venue has so much space, a bar you can stock, and chairs and tables are included. The dance floor and sound system was such an added bonus. We had our wedding and reception there. The downtown area is georgous, especially for the photographs. The lighting is lovely. They have carts to help you get things up and down the elevator.
A few gripes. I was suppose to get 2 visits with the event coordinator, but when i tried to set them up for two consecutive days, she said I only had one. That made me unhappy. Also, the carpet is covered in stains. No open flame candles due to the springlers for fire safely either. Another con, we had to break down and arrange the tables before I got married, on the same day at 9am. The venue is a bit hard to find as well. They have an incorrect address online, so be careful. The coordinator did tours as we set up for the wedding. It was a bit awkward. They require a 500 deposit, and at the end of the night, she was a bit pushy and hinted to not giving it back due to the stains on the carpet. We had to bring up that those were there when we got here. Our heavy duty 55 gal trash bags were all intact and secure. No liquid went into them.
Overall, I had a great time. It is hard to not enjoy being married. I would use them again, but be careful to include more things in my contract, and negotiate the price.

I have mixed feelings about this vendor. We held our reception in this venue, and it was truly beautiful. My husband and I were able to save a lot of money by bringing in our own food and alcohol. The venue is just a great open space, so you would need to rent everything from linens to china, but in our case, it was worth it. As great as the venue itself was, I cannot get over how my husband and I were treated by the property manager, Matt. He was rude, hard to get in touch with, changed the terms of our agreement, and generally made me feel uncomfortable. I've yet to decide whether dealing with him was worth the great venue we were able to use. I would make sure you have everything in writing concerning this management, and be prepared to make numerous unreturned phone calls. Also, don't be surprised if he stands you up for a scheduled appointment - twice.

The staff is very unprofessional! You put down a 500.00 security deposit and pay a 175.00 clean up fee. While on your honeymoon you see that they have cashed your security deposit without letting you know. When you ask why all you are told is because there was extra clean up. When asked for proof because you were the last to leave and you know it wasn't trashed they have only a picture of about 36 rose peddles in the floor. I would NEVER recommend this venue!!!
