This venue was amazing from the staff food DJ Photographer the outside where the wedding was held. The room was beautiful flowers, everything. No hiccups . Come and check it out.

We had researched quite a few venues before we came across Southern Hills that had not so great rates and none too many for the size we wanted. When we learned of the Micro Wedding option here, we knew we had the right place. Just our family and close friends for a few hours was what we wanted. Ms Fran was an incredible help all the way through from Start to Finish. Ms Kim was also wonderful helping with our desired layout of the venue and helping us stay organized. On the day of the actual ceremony everyone went above and beyond for us. All of the staff did great to keep things on time and were there when needed. The food selection was delicious even the options we tried but didn't choose. Our favorites was the Stuffed Chicken Florentine and Scalloped Potatoes overall. Cooked beautifully all with decent portion sizes and we were given some to go which was so sweet. It was a great time and we'll hold the memories forever. The wedding was incredible. Everyone had a fantastic time. From planning the wedding to the food tasting to discussing every detail, they were extremely accommodating. The outdoor ceremony was amazing. We had perfect weather and we had a horse drawn carriage which was incredible. It brought tears to my son's eyes as well as everyone else's when his lovely bride rode in the carriage and her father was waiting for her to walk up the aisle. Every detail from start to finish was meticulously planned out by the bride and her mother and discussed and carried out by the fantastic staff at Southern Hills. In addition, I hosted the rehearsal dinner at Southern Hills Plantation the night before the wedding. All of the food, both at the rehearsal dinner (which was a buffet) to the wedding itself which was a sit-down dinner was excellent. I highly recommend Southern Hills Plantation for weddings. It is an extremely good value for everything that is included in the ultimate wedding package which includes the ceremony, a dj, up lighting, the photographers, an officiant, a cake allowance as well as a floral allowance. The staff bent over backwards and the service was exemplary.
I want to thank the staff for all of their hard work for this beautiful wedding. These memories will last my son and my daughter-in-law a lifetime.
