ASHLEY and MADDIE were absolutely incredible! They made our entire wedding go so smoothly and without a hitch! (At least as far as we know of!) Which was PERFECT. I could not recommend them enough! I wish I always had a little Ashley to help me in my everyday life. They truly are the best and I love them so much!!! -

Hire Ashley and her team!!!
From the moment that we first met Ashley at a wedding expo in Ybor, we could tell she was a special person! She just felt so warm and thoughtful.
We booked a design consult plus her 2 month coordination plan, and as soon as that time period kicked off it was like watching a secret agent spring into action.
She helped us figure out how to turn our Pinterest board and loose ideas into a reality. Ashley is extremely well-connected, and the vendors that she recommended to us were fantastic. She also is a savvy negotiator and helped us get money back when another vendor gave us incorrect info and caused us to overpay for something. She nailed down the seating chart and timeline so that everything flowed smoothly while still prioritizing moments that were important to us. We had a LOT of DIY decor ideas, and she was a huge cheerleader. She even brought extra helpers to make sure it all was assembled just like how we imagined.
On the day of the wedding, Ashley and her team were our guardian angels. The rental company sent the wrong chargers? Ashley made sure the right ones appeared. My dress started to slip down right before family photos? She was there to make sure it got pulled up and I didn’t flash my new in-laws. I froze right before walking down the aisle? She was there to smile and kindly tell me I had to start walking. The day was pretty darn close to perfect, and we credit so much of that to B Eventful. -

The Best Wedding Planner 💐
I don’t even know where to begin…hire B Eventful immediately, you will not regret it! We worked with Ashley and we absolutely love her! She took every ounce of stress out of my mind for our year of planning. Every question, every concern, every detail, Ashley took care of it. She is so patient, so kind, and so fun! She did everything with a smile on her face. You can tell by the quality of her work that this is a true passion of hers. She executed every single thing perfectly, and we could not have asked for a dreamier wedding day! There wasn’t one thing that went wrong, and I truly believe it’s because we were working with the best out there. Hiring B Eventful was the best wedding planning decision we ever made. ❤️

B Eventful - The Solution to ALL Brides Planning!
Ashley and her team were absolutely AMAZING! We were lucky enough to work with Ashley for the year leading up to our wedding and have her and her team there for day of events— when I tell you everything was PERFECT, it was! If there was an emergency, I had no idea. If there was a hiccup in the timeline, guests and myself couldn’t tell. Everything was smooth, easy and I can amazingly say as a bride- stress free! There was clear communication through the entire process and great response times. Never did I worry we were off track.
I would highly highly recommend Ashley and her B Eventful team for wedding coordination and planning, she is a wonderful human and fabulous to work with! -

I don’t even know where to begin with Ashley and her team. They saved the day multiple times and seriously deserve every award and praise out there. Our original planner went MIA about three months before our wedding and Lisette stepped in and took over seamlessly. Then when our wedding was cancelled three days prior due to hurricane Milton, every vendor was rescheduled immediately with no issue or stress to me at all. Our outdoor wedding got rained out the day and Lisette was soaked to the core but didn’t complain once. She had everyone in order always, was proactive and not reactive and was my ultimate hype woman. I wish I could get married over and over again just for the pleasure of using them. If you’re considering anyone else don’t, it doesn’t get better than BEventful!!! -

Ashley is a wonderful planner who helped us plan and execute the wedding day of our dreams. She helped us navigate the scare of a hurricane potentially changing all the plans we had made just days before our wedding day. Our day was more than we could have ever asked for and everything went the way it was supposed to! I would recommend anyone to B Eventful for any event big or small! I cannot stop thinking about my wedding and the wonderful memories I have thanks to Ashley and the whole B Eventful team! -

My husband and I found out about Ashley through his cousin and we are so glad we chose to have her as our Month of Coordinator!! She was very flexible and took the time to walk me through the wedding timeline and ease any worries I had throughout the wedding planning process. On the day of, she noticed my husband and I were needing a break from taking photos and immediately tucked us away to have a moment to ourselves. It speaks to her kindness and attentiveness to us and we are so grateful for everything she did throughout the day of to make the event go as amazing as possible.
No wedding goes 100% according to plan but Ashley was very adaptable to one of our vendors arriving late. She and her team did so much behind the scenes to make sure our event went as smoothly as possible. I cannot thank her and her team enough for all their hard work.
It was strange at times not having my phone with me because I wanted to capture at times what felt like such a fairytale wedding but Ashley took several behind the scenes photos and videos of not only the venue with the decor but also with my husband and I and it made me so happy that I could just be in the present moment. Right after the wedding I was able to relive our day as we waited for the photographer and videographer to send sneak peeks of their work.
Overall, I would recommend Ashley and her team to any future couples needing guidance and support in their wedding process. They have different services from full planning to month of coordination and I’m confident you can find a service that best fit your needs!! -

Worth every penny!
A planning dream team!! My wedding went by with no issues because of Ashley and Jordan. It’s hilarious to look back and think that my mother and I thought we could handle wedding planning without a planner! From the section we interviewed B Eventful we were met with passion, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Ashley was available at every step of the wedding planning process from hiring vendors, ideas for decor/styling, our floorplan, and just basic wedding questions. My 11pm panicked questions were even answered in a timely manner!
Ashley and Jordan went above and beyond on our big day and I can’t thank them enough for making everything perfect. Hands down - they are the best team you can ask for. You will not regret hiring them! -

Ashley was AMAZING so say the least. My wife and I had an amazing time planning the wedding with her and she was always on top of everything. Stress free process and it’s all thanks to her. Even during the wedding Ashley made sure that my wife and I were completely taken care of. She even brought us drinks and food while we took our wedding photos after the ceremony. Honest review, I would hands down recommend Ashley for any upcoming weddings. Choosing her to be your wedding planner will be the best choice you’ll ever make. -

From the very beginning of the planning process they guided, informed, and reassured us that everything would be perfect. They were attentive and no matter how many
times we emailed, texted or asked for a call they were there. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of women to help us plan our day. They love what they do and truly care about their couples and creating their dream wedding. I can’t praise them enough for everything they did for us. Ashley is an absolute godsend, she continually eased my worries and calmed all my nerves/stresses throughout the planning process and especially on the day of, every time I thought we were running behind she would assure me that we are right on time and this was my day, they couldn’t start without me. They made sure everything was flawless, if there was an issue they made sure it was handled without it affecting our day/experience. I highly recommend them to plan your special event. -

How can I just give these girls 5 stars! They are INCREDIBLE! We had the privilege to work with Ashley, and Amber! I met them at a wedding expo and I just KNEW I had to have them as a planner! They truly did make our wedding planning experience so smooth and enjoyable! They went ABOVE and beyond the week of the weeding and I will be forever grateful for that! Made our wedding day easy and stress-free
We hired B Eventful as our day of coordinators. My husband and I had nothing included with our reception location, so all our vendors were hired separately. We also supplied our own decor and alcohol. Beginning 30 days out, B Eventful was in constant communication with us. They helped us create our timeline and reach out to all our vendors to make sure everything was in order. Because of their help, my family was able to enjoy the whole wedding day and not worry about setting up the reception venue. They even met up with us the day before to pick up our alcohol and decorations so we didn’t have to worry about it on the wedding day. There were a couple small hiccups (not their fault) that occurred throughout the day, and my husband and I never knew about it until days after. B Eventful is very detailed, great with communication and has a creative vision. They made the day feel so smooth and easy. I would highly suggest hiring them for your day of needs. -

Ashley and the entire B Eventful team are very competent in event planning and decor. They are accommodating to various needs we brought to them during our wedding planning process. Not only were they accommodating, but took away all stress and hassle from the wedding planning process and made it their goal to ensure we as a couple actually enjoyed our own wedding! I can not say enough good things about them- I've worked in the event planning industry for some years and B Eventful is one of the best teams I've seen. Will recommend it to anyone planning a wedding or any event!! -

I don't know how to put into words how wonderful the entire B Eventful team was! Booking them was definitely the BEST wedding decision we made!
From the beginning Ashley was quick to respond and keep us updated! She regularly sent us planning checklists and made herself available for any questions despite us only booking them as a month of/day of coordinator!
As the big day got closer, Amber jumped in to put together all of our details and make sure we were ready to go! She kept in consistent contact up until the big day and was at the rehearsal to make sure we were set. She jumped in to help with a last minute entertainment addition and fix a transportation mishap without allowing me a moment to stress in the slightest!
The day of the wedding Amber and Ashley both got to the venue early to begin setting up! They coordinated venue arrivals and put together decor before we arrived as well as communicated with me throughout the morning to make sure we were on track with hair and makeup.
When we walked in we were both blown away by how AMAZING everything looked. The girls were able to take my purchased decor and rentals and bring every vision I had for the event to life. They were available throughout the event to make sure we kept on schedule without feeling rushed and made it a point to allow us time to enjoy the day. If there were any hiccups, I have no idea because the b eventful team handled everything flawlessly!
Our wedding was perfect and that wouldn't have been possible without the ladies at b eventful- I can not thank them enough for the kindness, professionalism, and calm they brought to our day. -

Could not have asked for more from the team at B Eventful!! Our day of coordinator was Amber, and she was spot on both during the rehearsal and the day off. I couldn’t rave enough about the B Eventful team, they far exceeded my expectations in every way. I honestly am very type B and was super last minute with all the wedding details including finding vendors and figuring out details. They were amazing at keeping me on top of things and giving great recommendations. They really shined wedding day though when they seamlessly kept everything running according to plan. My own parents said they felt like they cared the way a family member would. They deserve all the credit in the world! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough honestly. They were always available to us whenever we had questions and scheduled regular meetings working around my long work hours. -

We got married last night, after a BEAUTIFUL clear day, during a thunderstorm. All my dreams of an outside beachfront ceremony were slipping away. Ashley and Amber arrived at the hotel 6 hours before my ceremony. Once the weather started to get dicey, they were in constant contact regarding the weather radar and our options. Ultimately, we had to make the difficult decision to move the ceremony inside into the ballroom. Ashley and Amber were able to create a beachy aisle inside the ballroom. They made everything beautiful and even got the florist to move the arch inside! All day (and late into the night) these ladies were always making sure everything was going according to my plan and kept all the other vendors on track, not a small task when everything started late due to the weather. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for being everything I needed on this day- I will be forever thankful you were with me.
