I can’t say enough good things about Sydney and the entire popped event planning team. From the get-go, she was honest, professional, realistic, and warm and friendly! She was with us every step of the way, at vendor appointments, picking out details, choosing design, all within our style preferences, and budget. We had the privilege of working with Zarna and Sydney for our wedding. From their online database to keep all our vendors, payments, guests, and contacts organized to the meetings to make sure we were staying on track- they were such an amazing team to keep us sane during a time that can be stressful while planning a wedding. We did our wedding in Winter Park, Florida with Sydney who was new to the area and our venue. You would have never guessed she had never run a wedding at our venue as everything ran so smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a more professional, calm, helpful, and supportive person to help make sure our wedding ran perfectly smooth. She always made sure we were at the right place at the right time, knowing what was most important to us throughout the night, and making sure we ate and always had a drink in our hands. Not only was she on top of things all night and never let us worry about anything but enjoying our wedding day, she captured some amazing behind the scene pictures and videos on her phone just so we could see some immediate pictures when waiting on the ones from our photographer. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and the company and would definitely recommend them for your next event.

We worked with Bridgette starting 60 days out and she was absolutely incredible! She helped us to stay on track leading up to the big day and helped to answer any questions we had. We truly don’t know what we would’ve done without Bridgette. Bonnie assisted on the day of and was also incredible!

Bridgette was very calm, organized, professional, and just an all-around joy to work with. Thanks to her, our entire day flowed seamlessly and anything that did come up was handled with ease. Every detail was handled with care, and we were able to just relax and be present, knowing she had everything under control. She coordinated with all our vendors, kept the timeline on track, and made sure every little thing — from the ceremony setup to the reception transitions — happened smoothly and beautifully. My dress strap broke at one point and Bridgette and Bonnie came in with a big kit of anything you might need (sewing kit, glue, safety pins) and we quickly figured out a solution so I was able to get back on the dance floor :) We are so grateful to Bridgette and Bonnie!

Hiring a month-of-coordinator was one of the best decisions we made and I cannot recommend Popped Event Planning enough! From the minute I met Sydney and booked with Popped Events I felt at ease and knew they would ensure that things ran smoothly. 60 days out I was partnered with one of the Popped coordinators, Bonnie, and she helped me stay organized, communicate with vendors, and make sure I had everything done that needed to be. She was so helpful through this 60 day process, site visit, and rehearsal.

I felt so at ease going into the wedding weekend knowing that Bonnie and Sydney were going to be there every step of the way. And wow they absolutely exceeded my expectations in making sure everything was handled and running smoothly on the wedding day - I truly do not know what I would have done without them and am so thankful!

Bonnie and Sydney were both amazing and extremely helpful prior to and on my wedding day. With the hurricanes happening in Florida, my fiance and I were sure we would have to cancel our wedding altogether but Bonnie worked very hard to make sure our wedding was possible. On the day of my wedding, I literally didn’t have to worry about anything because Bonnie and Sydney were both already on top of it. Popped Event Planning was the perfect coordinating team for our wedding! Our planner, Crystal, was kind, professional and an essential piece of the puzzle that made our wedding day go off without a hitch. She and her assistant were so kind, even leaving a box of beautiful custom cookies at our gift table from the team. Their planning tools were so helpful in keeping everything organized. Crystal took time to get to know my fiance and I, our families and how gauging the time of assistance we were needing. Our ceremony and reception were at two different venues, so I was anxious thinking of how we would coordinate set-up in both places. Crystal took it on without a blink and both set-up and take down were extremely seamless. Genuinely cannot thank Popped Events for their part in making our wedding day a dream.

Crystal and her team were amazing to work with. They kept all my vendors informed and me updated step by step. If a problem came they were upfront with their thoughts and solutions we all worked together to solve the problem. The day of the wedding Crystal’s attention to detail was perfect. Everyone was happy and I could concentrate on my daughter. With 2 weddings in one day, a lunch, cocktail hour, dinner and reception she never left our side and worked her magic. The day was amazing and ran just as it was to be. I can not THANK them enough to helping make my daughter’s weddings a HUGE success!!!!! If I had to rate them it would be A+ they went above and beyond. Crystal and team THANK YOU so much for being there and making this event a day we will NEVER forget!!! I would definitely recommend and use them again for any future events we will have.
