Popped Event Planning was the perfect coordinating team for our wedding! Our planner, Crystal, was kind, professional and an essential piece of the puzzle that made our wedding day go off without a hitch. She and her assistant were so kind, even leaving a box of beautiful custom cookies at our gift table from the team. Their planning tools were so helpful in keeping everything organized. Crystal took time to get to know my fiance and I, our families and how gauging the time of assistance we were needing. Our ceremony and reception were at two different venues, so I was anxious thinking of how we would coordinate set-up in both places. Crystal took it on without a blink and both set-up and take down were extremely seamless. Genuinely cannot thank Popped Events for their part in making our wedding day a dream.

Popped events was great we had Tara and she was on point, knew what she was doing and took care of it all! Like most weddings little things come up and Tara was there to handle it, from setup, to ques for the ceremony and reception, cocktail hour, vendor management and clean up. Gave her a list and photos of setup and she made it all come to life. She was a resource of help before the big day, they kept everything organized for us and did a great job working with our other vendors. My Groom was particularly impressed by the little things she handled under the radar so quickly to make our day go without a hitch. Im type A (tend to micromanage) it was nice and weird to know she had everything taken care of and I could just focus on the day. I almost felt like checking on her to see if there was anything I could do lol! We even got this cute cookie box with our names and wedding date. Hopefully I never get married again but If I do Id hire Tara/ popped events again. It really is valuable to have someone who knows how things should flow and what you can press on.

Crystal at Popped Events was an angel in heels. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always there to answer a text, call, or email. Whenever I had vendor concerns she was already on the phone with them. I had a few concerns with the venue and she had them fixed and handled before I could blink. The day of the wedding I started getting dehydrated and Crystal was there consistently checking on me making sure I was ok.
