From our first conversation, she understood exactly what we wanted—an intimate, coastal wedding with specific colors—and she elevated it beyond anything we could have imagined. I can’t say enough good things about Sydney and the entire popped event planning team. From the get-go, she was honest, professional, realistic, and warm and friendly! She was with us every step of the way, at vendor appointments, picking out details, choosing design, all within our style preferences, and budget. Hiring Sydney and her team allowed us to be hands off for most of our planning process by using the aisle planner to track our to do list and budget as well as having regular video or telephone calls. Sydney and her team worked diligently behind the scenes to make our day not only beautiful, but stress-free. I would choose her 100 times over again, and she has my highest recommendation to plan your dream wedding! -

We had the privilege of working with Zarna and Sydney for our wedding. From their online database to keep all our vendors, payments, guests, and contacts organized to the meetings to make sure we were staying on track- they were such an amazing team to keep us sane during a time that can be stressful while planning a wedding. We did our wedding in Winter Park, Florida with Sydney who was new to the area and our venue. You would have never guessed she had never run a wedding at our venue as everything ran so smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a more professional, calm, helpful, and supportive person to help make sure our wedding ran perfectly smooth. She always made sure we were at the right place at the right time, knowing what was most important to us throughout the night, and making sure we ate and always had a drink in our hands. Not only was she on top of things all night and never let us worry about anything but enjoying our wedding day, she captured some amazing behind the scene pictures and videos on her phone just so we could see some immediate pictures when waiting on the ones from our photographer. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and the company and would definitely recommend them for your next event. -

Working with Popped Event Planning was one of the best decisions we made! Our initial consultation with Sydney made us feel so welcome and confident in the services that would be provided.
We worked with Bridgette starting 60 days out and she was absolutely incredible! She helped us to stay on track leading up to the big day and helped to answer any questions we had. We truly don’t know what we would’ve done without Bridgette. Bonnie assisted on the day of and was also incredible!
Bridgette was very calm, organized, professional, and just an all-around joy to work with. Thanks to her, our entire day flowed seamlessly and anything that did come up was handled with ease. Every detail was handled with care, and we were able to just relax and be present, knowing she had everything under control. She coordinated with all our vendors, kept the timeline on track, and made sure every little thing — from the ceremony setup to the reception transitions — happened smoothly and beautifully. My dress strap broke at one point and Bridgette and Bonnie came in with a big kit of anything you might need (sewing kit, glue, safety pins) and we quickly figured out a solution so I was able to get back on the dance floor :) We are so grateful to Bridgette and Bonnie!
If you’re considering hiring a day-of coordinator, DO IT! Popped Event Planning is a team of professionals and absolutely worth it! -

Bonnie and Sydney were both amazing and extremely helpful prior to and on my wedding day. With the hurricanes happening in Florida, my fiance and I were sure we would have to cancel our wedding altogether but Bonnie worked very hard to make sure our wedding was possible. On the day of my wedding, I literally didn’t have to worry about anything because Bonnie and Sydney were both already on top of it. I would highly recommend Popped Event Planning for your next event and a big thank you to Bonnie and Sydney once again! -

Popped Event Planning was the perfect coordinating team for our wedding! Our planner, Crystal, was kind, professional and an essential piece of the puzzle that made our wedding day go off without a hitch. She and her assistant were so kind, even leaving a box of beautiful custom cookies at our gift table from the team. Their planning tools were so helpful in keeping everything organized. Crystal took time to get to know my fiance and I, our families and how gauging the time of assistance we were needing. Our ceremony and reception were at two different venues, so I was anxious thinking of how we would coordinate set-up in both places. Crystal took it on without a blink and both set-up and take down were extremely seamless. Genuinely cannot thank Popped Events for their part in making our wedding day a dream. -

Amazing service!!!!!
Crystal and her team were amazing to work with. They kept all my vendors informed and me updated step by step. If a problem came they were upfront with their thoughts and solutions we all worked together to solve the problem. The day of the wedding Crystal’s attention to detail was perfect. Everyone was happy and I could concentrate on my daughter. With 2 weddings in one day, a lunch, cocktail hour, dinner and reception she never left our side and worked her magic. The day was amazing and ran just as it was to be. I can not THANK them enough to helping make my daughter’s weddings a HUGE success!!!!! If I had to rate them it would be A+ they went above and beyond. Crystal and team THANK YOU so much for being there and making this event a day we will NEVER forget!!! I would definitely recommend and use them again for any future events we will have. -

From start to finish, Popped Planning was truly incredible; especially navigating some last minute venue mishaps. My fiancé and I spent an enormous amount of time looking for a day-of coordinator that suited our needs and personality. When we found Popped Planning and had our first meeting with Sydney, we knew it was the perfect fit. She made us feel so comfortable, even having not yet met our assigned day-of coordinator. As I booked each of our vendors, Sydney was happy to share her experiences and answer any questions, providing some much needed confidence in the vendor hunting process. Fast forward to two months before our wedding- Zarna steps in. From day one, Zarna was a rockstar- organized, professional and relatable. She addressed every concern, gave her honest opinions, and made plans to tie up any loose ends. With each meeting, I felt more and more relaxed knowing Zarna understood our vision and was working diligently to bring it to life. Unfortunately, three days before our wedding we learned of a local event that changed guest arrival time, parking, nearly all vendor services, cocktail hour location... the list goes on; truly a bride and grooms worst nightmare. Without hesitation, Zarna jumped in. She spent hours, day and night, on the phone consoling, planning, searching for solutions, sending emails, and contacting every single vendor. She truly did everything in her power to ensure our day was all that we planned it to be, despite the chaos. And did she ever. Bright and early, who is at my dressing door to assure me everything was under control? Zarna. At every turn, Zarna was there to keep us on tract, extinguish any fires (literally), and bring us anything and everything we needed (late night dancing slippers included). There’s genuinely no words to thank Zarna, and Popped Planning for everything they did to make our wedding the most wonderful, memorable day. As a type-A bride who thought she could do it all, trust me when I say you need Popped Planning on your team. I could have never pulled it off without them! -

Crystal at Popped Events was an angel in heels. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always there to answer a text, call, or email. Whenever I had vendor concerns she was already on the phone with them. I had a few concerns with the venue and she had them fixed and handled before I could blink. The day of the wedding I started getting dehydrated and Crystal was there consistently checking on me making sure I was ok. Sydney the owner of Popped Events was also AMAZING to work with and always very easy to get a hold of throughout the process. If you are getting married in the Tampa area get on the phone and book Popped Events and request Crystal! -

Choosing to work with Popped was probably one of the best decisions I made when it came to planning our wedding! Initially, I thought I could handle everything myself until I realized that for the day of our wedding, we would definitely need some help!
We worked with Crystal and she was amazing from day one! I trusted her fully and it was so nice knowing that all of the little details, and everything on our big day would be handled. She quickly alleviated my panic on a few occasions, and the morning of our wedding I was completely stress free and I could just enjoy the moment (for that alone, I am very thankful!)
Crystal and Jesmen were an incredible duo, and I would highly recommend any future brides to consider working with the Popped Team! -

I only have the most positive things to say regarding my experience with Popped.
Sydney was honest and straight forward which I needed with all the decisions in front of me. She is very knowledgeable about the options of vendors and local venues. She has creative ideas and is able to make it all happen with ease. She filled in so many parts I would’ve never thought about tending to.
I really appreciated that she was always responsive and had clear communication. Nothing fell through the cracks.

Popped events was great we had Tara and she was on point, knew what she was doing and took care of it all! Like most weddings little things come up and Tara was there to handle it, from setup, to ques for the ceremony and reception, cocktail hour, vendor management and clean up. Gave her a list and photos of setup and she made it all come to life. She was a resource of help before the big day, they kept everything organized for us and did a great job working with our other vendors. My Groom was particularly impressed by the little things she handled under the radar so quickly to make our day go without a hitch. Im type A (tend to micromanage) it was nice and weird to know she had everything taken care of and I could just focus on the day. I almost felt like checking on her to see if there was anything I could do lol! We even got this cute cookie box with our names and wedding date. Hopefully I never get married again but If I do Id hire Tara/ popped events again. It really is valuable to have someone who knows how things should flow and what you can press on. -

My wedding day was perfect because of Leah!
From the moment I spoke to Sydney during my interest call, I knew Popped Event Planning is who I wanted to work with. Sydney provided solutions to my planning needs where other planners I spoke to could not. I knew at that moment, I needed this team to help execute my wedding day.
I choose the month of coordination because I had my vendors and most of the details locked in. With month of coordination, you actually get your coordinator 3 months out! That is when we met Leah. I cannot say enough great things about Leah. She helped with my final details, coordinated changes with vendors, adjusted my floor plan/rentals to accommodate a larger wedding for the space that we had, put together timeline and offered suggestions when needed. Leah was quick to respond, detailed, professional, and ALWAYS had solutions like Sydney did in my initial call with her. I would think of random things that other people worried about on their wedding day (card boxes/emptying cards in the box, handoffs at the end of the night, etc.) and Leah was always one step ahead of me and already had it taken care of/plan in place. Seriously, she is good at what she does!
I ended up renting my flowers and decor from
an online distributor and there was a lot of setup needed from the planning team. Leah and her assistant worked through all of the details and everything was absolutely perfect day of.
I am so happy I went with Popped Event Planning and cannot recommend them more. They are thoughtful in everything that they do thought out the planning process and after. In one of our take home boxes, we had a letter from Leah and personalized cookies. The perfect touch we received after our wedding.
My wedding day was perfect because of Leah. I did not stress about one thing and was able to enjoy it. Thank you Leah and Popped Event Planning! -

If you are planning a wedding, you should run - don’t walk – to Popped Event Planning. Hiring Sydney was truly the best decision we could have made. We got married this past October and she helped us plan the wedding of our dreams in less than FIVE MONTHS for over 200 guests. We are so grateful she took us on as a client. We were very stressed about planning a wedding in such a short amount of time for so many guests, but after our very first meeting with Sydney, she immediately took away every ounce of stress. Regardless of the questions, or multiple emails, she always made us feel as if we were her one and only client. Sydney worked tirelessly to ensure not a single detail was missed – she is incredibly organized and thorough. Every single vendor recommendation by Sydney exceeded our expectations. We were able create an amazing team of people who helped make our day absolutely perfect. Between TikTok, Pinterest and wedding blogs, I thought I had ample resources to plan our wedding. But the Internet alone isn't enough to deliver the stress-free, organized and unique wedding experience the ladies at Popped pulled off.
They were amazing. They were professional, clear communicators and their expertise was so apparent every step of the way. There were so many aspects and elements to wedding planning I wasn't aware of until it was time for me to be a bride. Instead of being blindsided (or should I say "bridesided") the Popped crew proactively addressed every aspect of planning and executing a wedding.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to avoid stress and simply enjoy their special day. -

As soon as I spoke to Sydney of Popped Event Planning, I knew she was the one who would be able to make our wedding into an amazing celebration – and she did NOT disappoint! Sydney is a phenomenal planner, and we are thrilled with how everything turned out. Sydney was truly the backbone and unsung hero of our wedding - we could not have made it through the planning or through the wedding day without her. Sydney listened to our ideas, and I told her what colors (yellow & light gray) and specific elements we wanted. She proposed using different colors (black, dark gray, and gold) that would be more conducive to our Romantic Punk theme, and designed an event that was gorgeous, fun, and romantic, and exceeded anything we ever thought we would have. We changed the venue 3 times, and Sydney took it all in stride, adapting to each unique location with a smile on her face. Sydney works with a lot of various vendors, and those she recommended for us were terrific! She has a large inventory of rental items that will suit any style of wedding. She offers signs for rent, but is able to make personalized signs as well. We had a few “hiccups” in the last 3 weeks before the wedding and on wedding day, but Sydney always had a solution when asked to help, including some on-the-spot dress alterations. She prepared us well for what to expect from other vendors, as well as how the day of the wedding would unfold. Sydney is creative, attentive, friendly, helpful, patient, accommodating, and a first-rate professional. We cannot thank or recommend or compliment Sydney enough! We will forever be grateful to her for everything she did to make our wedding perfect!

Best decision ever !
Sydney was amazing from beginning to end. My only regret is that I didn’t hire her sooner in the process! We worked together on my wedding for about a year and did full planning together. My fiancé and I were out of state and we were so busy this year with work but Sydney was able to help us be organized with everything. If you’re on the fence about using Popped Event Planning just do it! You won’t regret it! -
