My wife and I had a 10/10 experience working with Bradi at WCO Events. Key West was our destination wedding, which can make planning a challenge. Bradi personally made sure it wasn't a challenge. She utilized her extensive connections in Key West to recommend the best vendors, expertly navigated communications with them, assisted us in our personal planning process, ran errands for us on the day of (we needed someone to go grab lunch while the brides got ready, for example!), and lifted us up at every turn! She has an expert eye for event management, flow, and detailing. She met with us a few times before the big day, hopped on a Zoom call whenever we needed her, and responded to texts and emails very quickly. It truly felt like a family member was managing our wedding, that's how easy it was to trust her skill. We fully recommend!

We hired Bradi for our Key West wedding in February of 2026. We both work full time and don't live locally so we opted to hire her for full service planning. We are so glad we did because we had to change our wedding venue with less than a month before the wedding! Bradi was a lifesaver, coordinated with another venue, and helped us organize transportation to/from the new venue. She was honest with us throughout the process and responsive to all of our questions and requests. We also had a pre-wedding welcome party, sunset cruise, and rehearsal dinner that Bradi helped us coordinate and plan for by putting us in touch with great vendors and restaurants.Her organization and experience made our day unforgettable and we are forever grateful to her for making our wedding superb.

Where to even begin with how incredible WCO, specifically Bradi, was as our wedding planner!! We were planning a small wedding in Key West from Ohio, and Bradi was there for us every step of the way. From our first call to uncover the vision, to recommending vendors and answering our many questions, she didn’t miss a beat.

We truly had the best team on board for our wedding day, and that is thanks entirely to Bradi and her guidance. She is so knowledgeable beyond belief, gave the best advice on things we never even thought to consider, and supported us in countless ways. She is incredibly caring and was our biggest cheerleader, even before we got to our wedding month.

Bradi is extremely organized and kept us on track, making sure every detail was mapped out, all of our vendors were aligned, and that the timeline of the day was seamless.

Fast forward to when we arrived in Key West, Bradi made sure everything was perfect, and I mean perfect. From our rehearsal, where she made sure we knew exactly what to do, to the day of, she made us, especially me as the bride, feel so calm and supported. I never had any doubt the day would run smoothly, and that is because we had Bradi in our corner.

She made sure everyone was where they needed to be, everything was set up beautifully, and truly brought our vision to life in every way. I will never forget arriving at our ceremony and having Bradi by my side the entire time. When she says she will personally get you down the aisle and make sure everything is in place, she means it.

When I first saw our ceremony setup, I was holding back tears at how beautiful it was, and the same goes for our venue. Every detail was beyond our wildest dreams.

The support from Bradi didn’t stop there. She was there the entire night, made sure we had everything we needed, single-handedly helped me attach the straps to my dress and change my shoes, and even helped us get everything back to our hotel at the end of the evening so there was zero stress at any point.

Having Bradi as part of our day was truly a blessing, and I cannot recommend her enough. If you want to walk into your wedding day knowing that no stone will be left unturned, look no further!

I also have to mention, not only was Bradi the best support for us, but our guests, especially my parents, couldn’t stop singing her praises. She didn’t just make the day perfect for my husband and I, our guests couldn’t help but notice her impact throughout the entire evening.

Bradi doesn’t just run your wedding day, she elevates every part of it, and truly was an integral part of what made the best day of our lives the best day of our lives.

Bradi, Matt & I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us. We are so lucky to have met you, had you by our side throughout the entire process from start to finish, and are so grateful to now have a friend in you. We can’t wait to see you the next time we are in Key West!!

I cannot recommend WCO Events and Bradi enough! I planned my Key West wedding from out of state, and I don't think I could have made it happen without Bradi and her expertise.

I reached out to a planners/coordinators and knew instantly upon talking to Bradi that she was the right choice. Even though I hired her as a coordinator, during the planning phase I had a few questions, and she was always more than happy to help. She even made time to meet with my fiance and I during our tasting -the DAY before HER OWN wedding!!!

She always listened to my wishes and was flexible with ways work them into the timeline, without jeopardizing the flow of the day.

My wedding day was perfect! I was not stressed at all and actually able to have fun - ALL thanks to Bradi! If you are looking for a planner or coordinator Bradi is your girl!

We had a great experience using WCO events for our wedding. Our wedding planner was Bradi Parks. Bradi was great at helping us before and during the wedding. She had great tips, advice, and seemed to have great relationships with all our vendors! She was very speedy at responding to us. She made our timeline, communicated with our vendors, coordinated the event, and made everything stress free. She double checked things for us, for example, we forgot to actually put in the order for our key lime pie and she noticed it and made sure we got it in. The day before the wedding we realized there was an issue with noise next door and Bradi handled it like a pro and made sure that our ceremony went off without a hitch. We really appreciated it!

My husband Robert and I wholeheartedly recommend WCO Events for any of your wedding planning needs. Kathleen and Ralphie were the planners for our May 2025 wedding at Fort Zachary Beach and the Hemingway Home, and hiring them was truly one of the best decisions we made.

Not only are Kathleen and Ralphie some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, but they are also incredibly caring. They made sure our needs were always heard and offered thoughtful, helpful advice throughout the entire planning process.

Their knowledge of both Key West and weddings in general was invaluable to us. From day one until our big day, they were on top of every detail. Anytime I sent a text or email, they responded promptly. They also attended all our vendor appointments and calls as well as asked important questions (some we hadn't even thought of ourselves!)

When our officiant had to cancel at the last minute, Ralphie immediately stepped in to officiate, and we were beyond grateful. Our wedding day turned out exactly as we dreamed, and we have Kathleen and Ralphie to thank tremendously for that. We’re so grateful to have had them by our side and would recommend WCO Events without hesitation.

Bradi was absolutely amazing through our entire experience. She started helping me at the first point of contact. She helped me find vendors who are in my price range, but would still allow me to have a beautiful wedding. Leading up to the wedding, she answered any questions I had and did everything that I asked her to do. On the day of our wedding, she was instrumental in making sure our day ran smoothly, and that all of our decorations got set up exactly how I wanted them to. I had a perfect wedding day, and that was largely because of Bradi. I would hire her for any future events!

The rumor is true, I ran away and got married last weekend!
I literally got put through complete torture (so did my other vendors) on the behalf of the establishment where I got married. And Bradi was literally my one and only sunshine!
Bradi's communication was strong from the very beginning, and definitely a woman of her word! She was extremely easy to talk to, very honest and beyond helpful when things got tough!

I must say as someone who is a planner herself I was not going to hire a wedding planner. I felt I had done most the work myself. As we approached our special day, so much ran through my head and as much as I planned I quickly realized I could not do everything myself and especially if I wanted to enjoy my day.
Bradi guided me through communication with my vendors, assured every detail of our vision came to light.
And was very flexible. As we connected she became more than a planner she became a friend.
We were truly blessed to work with Bradi, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is not only good at her job, she is good at her job because it’s her passion and cares. I have no regrets and will be able to look back at my special day with continued excitement because of her.
