Caroline was recommended to us by our caterers after talking to many wedding planner who wanted to charge us half of our budget. After meeting with Caroline we quickly realized she was exactly what we needed and her prices were very reasonable. Caroline was always very responsive and there was never a task we asked of her that she gave us any hesitation on completing. The day of our wedding was perfect because of her. She offers service to do all set up and breakdown which I would highly recommend. It’s hard to imagine how much work is actually needed to make your vision become reality. After talking through our wedding the one item we both agreed on is we should have hired Caroline for the welcome dinner as well. You have no idea how much coordination is actually needed until you are there. You will not regret hiring Caroline she will treat you like a friend getting married and do everything to make your day perfect instead of just another client.

I live in Pennsylvania and we were having a destination wedding in Key West, Florida we got married at the REACH hotel, which I would highly recommend!! Peggy and her team at destination wedding was an absolute fairy godmother scenario! They thought of everything helped me every step of the way and I could not have had the wedding my dreams without them! Peggy was absolutely amazing throughout the whole year as well as the month leading up to the event and the day of! If you are planning a wedding in the Florida area, especially any of the keys peggy and her team will make your dreams!!

We hired Lynn as our day-of coordinator for our wedding, and I can genuinely say it was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire planning process. Lynn and Monique were absolutely incredible – calm, organized, and so supportive from the moment they arrived. Lynn handled every detail with such grace and efficiency, from keeping the timeline on track to managing vendors and last-minute changes, all while making sure we didn’t have to stress about a thing. I truly don’t know how the day would have run without her – she made everything feel seamless, and we were able to fully enjoy the celebration knowing we were in great hands. We had the absolute best experience working with Jill from Mile Marker Weddings and Events. Planning a destination wedding from Maryland could have been stressful, but Jill made the entire process smooth and worry free from start to finish. She took care of every detail, from securing the permit for our beach ceremony at Sunset Park to reserving our reception dinner location and setting up the most beautiful ceremony space. Ivette was recommended to us by my cousin. She had been the planner for his daughter's wedding and they loved her, and I can see why. She is more than a day of coordinator...she works with you a year before to get all the info and give suggestions, and the month of she ramps it up to make sure everything is on track. The weekend of my daughter's wedding was practically flawless in a very large part because of her. She worked non-stop the entire weekend. She is knowledgeable, professional, very hard working and very easy to communicate with. I was able to relax with the bridal party the day of the wedding because I knew Ivette was taking care of everything. I could not have done it without her and I fully recommend her without hesitation.

We hired Key West Casual Weddings to plan our wedding/elopement. Dan was so easy to work with! He had my flowers delivered to my hotel the day of, performed our ceremony and did our photos. He is very creative and a super nice guy! Our ceremony was just us, and the vows he provided were beautiful! There was no stress! It was just easy, laid back and lots of laughs! Planning a destination wedding from out of state can be overwhelming, but Luisa made the entire experience completely stress-free and truly enjoyable. We were coming from Louisiana to the Florida Keys, and from the very beginning, she stayed in constant communication with us for months leading up to the big day. Luisa was incredibly organized, always quick to respond, and made us feel completely supported through every step of the process. The rehearsal and wedding day itself went off without a hitch — everything ran so smoothly, and we were able to just enjoy the moment without any stress or worry. Luisa handled everything beautifully behind the scenes, allowing us and our guests to socialize and soak in every part of the day. We truly cannot recommend her enough. If you’re planning a wedding in the Keys, Luisa is the planner you want by your side!
