Caroline was recommended to us by our caterers after talking to many wedding planner who wanted to charge us half of our budget. After meeting with Caroline we quickly realized she was exactly what we needed and her prices were very reasonable. Caroline was always very responsive and there was never a task we asked of her that she gave us any hesitation on completing. The day of our wedding was perfect because of her. She offers service to do all set up and breakdown which I would highly recommend. It’s hard to imagine how much work is actually needed to make your vision become reality. After talking through our wedding the one item we both agreed on is we should have hired Caroline for the welcome dinner as well. You have no idea how much coordination is actually needed until you are there. You will not regret hiring Caroline she will treat you like a friend getting married and do everything to make your day perfect instead of just another client.

Ivette was amazing from start to finish. She kept us calm throughout the planning process and had everything completely under control on our wedding day. From setting up extra décor to keeping our small wedding perfectly on track, she made it all look effortless. She’s professional, calm, and genuinely a pleasure to work with—very personable and great with our guests. Her familiarity with local venues like Pierre’s and Cheeca Lodge was incredibly helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator.

We hired Key West Casual Weddings to plan our wedding/elopement. Dan was so easy to work with! He had my flowers delivered to my hotel the day of, performed our ceremony and did our photos. He is very creative and a super nice guy! Our ceremony was just us, and the vows he provided were beautiful! There was no stress! It was just easy, laid back and lots of laughs! Carly went above and beyond for us, and we are eternally grateful that she was by our side throughout all of the wedding planning. We hired her for month of services only, but she was happy to pick up the phone and answer any of our questions at any point in time throughout the year and a half of planning. The resort was going to charge us to store our wedding decor for the few days leading up to the wedding since we aren’t local to the area, but Carly saved the day again and let us ship them to her house. There were issues with the BEO that the resort sent us two days before the wedding, but Carly took care of all of it so we wouldn’t have to worry about it while trying to enjoy our vacation. Both the rehearsal dinner and our wedding were beyond beautiful & she did such a good job bringing our imagination to life. It was honestly more beautiful than we dreamt it to be. She even thought about the small things like having our favorite drinks waiting for us at the end of the aisle after the ceremony. She also brought some of the food from cocktail hour for us since we were busy taking pictures during that time. After the reception, she gathered all of our decor and made sure the rented items made their way back to the vendors. Carly is also preserving my bouquet, which is so special to us. We are truly so appreciative for her & can’t imagine what our day would have been like without her! Would definitely recommend!

Planning a destination wedding from out of state can be overwhelming, but Luisa made the entire experience completely stress-free and truly enjoyable. We were coming from Louisiana to the Florida Keys, and from the very beginning, she stayed in constant communication with us for months leading up to the big day. Luisa was incredibly organized, always quick to respond, and made us feel completely supported through every step of the process. The rehearsal and wedding day itself went off without a hitch — everything ran so smoothly, and we were able to just enjoy the moment without any stress or worry. Luisa handled everything beautifully behind the scenes, allowing us and our guests to socialize and soak in every part of the day. We truly cannot recommend her enough. If you’re planning a wedding in the Keys, Luisa is the planner you want by your side!
