We decided to hire an extra coordinator semi-late when I realized I needed some extra help with the timeline and executing the day. I am so glad we found Caroline! She was so wonderful to work with and helped make sure the day went flawlessly. Caroline went above and beyond, even going out to get extra flowers for my flower man when she realized we didn't have enough. She had creative ideas, like a champagne exit, which ended up being one of my favorite parts of the night! I appreciated how I could text her with questions when needed. I know my day wouldn't have gone as smoothly without Caroline, even our friends/guests who are wedding vendor owners themselves mentioned how well organized everything was and how flawlessly it was executed. Thank you, Caroline!

Caroline was recommended to us by our caterers after talking to many wedding planner who wanted to charge us half of our budget. After meeting with Caroline we quickly realized she was exactly what we needed and her prices were very reasonable. Caroline was always very responsive and there was never a task we asked of her that she gave us any hesitation on completing. The day of our wedding was perfect because of her. She offers service to do all set up and breakdown which I would highly recommend. It’s hard to imagine how much work is actually needed to make your vision become reality. After talking through our wedding the one item we both agreed on is we should have hired Caroline for the welcome dinner as well. You have no idea how much coordination is actually needed until you are there. You will not regret hiring Caroline she will treat you like a friend getting married and do everything to make your day perfect instead of just another client.

Caroline was our “day of” wedding coordinator and did an excellent job. She was attentive, professional, quick on her feet. She thought of everything and coordinated with our vendors so we didn’t have to. She tastefully decorated our tables for us and did everything we asked. Highly recommend!

I came into the weekend stressed due to our venue not having things done and organized- Caroline took care of everything. She ensured everything was perfect for our ceremony and reception and gave me full confidence to enjoy my day. Leading up to our event, it was so helpful to mail her our wedding items we couldn’t travel with. She was the perfect level of assertive to keep things moving during our photos and ensuring our guests were where they needed to be. I would recommend her to ANYONE!

Caroline is the absolute BEST. My husband and I thought we could plan a wedding ourselves and realized quickly that we truly had no clue what we were doing AND had no one to run the day. Caroline truly saved our day. She was extremely professional while at the same time flexible, and she reminded me continually that it was our day so it should be what we wanted.
On the day of, Caroline brought her own team and so beautifully decorated our wedding and coordinated all of our vendors so that my husband and I could truly "just show up". This was the biggest relief! She even coordinated for our dog to be there for pictures! How cool.
We had no idea how much work it would be, and Caroline and her team made it all happen for us. When we received our wedding pictures a few weeks later, my husband and I agreed that our wedding had looked like something out of a coastal wedding magazine, or a Pinterest board, all due to Caroline! I am forever grateful for Caroline and Waterman Events.

Caroline was fantastic in every way. She was able to accommodate our after hours communication schedule since we both work busy full time jobs. She was timely in responding to my questions and concerns and made my planning work so much easier. She took care of so much behind the scenes communication with my vendors so everything went flawlessly on our wedding day. Thank you Caroline! We couldn't have pulled it off without you!
