Olga rode ahead of us to hold our spot in line at one of our preplanned photo stops. Our wedding day was amazing without any issues. We hired Olga as a day-of coordinator. However, if I had met Olga before I had already planned half of my wedding I would’ve hired her to plan the whole thing. Olga was nothing short of amazing! She was very knowledgeable and guided me with vendors etc all that fit my budget perfectly. She know’s Key West better than anyone and thIs was very important since we are not local. She was very organized and touched base with me often leading to my wedding day.
On the day of, Olga was kind, patient and saved me tons of stress by coordinating all the big and little things that happen during weddings. If I had any questions or needed opinions she was always there to help me.

We chose Olga to help with our day of wedding planning for our wedding this past weekend at Audubon House. I would highly recommend her for any event. She was so attentive and quick to respond with any questions I had. Her services were reasonably priced. She helped with the rehearsal and set up and clean up. She was the Liason for all my vendors so the day of I could relax and just enjoy my day. She was a delight to work with and I would have her help me with any future Key West events!

Olga is amazing! She was on top of everything and understood what I wanted and made it happen. Key west is so special to us, we knew doing a destination wedding 3,000 miles from home was going to be kind of scary, not knowing what the decorations are really going to look like or how smoothly things will go, but she absolutely blew us away. I was so stress free through out the entire process, we really got to enjoy every minute. It was way more beautiful than the pictures I had chosen. Every detail was taken care of, they truly care and make sure you have the best day ever. All of our guests were also taken care of-so sweet! She even took the time to deliver my cake to our reception location. Can’t wait to get the pictures back, I’m sure they will be amazing as well. Thank you guys so much!
