  Olga is a gem!

  She kept us and our vendors on schedule. She made sure that our time line was right on. She even saved us some money, which was super helpful. Olga rode ahead of us to hold our spot in line at one of our preplanned photo stops. Our wedding day was amazing without any issues. We cannot thank her enough for the magic she created for us on our wedding day!

  A dream come true!

  From the beginning until the end Olga made sure we had every details in place for a magical sunset wedding. The decorations was perfect. The musician played the most beautiful wedding music. We could not asked for more. Thanks Olga and team for all you did to make our wedding day special.

  Olga and. Sunshine Weddings were amazing!!!

  Words cannot express how grateful I am to Olga and her team. Our wedding was a dream and we owe a lot of that to her. All of my family and guests made it a point to tell me how amazing Olga was on my wedding day and that speaks volumes.
  We hired Olga as a day-of coordinator. However, if I had met Olga before I had already planned half of my wedding I would’ve hired her to plan the whole thing. Olga was nothing short of amazing! She was very knowledgeable and guided me with vendors etc all that fit my budget perfectly. She know’s Key West better than anyone and thIs was very important since we are not local. She was very organized and touched base with me often leading to my wedding day.
  On the day of, Olga was kind, patient and saved me tons of stress by coordinating all the big and little things that happen during weddings. If I had any questions or needed opinions she was always there to help me.
  I also used Sunshine weddings for the ceremony set up on Smathers beach and it was breathtaking. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator Olga from Sunshine weddings is your girl!

  Wedding planning

  We chose Olga to help with our day of wedding planning for our wedding this past weekend at Audubon House. I would highly recommend her for any event. She was so attentive and quick to respond with any questions I had. Her services were reasonably priced. She helped with the rehearsal and set up and clean up. She was the Liason for all my vendors so the day of I could relax and just enjoy my day. She was a delight to work with and I would have her help me with any future Key West events!

  Best day ever

  Olga is amazing! She was on top of everything and understood what I wanted and made it happen. Key west is so special to us, we knew doing a destination wedding 3,000 miles from home was going to be kind of scary, not knowing what the decorations are really going to look like or how smoothly things will go, but she absolutely blew us away. I was so stress free through out the entire process, we really got to enjoy every minute. It was way more beautiful than the pictures I had chosen. Every detail was taken care of, they truly care and make sure you have the best day ever. All of our guests were also taken care of-so sweet! She even took the time to deliver my cake to our reception location. Can’t wait to get the pictures back, I’m sure they will be amazing as well. Thank you guys so much!

My new husband and I were crazy enough to wait two years to get married .Needless to say time was on our side when it came to planning our destination wedding in FL. Olga was there with us every step of the way. She made sure we were on budget but still got the wedding we wanted. We wanted a beach wedding but with privacy, meaning we didn't want random people in our wedding photos. In a state where beaches are all public, it was hard to do. But the Sunshine Weddings team somehow found the perfect solution .Olga also introduced us to our photographer and make-up artists. In short, if it wasn't for Olga and her crew , we wouldn't have found the amazing vendors that made this wedding the best day of our lives. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for this team, I wouldn't have enjoyed my wedding day. I put all of my trust on this team and they made sure we had an amazing wedding.
