Lynn was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish! I knew from our very first call that I wanted to work with her. Her energy is upbeat, professional, fun, and she immediately made me feel like I was in the best hands.
The entire process was incredibly easy, especially once I handed everything over to her three months before the wedding. She took everything we had planned and brought it all together so seamlessly. The wedding day was honestly perfect! Her timeline was perfection, and if there were any hiccups behind the scenes, I had absolutely no idea about them. She handled everything calmly and professionally so that we could simply enjoy our day.

Best coordination company for a Key West wedding !!
Lynn and the Multiplicity events team did an incredible job coordinating our wedding reception at the lighthouse in Key West.
From planning the timeline of the day to working with our vendors and the venue, she ensured everything went smoothly and without feeling like a burden. Even the smallest details were caught, and the energy was always high.
We rented a phone booth for our audio guest book & used them for bar services, both well exceeded expectations.

Perfect wedding
They were amazing to work with. Very flexible to talk to about anything and open to any suggestions that you may have. Everything went smoothly that day, everything was set up for the ceremony on the beach.

Perfect day!
We had a dream to get married on a sailboat at sunset and Mrs. Lynn with Multiplicity Weddings and Events made it happen! From day 1 of planning, Mrs. Lynn went above and beyond with communication and professionalism. We were 1300ish miles away and she planned everything seamlessly! I We told her our vision and she ran with it! She organized our venue and location, found the most perfect officiant and photographer, and arranged hair, makeup, flowers, etc. All we had to do was show up! It was quite literally a dream come true and the most perfect day! Mrs. Lynn was so kind, patient, and easy to work with! We can not say enough words to describe how truly grateful we are to Mrs. Lynn! She definately made dreams come true for us!

They set up all of our decor so beautifully and made sure every detail looked perfect, exactly how I envisioned it. Lynn created a detailed timeline that kept everything running smoothly and helped me feel so much more organized and calm leading up to the big day.
During the reception, I had a specific request about the lighting and they immediately reached out to the tent vendor and handled it so quickly without me having to worry about a thing. They were also so supportive throughout the day, even helping my mom bustle my dress, which meant so much.
I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team and would recommend them to anyone!
