We hired Lynn as our day-of coordinator for our wedding, and I can genuinely say it was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire planning process. Lynn and Monique were absolutely incredible – calm, organized, and so supportive from the moment they arrived.
Lynn handled every detail with such grace and efficiency, from keeping the timeline on track to managing vendors and last-minute changes, all while making sure we didn’t have to stress about a thing. I truly don’t know how the day would have run without her – she made everything feel seamless, and we were able to fully enjoy the celebration knowing we were in great hands.
Lynn has an amazing presence – reassuring, professional, and warm – and it made a world of difference having her there. Our families and bridal party were equally impressed by how smoothly everything went, all thanks to her behind-the-scenes magic.

The best team!
Lynn and Monique were absolutely incredible and truly made our wedding day feel effortless. They are not only extremely professional and detail-oriented, but also so sweet and a joy to be around. They really helped me feel at ease during all the craziness of the day.
They set up all of our decor so beautifully and made sure every detail looked perfect, exactly how I envisioned it. Lynn created a detailed timeline that kept everything running smoothly and helped me feel so much more organized and calm leading up to the big day.
During the reception, I had a specific request about the lighting and they immediately reached out to the tent vendor and handled it so quickly without me having to worry about a thing. They were also so supportive throughout the day, even helping my mom bustle my dress, which meant so much.
I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team and would recommend them to anyone! -

Lynn was an absolute DREAM as our day-of coordinator. She showed up early, was incredibly communicative and responsive to everything, and jumped right in to help wrangle vendors, decorate, and keep everything running smoothly.
Knowing Lynn was in charge allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the day without worrying about a single detail. There were a few things that needed attention, and she handled all of them seamlessly while I was getting ready—so I never even had to think about it. She truly made the night perfect.

Lynn is extremely responsive. It was the first thing I noticed when we began our communications. I was worried when I decided to have a wedding in the Florida Keys that communications may be slow. But this definitely was not the case for Lynn! She is very detail oriented and I felt comfortable knowing she was going to run the show on our wedding day. -

Planning a small destination wedding in Key West from Tennessee felt overwhelming, especially with a short timeline and tight budget. But from the moment I found Lynn, everything changed. Within two days, she had secured all our vendors and stayed in constant communication to keep things running smoothly.
Then, just when things got stressful—a hurricane hit Florida the day we were supposed to fly out! Our flight was canceled, and I was panicked. Lynn called me and was extremely optimistic! She helped me stay calm and reassured me we'd make it down there on time. Thankfully, we were able to fly out the day before the ceremony.
On our wedding day, Lynn mostly communicated with other family members there to minimize any stress on me, which I greatly appreciated. The setup and decor were better than I could have ever imagined and everything flowed perfectly. Lynn took my vision and brought it to life, completely exceeding my expectations.
If you need a wedding planner, Lynn is it. She’s professional, caring, and works magic to make your day unforgettable. You can tell she loves what she does, and it truly shows in every detail! -

I am so glad that we hired Lynn as a month-of coordinator for our wedding in Key West. We planned this wedding from out of state, but Lynn made it stress-free for us. She let us ship items to her ahead of time so we wouldn’t have to worry about flying with so much luggage the week of our wedding. She stayed in frequent communication with me and the vendor team to make sure everyone was on the same page and that the event was perfect. She thinks of every detail and ensured that everything was flawless. She also found an error in one of our contracts with a different vendor and was able to negotiate a refund for us with that vendor!! Thank you, Lynn, for everything you did to allow us to truly enjoy our wedding day! -

I worked with Lynn and Monique from Multiplicity Wedding & Events (mainly for day-of execution services) and I would highly recommend them to other couples, as well! Lynn was reachable via phone, email, and text and always responded very quickly. She helped tailor a wedding package that suited my needs and was fair with pricing. She sent over helpful wedding documents (e.g., day-of timelines) to streamline the event and answered random wedding questions that popped up.
Monique was excellent as a coordinator on the day of our wedding. She arrived on time, coordinated with vendors, and executed all of my ideas efficiently and beautifully with the help of my mom, which enabled me to enjoy the day without getting bogged down by details. I was blown away when I went down to the venue and saw how all of the details I planned for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception had come together almost perfectly. She checked in with me regularly during the wedding to ensure that things were going according to plan. Like any wonderful wedding planner, she was simultaneously very present but in the background.
Ultimately, it was hard to believe that our beautiful beach wedding had been planned only several months prior. I have heard horror stories of things going wrong on wedding days and this was not the case for me. Having a wedding planner has become an essential part of weddings these days. I will reach out to Multiplicity Wedding & Events again if we do our vow renewal or other celebrations in Florida! -
