My wife and I had a 10/10 experience working with Bradi at WCO Events. Key West was our destination wedding, which can make planning a challenge. Bradi personally made sure it wasn't a challenge. She utilized her extensive connections in Key West to recommend the best vendors, expertly navigated communications with them, assisted us in our personal planning process, ran errands for us on the day of (we needed someone to go grab lunch while the brides got ready, for example!), and lifted us up at every turn! She has an expert eye for event management, flow, and detailing. She met with us a few times before the big day, hopped on a Zoom call whenever we needed her, and responded to texts and emails very quickly. It truly felt like a family member was managing our wedding, that's how easy it was to trust her skill. We fully recommend!WCO Events's reply:

We hired Bradi for our Key West wedding in February of 2026. We both work full time and don't live locally so we opted to hire her for full service planning. We are so glad we did because we had to change our wedding venue with less than a month before the wedding! Bradi was a lifesaver, coordinated with another venue, and helped us organize transportation to/from the new venue. She was honest with us throughout the process and responsive to all of our questions and requests. We also had a pre-wedding welcome party, sunset cruise, and rehearsal dinner that Bradi helped us coordinate and plan for by putting us in touch with great vendors and restaurants.Her organization and experience made our day unforgettable and we are forever grateful to her for making our wedding superb. -

Where to even begin with how incredible WCO, specifically Bradi, was as our wedding planner!! We were planning a small wedding in Key West from Ohio, and Bradi was there for us every step of the way. From our first call to uncover the vision, to recommending vendors and answering our many questions, she didn’t miss a beat.
We truly had the best team on board for our wedding day, and that is thanks entirely to Bradi and her guidance. She is so knowledgeable beyond belief, gave the best advice on things we never even thought to consider, and supported us in countless ways. She is incredibly caring and was our biggest cheerleader, even before we got to our wedding month.
Bradi is extremely organized and kept us on track, making sure every detail was mapped out, all of our vendors were aligned, and that the timeline of the day was seamless.
Fast forward to when we arrived in Key West, Bradi made sure everything was perfect, and I mean perfect. From our rehearsal, where she made sure we knew exactly what to do, to the day of, she made us, especially me as the bride, feel so calm and supported. I never had any doubt the day would run smoothly, and that is because we had Bradi in our corner.
She made sure everyone was where they needed to be, everything was set up beautifully, and truly brought our vision to life in every way. I will never forget arriving at our ceremony and having Bradi by my side the entire time. When she says she will personally get you down the aisle and make sure everything is in place, she means it.
When I first saw our ceremony setup, I was holding back tears at how beautiful it was, and the same goes for our venue. Every detail was beyond our wildest dreams.
The support from Bradi didn’t stop there. She was there the entire night, made sure we had everything we needed, single-handedly helped me attach the straps to my dress and change my shoes, and even helped us get everything back to our hotel at the end of the evening so there was zero stress at any point.
Having Bradi as part of our day was truly a blessing, and I cannot recommend her enough. If you want to walk into your wedding day knowing that no stone will be left unturned, look no further!
I also have to mention, not only was Bradi the best support for us, but our guests, especially my parents, couldn’t stop singing her praises. She didn’t just make the day perfect for my husband and I, our guests couldn’t help but notice her impact throughout the entire evening.
Bradi doesn’t just run your wedding day, she elevates every part of it, and truly was an integral part of what made the best day of our lives the best day of our lives.
Bradi, Matt & I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us. We are so lucky to have met you, had you by our side throughout the entire process from start to finish, and are so grateful to now have a friend in you. We can’t wait to see you the next time we are in Key West!! -

I cannot recommend WCO Events and Bradi enough! I planned my Key West wedding from out of state, and I don't think I could have made it happen without Bradi and her expertise.
I reached out to a planners/coordinators and knew instantly upon talking to Bradi that she was the right choice. Even though I hired her as a coordinator, during the planning phase I had a few questions, and she was always more than happy to help. She even made time to meet with my fiance and I during our tasting -the DAY before HER OWN wedding!!!
She always listened to my wishes and was flexible with ways work them into the timeline, without jeopardizing the flow of the day.
My wedding day was perfect! I was not stressed at all and actually able to have fun - ALL thanks to Bradi! If you are looking for a planner or coordinator Bradi is your girl! -

We had a great experience using WCO events for our wedding. Our wedding planner was Bradi Parks. Bradi was great at helping us before and during the wedding. She had great tips, advice, and seemed to have great relationships with all our vendors! She was very speedy at responding to us. She made our timeline, communicated with our vendors, coordinated the event, and made everything stress free. She double checked things for us, for example, we forgot to actually put in the order for our key lime pie and she noticed it and made sure we got it in. The day before the wedding we realized there was an issue with noise next door and Bradi handled it like a pro and made sure that our ceremony went off without a hitch. We really appreciated it! -

Highly Recommend WCO Events!
My husband Robert and I wholeheartedly recommend WCO Events for any of your wedding planning needs. Kathleen and Ralphie were the planners for our May 2025 wedding at Fort Zachary Beach and the Hemingway Home, and hiring them was truly one of the best decisions we made.
Not only are Kathleen and Ralphie some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, but they are also incredibly caring. They made sure our needs were always heard and offered thoughtful, helpful advice throughout the entire planning process.
Their knowledge of both Key West and weddings in general was invaluable to us. From day one until our big day, they were on top of every detail. Anytime I sent a text or email, they responded promptly. They also attended all our vendor appointments and calls as well as asked important questions (some we hadn't even thought of ourselves!)
When our officiant had to cancel at the last minute, Ralphie immediately stepped in to officiate, and we were beyond grateful. Our wedding day turned out exactly as we dreamed, and we have Kathleen and Ralphie to thank tremendously for that. I must say as someone who is a planner herself I was not going to hire a wedding planner. I felt I had done most the work myself. As we approached our special day, so much ran through my head and as much as I planned I quickly realized I could not do everything myself and especially if I wanted to enjoy my day.
Bradi guided me through communication with my vendors, assured every detail of our vision came to light.
And was very flexible. As we connected she became more than a planner she became a friend.
We were truly blessed to work with Bradi, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is not only good at her job, she is good at her job because it’s her passion and cares. I have no regrets and will be able to look back at my special day with continued excitement because of her.WCO Events's reply:

Wedding of my dreams with Bradi!
We had the wedding of our dreams at Casa Marina in November 2024, and we owe so much of that to Bradi Parks. From live flamingos to confetti (that we’re still finding six months later!), every detail was executed flawlessly.
Bradi is incredibly organized and knowledgeable—she put together the perfect timeline and made sure every piece of the day flowed effortlessly. Early on in the planning process, she helped us navigate a venue change with complete professionalism, making what could’ve been a stressful situation feel totally manageable. No matter how many emails I sent (and there were many), she kept this super stressed, Type A bride calm and reassured.
We are beyond grateful for her expertise, support, and the magic she brought to our day. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond to bring your vision to life, Bradi is your girl.

I don’t know if I can completely express how happy I was that I hired WCO Events. My planner was Kathleen, and she made the destination wedding planning process smooth and FUN. Kathleen provided so much value to me that hiring her as a planner was easily the best decision we made. We hired WCO at the very beginning of planning, and she helped us sort through venue options and think of details/questions that had never crossed our mind. Every vendor selection was guided by WCO – they have deep knowledge of who does quality/dependable work in Key West and the surrounding area. So many questions and nitty requests can pop up, but Kathleen always responded with such positive and helpful attitude. My budget was ALWAYS respected, and Katleen/WCO guided me to some under the radar vendors, including my florist and officiant, that created spectacular value and beautiful personal touches. Kathleen was a GREAT communicator and always responded promptly and thoroughly. I’m a type-A planner, and even I was blown away by her logistics and scheduling. I was totally relaxed for the wedding weekend and got my wish of “not having to think on the wedding day, just to experience and enjoy.” I have heard stories of other brides that hired planners and weren’t happy with their experience, but I would hire WCO and Kathleen a million times over. Don’t hesitate, for a second, hire WCO (especially Kathleen!), and you’ll be so grateful you did. Now that the wedding’s said and done, I’ll miss Kathleen’s bright emails and helpful advice in my inbox, I wish I could hire her to plan other aspects of my life!WCO Events's reply:

Key West Wedding 6.24.23
We got married at the Audubon House and Tropical Gardens on June 24, 2023. There simply are no words that can adequately articulate just how grateful we are for having Bradi Parks as our wedding planner. She was responsible for making our wedding the best day of our lives. There is no better compliment to give a wedding planner. As a couple that was getting married, each for the first time at 53 and 66 years old, this was a day that had significant importance to us and our families for a variety of reasons. We were recommended to reach out to Bradi at the very beginning of our wedding planning process when we decided to get married in Key West. It was daunting to plan a destination wedding from Boston for 65+ guests on the small island of KW and we knew we would need help. She was absolutely AMAZING! What we noticed immediately about Bradi was her cool and calm demeanor. She was clearly smart and professional yet had a laid back way about her that proved to be a key balance to my type A personality throughout the planning process and our wedding day. In our very first meeting, Bradi listened intently to our vision for our wedding. We had tons of ideas around our colors, flowers, food, music and the vibe we hoped to create - coastal casual yet classy. We needed someone to weed through all those ideas to hone in on that vision. We also had a budget to stick to. She quickly grasped what we were looking for and started to hand pick and coordinate the best Key West vendors that could execute on that vision. Every single person we met, vendors or otherwise, that knew Bradi said, "that woman is a force! and that we were in great hands." Over the next year, Bradi worked closely with us and our vendors to keep things on track and on budget. Even when we switched venues (due to our change in needs) and our flowers at about the mid point, Bradi didn't flinch. I am extremely organized and detailed and it was incredibly uncomfortable for me to hand over control to someone else for something this important to us. We sensed we were in good hands from the beginning but had no idea just how good of hands until our wedding day. As the day drew closer, she worked with our vendors on a timeline to ensure everything would go perfectly. She kept us informed every step of the way - her communication was excellent. She was never pushy but pulled off the perfect balance of listening to us while making strong recommendations that, from her deep experience, would accomplish what we wanted. Bradi always made herself available to us for calls, meetings, etc, but specifically on our wedding day, she was right there for us. Starting a few days before our wedding, rain was forecasted at some point during our festivities and she assured us that no matter what mother nature brought, the day and wedding details would be beautiful and special. "Don't worry" she said. Any wedding planner can give you vendors, guidance and organization but the best gift a wedding planner can give you is to give you the confidence to relax and fully be present on your big day. That is EXACTLY what we got from Bradi. When we walked into the venue after our pre-wedding pictures, we were absolutely blown away by what we saw when we walked into the Audubon House venue. The flowers, dining tables, bar, lights, welcome table and seating assignments, etc. Everything was even more beautiful that we could of imagined. This is when it was crystal clear that Bradi, and at her direction, all our vendors had listened and payed attention to all the little details to make our vision come to life. We were completely relaxed and present the entire day. Everything went perfectly. Even when it started to down pour and thunder after the cocktail hour as guests were headed toward dinner, Bradi and her team moved quickly yet calmly to rearrange tables, centerpieces, etc and got everyone settled underneath our clear and beautifully lit tents. By the way, her recommendation for clear tents, lighting/chandeliers and draping proved to be one of the best and most beautiful parts of our wedding. She and her team made the short lived rain event during dinner something special instead of stressful. Throughout the wedding festivities which included a special guest - a surprise drag queen with our dance participation, she kept everything moving along perfectly. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we and our guests had everything we needed and were having the times of our lives. As the wedding came to a close, they cleaned up, packed all our things that we wanted to keep, and even returned/shipped items to us later that we or guests forgot. Bradi is one of a kind. Not only is she incredibly talented as a wedding planner, she is a beautiful person, inside and out. We cannot recommend her highly enough. You will not be disappointed hiring her for your wedding. We honestly consider her not only a wedding planner but a lifelong friend. We feel incredibly fortunate she came into our lives.WCO Events's reply:

My husband and I got married down in Key West at the Old Town Manor on 9.16.23 and WOW we were just blown away by everything. We worked with Bradi who, let me tell you, is absolutely FABULOUS. I have never met someone who pays so much attention to detail, is attentive to not only the bride but the groom as well and was overall just so much fun to be around. We are so thankful that we came across Catered Affairs who got us in touch with Bradi. Planning a wedding from NY being miles away from Key West was not easy. However, with the help from Bradi and the timeline she created for me, chatting with all of my other vendors, helped make the day go so very smooth. On the day of our wedding, both Marc and I did not have to worry about a thing. Bradi made sure all of our decorations that I brought from NY were set up beautifully and made my vision come to life. I imagined our wedding to be amazing but everything exceeded our expectations and we had the most amazing time. We can’t thank Bradi enough for helping make our day so special!!! 🤍🤍 I will always recommend Bradi and her team at WCO Events for any type of party. Whitehead and Co was such a saving grace when planning our wedding!! I thought that I could handle all of the details of planning a destination wedding on my own, and my stress built up so much that I stopped enjoying the planning process. Had I known how easy Kathleen was about to make my life, I would have hired her first of all my vendors!!
Before I even met her, here are some (but not even all!) of the things she did for us for both the wedding day AND the welcome reception the night before:
-Dealt with difficult vendor coordinators for me so I didn't have to
- Collect and review all vendor contracts to see if there are missed details and to coordinate timeline and things
-Reached out to all my vendors to confirm and coordinate ahead of time
-Gave us a timeline of the day so we knew things like when we should have our outfits on for photos, when hair and makeup should arrive, etc
-Made sure we thought about things like where the closest courthouse was to pickup the marriage license, if we had speakers for welcome reception, timing of speeches, who walks down the aisle when... there are so many things that would have been forgotten without her
In person she was even more WONDERFUL. She is so professional and sweet. My husband noted that she was always present but always behind the scenes. She's all about details details details. From tying the perfect napkin knots to making sure we all had dry towels when the reception led to us jumping in the pool... she truly delivered in every single way. Kathleen, thank you!! We love you!! -

Jen Diaz was wonderful. It was great having her help keep me organized leading up to the big day, especially for a destination wedding. I felt like a frantic mess, but Jen was a calming presence at my rehearsal and wedding. I felt like I was in very good hands with her. Nothing phased her. She was exactly how you'd want your wedding coordinator to be - calm and grounded. Would definitely recommend Whitehead and Co to anyone getting married at the Hemingway Home or elsewhere!WCO Events's reply:
