From Intimate to Grand Ceremonies & Receptions
The Perry Hotel & Marina is a full-service wedding venue that is available for hosting engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies and receptions, as well as elopement celebrations. Included in the hotel’s wedding package is a personalized property tour, preferred vendor information and contacts, a personal hotel contact, a customized menu, bar and floor detail plans, and made-to-order hotel contracts and payment arrangements.
Facilities and Capacity
The Perry Hotel & Marina Key West offers over 10,000 square feet of flexible event space including 11 unique waterfront event venues, ideal for everything from intimate elopements to elaborate celebrations. Our recent addition of a second pool & pool deck, third restaurant, and waterfront event lawn allows us to accommodate up to 500 people. And named One of the Best Designed Hotels by Architectural Digest, you know the decor, design, and atmosphere is truly one-of-a-kind.
Stress Free Contracts Safeguard Your Deposit/Payments
We understand our guests have no control over natural disasters, so each contract includes a Force Majeure clause in place to protect you. Put, if we’re unable to host your event due to the Florida Keys being closed for any reason, whether it's a hurricane, pandemic, or anything in-between, you will not lose your deposit/payment. Instead, it will remain as a credit on file until you are ready to reschedule your stay/event dates.

A Perfect Venue for a Perfect Day!
We cannot say enough amazing things about The Perry Hotel and Marina! From start to finish, they made our wedding reception events truly unforgettable. The food was absolutely delicious—our guests are still raving about it! The accommodations were top-notch, ensuring that everyone, from our closest family to friends traveling from far away, felt completely comfortable and taken care of.
What really stood out was how well the staff treated our guests. The waitstaff were attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly, making sure everyone had exactly what they needed without missing a beat. They simply went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly, they exceeded every expectation.
The entire team from the front desk to the housekeeping staff made us feel like family and turned our vision for the day into a beautiful reality. If you're looking for a venue that offers amazing food, impeccable service, and a stress-free experience, The Perry Hotel and Marina is the one. We will forever cherish the memories created there and can't recommend them highly enough!

Amazing Wedding Weekend!
We chose the Perry as our destination wedding for many reasons. The venue, the backdrop, the hotel being on site, and the staff to name a few. The fact it was far enough from Duval St. but also close enough for people who wanted to go out was a big selling point too. From our first site visit, to the tasting, to our wedding weekend, everything was perfect. When I say their staff is amazing, I mean it. They go out of their way to be helpful and give their guests a great experience. We worked with Lee from the start and she was so helpful during the entire process up until the second we left the hotel. We also worked with Will who was also just as amazing. Our whole wedding weekend at the Perry was beyond amazing. We had over 130 people travel to Key West with most of our guests staying at the Perry. Everyone enjoyed the pool, marina, coffee shop, food, etc. We didn’t end up renting the suite so the girls got ready in the Sunset Lounge and the guys got ready down by the marina in the Captains Lounge which were both perfect for what we needed. The day of our wedding was FREEZING and with it being an outdoor wedding, there wasn't much we could do. The hotel provided last minute patio heaters to make sure we didn't freeze. The cold weather didn’t stop anyone from having fun but just made the alcohol consumption higher than it already would have been (LOL). Speaking of alcohol, our bartenders & servers were beyond amazing. I don’t think I had to go up to the bar once. They were bringing us drinks before we could even finish our last one. A+ service! To name a few of our amazing staff throughout the weekend… Lee, Will, Mikey, Matt, Chris, Stevie, Jayme, Victoria, Gary, and I wish I could remember everyone else. I love the photo of Mikey & Matt in the photos I uploaded. You can tell they love their job. The food was amazing. We got so many compliments on it and same with the desserts. We knew at the tasting our food was great but you never know when it comes to the wedding day when they have to mass produce. However, everything was great and our vegetarians were so happy to be not fed pasta. I could write a novel on how happy we were with the Perry for our wedding weekend. We can’t wait to come back!

Highly recommend!
We had the pleasure of working with Carolyn at The Perry to plan our dream wedding in the Florida Keys. Everyone at The Perry was an absolute pleasure to work with. Being a destination wedding, we planned the entire event without ever visiting the property, but rest assured it did NOT disappoint. This property is just as pictured online and MORE! The food was amazing and the grounds were so well kept. We felt so appreciated from the moment we arrived until the time we left. Their attention to detail was second to none. I'd highly suggest The Perry to anyone looking for a venue space in Key West. We cannot wait to go back!

Outstanding service!
My husband and I chose The Perry Hotel for our wedding reception in Key West, and they did not disappoint! Carolyn was our event manager for The Perry Hotel, and she made planning a destination wedding easy and fun! The food, the service, the staff..... everything was perfect. The Perry Hotel made our fairy tale wedding come true! 11/10 - would highly recommend!

WOW! Book your wedding today with The Perry!
I found The Perry through a few blogs and they were listed as the best new hotel in the Keys. My fiancé and I flew down for a quick scouting mission from Savannah, GA and all we could say was WOW. We quickly booked with the help of Carolyn and Jenny. The Perry is chill, gorgeous, attentive, comfortable, close to everything, extremely easy to work with. They catered to our every suggestion and made suggestions where we needed them. The restaurant is where we held our reception for 50 people and it was absolutely perfect and our guests RAVED about the service and the food. We stayed with our guests for an entire week. Every guest we had was blown away and they all say they have a favorite destination to come back to over and over. It is totally worth getting The Grand Suite. We had several gatherings there and on the amazing balcony. Again, thank you guys so much for wowing us and our guests beyond what we expected for our wedding celebration.

Awesome, Trendy, Relaxing, Perfection...
My husband and I, along with our family, stayed at The Perry hotel following our wedding for 3 days celebrating our marriage and spending time with he family. We wanted to something close enough to Duval street in Key West, but far enough away that we were not part of the craziness of Duval street. My husband and I did quite a bit of research and stumbled upon The Perry Hotel and knew right away it was exactly what we were looking for. We connected with Carolyn Butiste who helped us set up our rooms and group rates. She was incredibly helpful and patient. The day we arrived we walked in the hotel (LOVED the décor) and were greeted with a champagne toast! The entire stay the staff was so friendly and kept the hotel absolutely spotless. Both Matt's Kitchen and the Salty Oyster (bar) had AMAZING food and once one happy hour ended, the other started (#GENIUS)! The pool area was so nice and relaxing and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel.

The Perry Hotel Key West will not disappoint. We hosted our friends and family at the resort and it was a fairy tale experience. From the food, the rooms, the service, the live music - everything was incredible. I have to say that my family can sometimes be hard to "wow," and they were over-wowed with The Perry! Everyone is still talking about it! Don't hesitate, book them now. Carolyn, and the rest of the events team will make sure that your experience is flawless.

The perfect venue for us
My husband and I got married at the Perry resort two months ago. We work with Morgan and his staff to help plan our perfect wedding, and we were not disappointed at all.
The food was incredible, pictures attached, the staff during the wedding were polite and on top of their game.
The venue speaks for itself, with palm trees surrounding the area, the artificial grass is a great touch so the ladies heels wouldn’t sink into the ground. I highly suggest getting the balcony suite at the Perry the day of your wedding (see pictures). The also have a Captain's Lounge at the end of the pier for Groomsmen to hang out prior to the wedding. This spot is unlike other venues in Key West. It just felt more like Key West.
All of our guests were impressed with how well they were treated from the front desk employees, to the poolside servers, and bartenders always were making great strong drinks. Morgan was always making himself available with any requests or questions we had, my husband and I know we asked a lot and it times probably seemed a bit crazy, as we were trying to plan our second wedding during the pandemic but Morgan was very kind and patient with us.
I would highly recommend a Perry resort for your wedding, or any event you may be looking to host. The restaurants on site were delicious and the Green Pineapple boutique inside is so cute! We rented scooters through the third party on-site but also we walked to the Cuban Restaurant down the street and even to the Hog Fish less than a mile away. My husband and I cannot wait to go back and stay at The Perry.
