Hotel Wedding Venues in Key West

When choosing a venue, my daughter and her fiancé had the option to have their wedding at many places on Key West. We are overjoyed that the Bride and Groom chose Southernmost Beach Resort. As a mom, I helped in a lot of the planning and Jena Rose made every step fun and easy. The venue is right on the water and their ceremony backdrop was a sunset on the ocean. It was stunning. Southernmost took care of all the catering and all of our 85 guests raved that it was the best steak and fish they had eaten in a long time. The reception was on their South Beach under a tent lined with lights. It was magical. The guests danced all night and when they were not dancing they were hanging out by the oceans edge in the beautiful breeze. Southernmost set up a smore's station that all the guests could not get enough of! We also had the rehearsal dinner on the West Lawn followed by a welcome reception for out of town guests. Again the food was awesome. Some people saying the sliders and fish tacos were the best they ate their whole stay. We followed the wedding reception with a Farewell breakfast on the beach the following day with a buffet full of the yummiest breakfast foods. The chef took extra care to honor all allergies and intolerances. The communication with Jena Rose along the way was constant and through. She made the planning easy and always was there to answer any and all the questions I had. If you are considering a Key West destination wedding I would HIGHLY recommend Southernmost. It goes down as the best vacation and event we all have ever planned.

From the moment we chose The Perry for our wedding weekend, we felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for by the entire team. Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming, but from the very beginning, the staff made the process feel seamless and exciting rather than stressful. Sofia and Juliette were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Their kindness, responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail made such a difference throughout the entire planning process and wedding weekend. The Perry was the perfect venue for a wedding weekend because it truly gave us and our guests the best of Key West. We loved being able to experience everything Key West has to offer while still being away from the busier streets of Duval. The shuttle service made it incredibly easy for guests to explore the island, and the concierge team was so helpful throughout the weekend with recommendations, transportation assistance, and guest questions. One of the most special parts of our experience was how much The Perry allowed us to make the wedding uniquely our own. We were able to create a full wedding experience across different spaces on the property — from the Perry Lawn, to the pool area, Matt’s restaurant, and the patio space — which made the evening feel dynamic, personal, and so much fun for everyone attending. Everything flowed so effortlessly and smoothly from start to finish, and the entire atmosphere felt relaxed, elevated, and unforgettable. Another huge highlight was the food. As big foodies, we truly cannot say enough amazing things about the food at Matt’s restaurant and at our wedding events throughout the weekend. Everything was absolutely delicious, and consistently one of the biggest compliments from our guests. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved staying at The Perry. It truly became more than just a hotel — it felt like home base for one of the most important weekends of our lives. We would wholeheartedly recommend The Perry both for weddings and for anyone looking for the perfect Key West getaway. The entire experience was unforgettable, and it is a place that will always hold such a special meaning to us. We already cannot wait to come back.

We booked our room block at Ocean's Edge and it was (no pun intended) a breeze! The staff were very easy to work with and professional. Our guests especially loved the free use of the shuttle that drops off and picks up guests in the heart of downtown Key West. The rooms are lovely and very clean, and the price is the best you're going to get in the area. I recommend booking early to get the best price for you and your guests.

Everything was just perfect. Kelsey does a phenomenal job keeping everyone up to date and making you feel special. I would recommend this venue to everyone!

If you are planning a wedding in Key West - you NEED to go to Ocean Key! From the food, the venue, to the incredible sunset & ambiance, our friends and family are still talking about our wedding. We got married on 12/1/23, Chrystalyn and her team worked with our wedding planner Vicky Furman to make our wedding the best day of our lives. There is no words we can say to express the gratitude and love we have for Ocean Key and all of our vendors! It was hands down the best experience we could have ever had. From the beginning of planning, all the way to wedding day - You will not be disappointed!!! If I had to do it all over again, I would pick this Ocean Key alll over again!

Our wedding at The Reach Key West was everything we hoped for. Marina and the team responded to our questions right away and were genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. The venue itself is stunning with views that made our ceremony feel extra special, and the pricing was fair with no hidden costs. Marina went above and beyond to make sure every detail we asked for actually happened on our big day. Even things that were not part of their "menu" of options, we wanted a specialty drink - they made it. We wanted different hors d'oeuvres, they did it. You could tell they actually cared about us and wanted our wedding to be perfect. Stefan the banquet captain, Lori the sales manager, and Bridget the other event manager all were fabulous as well. We'd book there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful spot in Key West.

What can I say but this place is awesome. I would recommend Havana cabana for everyone. My new wife and I had our family there for our wedding weekend in June 2024 ann everything was great. Even though, we didn’t get married on property, the hotel and staff were great. First of all Juliette and Sophia were amazing in the pre planning process. They were always on top of respond to my emails which were a lot :). They help organize plenty of rooms, an amazing breakfast and were on top of everything. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and highly recommended for your future wedding. They also took time once we arrived to meet us and made sure to answer our last minute questions. We also made use of the party bus to bring our guest to our wedding and a massive shout out to Arnel whom drove my wife and her parents in the Chevy car to our wedding site at smathers beach as he saved my groomsman wedding hat that I bought for him as he flew off but he was able to catch it up to us. Our rooms were clean and superb. The bridal suite was awesome as my wife and her bridal party had plenty of room for activities:) Also, another shout out to the other staff Lana, aiko, Chris G, Christian, Ron and Nat whom took great care of our family the entire weekend. The hotel, food and grounds were outstanding and can’t wait to go back in the future. This place is awesome and highly recommended it for your wedding. Jason Blane

We had our wedding at Casa Marina Key West and it was truly the most perfect experience imaginable. Every single detail exceeded our expectations and we could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding weekend. The property itself is absolutely stunning, from the oceanfront views to the beautiful grounds and elegant atmosphere, it felt like a dream from start to finish. The food was incredible, the service was flawless, and every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day special. Everything ran so smoothly and stress-free because of how organized and experienced the team was. A huge special shoutout to Marina Ray, she was absolutely AMAZING throughout the entire process. Marina went above and beyond for us every step of the way and made wedding planning feel easy. She was responsive, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and truly cared about making our vision come to life. We honestly cannot thank her enough for everything she did. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was and how incredible the venue and staff were. If you are considering Casa Marina for your wedding or event, book it immediately, it was a 10/10 experience in every possible way and the best decision we could have made.

I had such an amazing experience with Isaiah and the Beachside Staff! They were very flexible and super accommodating to the room transformation we envisioned! The food was excellent and there was never a line at the bar, two most important things at a wedding! Can't wait to be back for another celebration at this venue in the future :)
