Facilities and Capacity
The Reach Key West offers nine event rooms to choose from, perfect for hosting a variety of wedding events. For your special ceremony, The Reach Gazebo offers an idyllic spot to say ‘I do’. Wooden accents, terracotta tiling, and spectacular ocean views combine to make your heartfelt commitment truly breathtaking. Couples can also choose to wed on the beach itself, with the sound of the gently lapping ocean providing a natural soundtrack for your service. The Caribe Terrace provides a perfect location for a scenic cocktail hour, with ample space for guests to mix and mingle as they admire the towering palm trees and sparkling ocean views. The Caribe ballroom is located directly off of the Terrace and offers an elegant space for a reception event of up to 150 guests. Here, you and your guests can dine and dance the night away in style. Get-ready rooms are also located on the property, allowing you to perfect your wedding preparations in comfort and style.
Services Offered
The Reach Key West offers an array of amenities and services with their wedding packages. Enjoy complimentary champagne toasts, four hours of open bar service with ultra-premium beverage offerings, a choice of welcome drink, and more. This wedding package also includes a selection of hor d’oeuvres, plated or buffet dinner, and cake-cutting service. The couple-of-honor can enjoy a room upgrade for the night of their wedding, while wedding guests will receive discounted room rates for their stay. Marina Ray, our events planner, was outstanding. She coordinated every detail with grace and precision, working closely with our wedding planner, florist, and photographer to ensure everything came together just as we imagined.
The ceremony was held on the stunning pier at The Reach, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The team went above and beyond — they power washed the pier in advance, blocked off the beach and pier for privacy, set up beautiful floral arrangements and guest seating, and even greeted us and our guests with welcome drinks. Every thoughtful touch made the day feel even more special.
We’re incredibly grateful to both The Reach and Casa Marina (their sister hotel) for creating such a magical, unforgettable experience. It was truly the wedding of our dreams, and we can’t thank you enough!

The location is truly unbeatable. The private beach provided a stunning, intimate backdrop for our ceremony — the ocean breeze, swaying palms, and golden sunset created the picture-perfect tropical setting we had imagined. The resort’s grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and elegant outdoor and indoor spaces that transitioned seamlessly from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception.
What stood out most was the service. The events team was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our weekend unforgettable. They coordinated every detail flawlessly, from the setup of the ceremony site and reception layout to working hand-in-hand with our vendors. The staff on the day of the wedding was attentive and warm — not just to us, but to every guest.
Our reception was held outdoors under string lights, and the ambiance was magical. The food and drinks were a highlight — beautifully presented, delicious, and abundant. Our guests are still raving about the passed appetizers and fresh seafood dinner.
We also booked a block of rooms at the resort for guests, and the accommodations were fantastic. Rooms were spacious, clean, and stylish, many with balconies overlooking the ocean. Being able to stay on property made the entire experience easy and relaxing for everyone.
We could not have asked for a better venue to celebrate our wedding. The Reach Key West gave us the perfect mix of luxury, tropical charm, and down-to-earth hospitality. If you're considering a destination wedding in the Keys, this is the place.

The Gazebo stretches out into the ocean for a wonderful Ceremony spot, and the Caribe Terrace and Ballroom is exactly what you would want in an indoor/outdoor venue in the beautiful Key West weather. The staff is experienced and attentive, and they make it a pleasure for us to be there for weddings!
Nicole takes great pride and responsibility in her work and will do everything in her power to make every wedding and group event a huge success. The sand sculptures we offer to her events are but the cherry on top.
