A dream come true!

Every single thing about this hotel to have a wedding is absolutely amazing! Marina was absolutely the best event manager that I have ever worked with, she was so kind and thought of everything! Her team the day of the event was absolutely magical! The food was amazing. The service was superb, the facilities were so clean and beautiful every single person that works at that hotel had a huge smile on their face said congratulations and we’re so excited! We got a sand sculpture, it was so cool!! Definitely a showstopper! We got married underneath the gazebo and the white chairs were perfect. I had robin who played the harp. Everyone was shaded there was a beautiful ocean breeze, so I don’t even worry about!! I cannot recommend this venue enough- there was not one negative aspect of the whole 48 hours!! I’m in the business. I’m a chef and when I tell you, the food was perfect. It was perfect.!

The Best Venue!

Our wedding at The Reach Key West was everything we hoped for. Marina and the team responded to our questions right away and were genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. The venue itself is stunning with views that made our ceremony feel extra special, and the pricing was fair with no hidden costs. Marina went above and beyond to make sure every detail we asked for actually happened on our big day. Even things that were not part of their "menu" of options, we wanted a specialty drink - they made it. We wanted different hors d'oeuvres, they did it. You could tell they actually cared about us and wanted our wedding to be perfect. Stefan the banquet captain, Lori the sales manager, and Bridget the other event manager all were fabulous as well. We'd book there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful spot in Key West.

The Perfect Wedding Day — Thank You Casa Marina & The Reach!

We had our wedding on May 26th and could not have asked for a more perfect day, thanks to the incredible team at Casa Marina and The Reach in Key West. From start to finish, everything was seamless.

Marina Ray, our events planner, was outstanding. She coordinated every detail with grace and precision, working closely with our wedding planner, florist, and photographer to ensure everything came together just as we imagined.

The ceremony was held on the stunning pier at The Reach, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The team went above and beyond — they power washed the pier in advance, blocked off the beach and pier for privacy, set up beautiful floral arrangements and guest seating, and even greeted us and our guests with welcome drinks. Every thoughtful touch made the day feel even more special.

We’re incredibly grateful to both The Reach and Casa Marina (their sister hotel) for creating such a magical, unforgettable experience. It was truly the wedding of our dreams, and we can’t thank you enough!

We would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

We hosted our wedding at The Reach Key West on April 19, 2025, with just over 100 guests, and it was nothing short of perfection. From the initial planning stages to the final send-off, the team at The Reach delivered an exceptional experience for us and all of our guests.

The location is truly unbeatable. The private beach provided a stunning, intimate backdrop for our ceremony — the ocean breeze, swaying palms, and golden sunset created the picture-perfect tropical setting we had imagined. The resort’s grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and elegant outdoor and indoor spaces that transitioned seamlessly from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception.

What stood out most was the service. The events team was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our weekend unforgettable. They coordinated every detail flawlessly, from the setup of the ceremony site and reception layout to working hand-in-hand with our vendors. The staff on the day of the wedding was attentive and warm — not just to us, but to every guest.

Our reception was held outdoors under string lights, and the ambiance was magical. The food and drinks were a highlight — beautifully presented, delicious, and abundant. Our guests are still raving about the passed appetizers and fresh seafood dinner.

We also booked a block of rooms at the resort for guests, and the accommodations were fantastic. Rooms were spacious, clean, and stylish, many with balconies overlooking the ocean. Being able to stay on property made the entire experience easy and relaxing for everyone.

We could not have asked for a better venue to celebrate our wedding. The Reach Key West gave us the perfect mix of luxury, tropical charm, and down-to-earth hospitality. If you're considering a destination wedding in the Keys, this is the place.

The Reach was Perfect!!

The Reach was so easy to work with! Their team is wonderful. Our wedding was amazing and just what I envisioned. We got married at the Gazebo and had our reception on the lawn. It was beautiful and a perfect day!

Destination Wedding in November

We picked The Reach for our destination wedding. We had only seen the pictures prior to our wedding weekend!! It was more beautiful in person. The ladies of the Reach were so helpful and sweet and worked with our wedding planner to coordinate everything. I would highly recommend the Reach for a beautiful beach wedding.

Originally I had wanted to get married at Hawk's Cay Resort. After Irma hit, this was no longer an option for us. After recommendation from my wedding planner, I reached out to Ashley the event coordinator at the reach. She was fast and efficient in getting back to me with numbers and options. This was so important to me since I only had 6 months to re-plan our wedding. Every question I had(and I had a lot) was answered quickly. The Reach also worked to get pricing and menus adjusted so it would closely match Hawk's Cay. The day of everything was breathtakingly amazing. I never once thought about our original resort as this was paradise and every detail was picture perfect. The food was phenomenal and everyone, I mean everyone commented on how this was the best wedding food that they had ever had. The staff was personable, polite and accommodating. They were able to foresee our needs before we were. The guests couldn't comment enough on how perfect everyone and everything was. Ashley and staff, if I could give you ten stars I would. Off the charts fabulous!!!!!

We had our welcome reception for our wedding weekend at the Reach at their Caribe Patio on December 15, 2017. Ashley and the the Reach staff did everything to make it special. We were able to drop off decorations ahead of the event and the staff executed it all perfectly so we did not have to worry about it. The Reach staff and Ashley were amazing and helped make the event a success. I highly recommend this beautiful venue for any event.

The Reach and specifically the catering and events manager Ashley delivered us our dream wedding. The communication and responsiveness were very professional. We had a few minor changes to our ceremony and rehearsal location and they were more than accommodating and had a very team hands on approach. I highly recommend the Reach and Spencers for wedding or special events in Key West.

The gazebo at The Reach is a beautiful venue for a wedding. I could not have been more pleased. It was picture perfect. The staff catered to our every need and Marina was wonderful. We plan to go back on our first anniversary.

We found the pier on a trip to key West and it was our inspiration to get married in Key West. While we loved the pier for the ceremony we did not choose the Reach for our reception. That said, I wanted to work with Marina for everything. She is so organized, responsiveness sn highly professional in helping you bring your dreams of a wedding to reality. She was absolutely fantastic! My pictures are ama inf and people could not believe just how beautiful everything was. I wouldn't change s thing. Thank you/ Marina!

Our small, intimate wedding at The Reach was perfect. The Reach fulfilled and overflowed my expectations. It was very easy to select and coordinate the ceremony, florist, cocktail hour (drinks and hors d'oeuvres) and day of planner. It seemed like each member of team worked so closely that they didn't even need me to do a thing but enjoy the day with our friends and family. Thank you for making our day stress free and magical!

Our wedding coordinator Marina, made things very easy for us. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The hotel is very clean and our suite had a gorgeous view to the Gazebo where we had our ceremony. Staff was extremely helpful.

Our husband and I could not have asked for a better experience! Even when it seemed like the weather was against us, The Reach was very flexible in allowing us to wait a little for the weather to clear up for our beach wedding! The food was fantastic and flexible with our dietary restrictions (vegetarian). The Gazebo was great for those who may worry about weather conditions (since it will at least cover you for the ceremony) and offers an oddly traditional vibe to the overall experience.

We also stayed at The Reach for our wedding and had the most beautiful view of the ocean. Well worth the cost for one of the best experiences we could have in Key West.

Our wedding at The Reach was absolutely wonderful! My fiance' and myself had no idea what we were doing when we began planning our wedding but Marina was phenomenal from beginning to end. She was hands-on throughout the entire process which was such a huge relief - as planning a destination wedding from 1500 miles away can be quite stressful. Even better, Marina was able to accommodate my very particular taste which included an entirely vegetarian cocktail hour and dinner. This isn't everyone's cup of tea but the response I had from all of the guests was awesome as they had the most fantastic food options available so everyone was loving their plate!

In regards to the location itself, we had the ceremony on the gazebo which was unreal. The pictures online do not do it justice. The Caribe Terrace where our cocktail hour and reception was held was stunning and the views were incredible! All of our guests took turns taking photos to watch the sunset - truly, stunning! From beginning to end, Marina and the staff at The Reach, made our wedding day perfect. There is no where else in Key West that even began to compare. After 10 months of planning, my fiance' and I joke that we won't know what to do now that we aren't sending incessant e-mails to Marina every day with questions about how we should handle some aspect of our wedding. Needless to say, it was the best experience of my life and if you have the opportunity to spend your day at such a friendly and beautiful location, I would highly recommend it!

I had my wedding at The Reach in early December and it was perfect! Marina is so helpful and was there every step of the way through the planning process to answer any questions I had. We had to change our plan a little bit on the wedding day due to weather but everything turned out perfect anyway. All of our guests comment on how great the food was and of course the beautiful view.

The Reach was hands down the most perfect wedding location. It is a one stop shop for a ceremony and reception site. We had an incredibly enjoyable experience working with the staff, especially Marina. She was extremely organized and attentive making sure every detail was exactly how we had pictured.

It rained all day before our ceremony/reception. The staff was extremely calm/attentive and never once made us feel like we had to settle on plan B because of the weather. After the skies cleared it was a perfect ceremony and reception. We would not change a thing about our wedding day thanks to The Reach! If you are going to get married in Key West but sure to go to The Reach! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding a beautiful and special memory!

Our ceremony was off the property. Forty guests attended our wedding reception at the outdoor terrace for a fabulous four course dinner. The food was delicious with generous portions and nicely presented. The wait and the kitchen staff were sincere and professional. The venue was beautiful. Duarte Floral decorated the tables beautifully. Marina Ray is a great planner. From the moment we met she was helpful and consistently sincere and supportive throughout our 11 month planning process.

The Reach is the perfect resort for "one stop shop" type of wedding plan. It has restaurant cooking delicious food and serving high quality drinks. It has an amazing event coordinator named Marina. Marina has been unbelievable professional and brilliant at preparing our wedding. Marina makes our experience very exciting and positive all the way to the end. She always go out of her way to make sure our unique requests are met. We decide to married at the gazebo on the pier because of the water surrounding it. The Reach staff and Marina set up the ceremony in the most beautiful manner. The honeymoon suite at the Reach is in perfect size for the wedding party to come over and have drinks before the wedding. Also, we have the direct view of the gazebo from our room. I can go on and on about how much my husband and I love the Reach's service and amenities. I strongly recommend you to consider this vendor and Marina as your event coordinator.

Marina and her team did a wonderful job on our intimate destination wedding in beautiful Key West, FL. Our reception was held at sunset on The Reach pier and reception was on the terrace overlooking the beach. We had family and friends travel in from Los Angeles, Washington DC, Dallas, San Diego, & Charleston and everything was coordinated beautifully. Marina takes time to learn every couple and all of the family dynamics that go along with a wedding. The other great thing was that we did most of the communication via email. Although this may not work for every bride and groom, it worked for us because we are both technology consultants with busy family commitments and "on the go". My husband and I are from and live in the UK, and decided to marry in Key west. It was quite a large and difficult task as I decided not to have a wedding planner and to plan it all from the UK by myself. The whole planning process took about 18 months in total from when we booked the Reach, and Marina helped me every step of the way. Considering she is not a wedding planner I feel she went above & beyond to make sure everything went to plan and that we were happy and had the most unforgettable wedding. We had our ceremony on the gazebo, then cocktail hour and a grill reception on the beach. It was perfect! There was a problem with some seaweed that had washed up on the beach, so we we're offered the terrace for our reception instead (because there was a funny smell) but decided to stay on the beach and it wasn't a problem at all. There was even a man on a tractor clearing the seaweed for hours at 8am! From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were looked after by all the staff, and after having so much contact with Marina it was so lovely to finally meet her. I would recommend this venue to anyone, the views were incredible and the food was fantastic! I just wish we could do it all again!

I would defiantly recommend The Reach for a PERFECT place to hold a wedding. We only had four months to plan this event and every aspect was done beautifully! Marina Ray was absolutely the best she handled all of the details and stayed in touch with all the other vendors involved. It was a beautiful ceremony and we had a small dinner at the resturant after the ceremony. I had just held and planned my oldest daughter's wedding four months before and if I had done the wedding at The Reach first it would have been hard to not repeat that experience because it was stress free! Our wedding was small and intimate and we could not have been more pleased with the entire experience! The only complaint was the dinner afterwards took too long but it was not a busy time and there was only one waitress.

We had only month and a half to plan our wedding at the Reach and Marina made it possible and worry fee!The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Considering the fact that we are from Chicago i thought it would be a headache to make sure everything would be the way we wanted but Marina and the crew proved me wrong:) We are very grateful that our special day was really special!!!

From the moment we arrived till we left The Reach staff was amazing. They were so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable of the island. The hotel it's self is beautiful but what made us choose here for our wedding was the pier. What a beautiful backdrop with a cool breeze!!! My wedding day was amazing!! And all thanks go to Marina. She kept us at such ease with planning a destination wedding. She quick to answer any questions we had, and we had a lot. The day went so smooth and flawless!! Again amazing staff worked my small cocktail hour after ceremony. We over looked the ocean on their terrace. Breath taking view!! If your considering a Key West wedding The Reach is where to do it!!! Words can't describe how magnificent The Reach and their staff are. We had a costume wedding and they not only tolerated our wackiness, they embraced it! They even went so far as to run to their sister hotel, The Casa Marina, to grab me another full length mirror for my pre-ceremony getting ready party. My guests and I were so impressed with the level of service and genuine care and attention we received. Marina Ray is truly incredible and an outstanding event coordinator, you'll be thrilled to work with her. Our wedding was flawless, from the day we chose The Reach up until our guests were leaving the reception. My husband and I got some many compliments on our venue choice and our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious food. We are excited to return to The Reach and relive our special day!

The staff and venue was best in class! Marina and all of the team at The Reach were super accommodating and responsive to any requests and needs. They made my wedding a fairly tale and an experience my guests and I will never forget! If you are looking for a fairy tale wedding experience this is the location for you.

We had our ceremony and reception and The Reach. The ceremony was held on the gazebo and the reception upstairs on the caribe terrace and caribe ballroom. The resort grounds are gorgeous! I knew as soon as I saw it that it was the perfect venue for our Key West wedding. The gazebo is so beautiful and there is nothing else like it on the island. The food was AMAZING. All of my guests raved about the filet mignon. Everything from start to finish was so delicious! The staff made sure that my husband and I did not want for a single thing all night. I could not believe how attentive they were. Marina, the catering sales manager is one of a kind! She went above and beyond in every aspect of our wedding. She was calm, cool, and collected because she knew exactly what she was doing. She answered all of my questions promptly before the wedding and when we were there she checked on us frequently leading up to the wedding. The day of she managed our crazy wedding party perfectly and made sure I did not stress about anything. If I could get married all over again I would do it here no questions asked. We absolutely had the wedding of our dreams!

Our wedding at the Reach was positively perfect. We had originally stayed at the Reach for a vacation, and knew at that time that we wanted to get married on the pier. Marina, our guide through the process, was there every step of the way. When I made a comment that I was a little nervous, her first response wasn't "don't worry, it'll be fine" but rather, "What can I do to help?" It doesn't sound like much, but that attitude is exactly what you need when it comes to determining the details. She was always available with advice and guidance when we weren't sure. Also, we didn't do a dinner package with the Strip House, but we did do a happy hour and champagne toast with the entire wedding and they were fantastic. We'll be back at this place for future vacations for sure!

We had our ceremony and our reception at The Reach. We had the ceremony on the Gazebo which was absolutely beautiful! No decorations needed when you have THAT view! Then our cocktail hour and reception were up on the Caribe Terrace & Ballroom. It was a beautiful view over the resort. The food, drinks, and service were perfect! Marina was fantastic! It was so assuring knowing she was there to take care of so much on our special day! Through the planning process she was so responsive and helpful, and on the day of she had it all under control down to the way the pins were on the boutonnieres! All the special touches made the day more than we expected; the champagne delivered to us on the pier after we receded from the ceremony, the small sampler of appetizers from cocktail hour on our dining table, and the butlered key lime margaritas to kick off cocktail hour! My one negative comment is that we had to pay for lighting to be put up (equipment and set up fees) on the Caribe Terrace through another third party company, which was much more than we wanted to pay. Seems like this should be something that the venue should already have. Otherwise we were very happy with our experience!

Our wedding at The Reach was absolutely amazing. Our ceremony was in the gazebo on the pier and we had our reception on the terrace overlooking the ocean. Quite a few of our guests told us that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. Marina and her staff went above and beyond to make sure that everything ran smoothly. We truly did not have to worry about a thing. The food during cocktail hour and dinner was phenomenal. We ate at The Strip House prior to booking The Reach for our wedding, and the food served at the wedding was just as good as dining in the restaurant.
Planning a wedding from across the country seems like it could be daunting, but my experience with Marina and all of the vendors recommended by The Reach on their preferred vendor list made planning our wedding completely stress free. We wish that we could do it all over again. If you are looking for a perfect destination wedding venue, chose The Reach and you will not be disappointed.

We recently got married at the reach and it is hands down the best venue in key west!! Words do not do justice to how enchanting it is to get married on the gazebo. Everyone raved that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. Marina and her team are awesome and were a pleasure to work with. She was also available to speak with and even handled some last minute details for us. The reception was in the ballroom and terrace. It was amazing to be able to dance all night under the stars! The food was spectacular. Everyone wanted seconds and thirds!! I don't have enough good things to say about the reach. I highly recommend booking the reach as your ceremony and reception venue.

Our wedding at the Reach was absolutely perfect. All of our guests repeatedly told us that it was the best wedding they ever attended. The food at the cocktail hour and at our plated dinner (filet and grouper) was outstanding! The groom's father even told us the filet was the best he had ever had. Marina ensured that we had no wedding planning stress, even though we planned the wedding from 1200 miles away in Philadelphia. The day of the wedding Marina sent champagne and cheese to the room for the girls getting ready. Marina checked in throughout the day to ensure me that everything was going as planned and to calm my nerves. The venue was so beautiful, but the most impressive part was how incredibly attentive the staff was. They made sure that we, as the bride and groom, had our own private raw bar so that we would not have to keep going back for food and instead, we could sit down and enjoy it privately. They worked with all of our vendors to ensure a totally flawless event. If you are considering a wedding in Key West, I would 100% recommend the Reach. My only regret is that we can only get married there once!

After looking at a lot of potential wedding venues we settled on The Reach. The pier is absolutely stunning and the outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean and the pier is such a beautiful setting. You get the benefit of the sunset in the winter/spring months without it being directly behind you and making for bad lighting for photos. The staff at The Reach was really great about working with me every step of the way in the planning process. Marina answered emails in a timely manner and was really accommodating to us when we came for a visit/tasting (even coming in on her day off!). The day of the wedding went off without a hitch and I had the best time ever and so did my guests-most of which said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to and I am sure it was largely due to the setting of The Reach itself. The food was great as well. I rented a Conch Train to pick up my guests downstairs to take us to The Green Parrot bar after the reception and everyone had so much fun, I recommend it! My only criticism would be to make sure that before the ceremony, the bar downstairs in the Strip House restaurant be fully staffed to be able to accommodate a high volume of people. My husband had to wait forever to get a drink as did a lot of other people and they said the bartender was less than pleasant.

We just recently had our wedding at The Reach and it was absolutely perfect!!!! The food was absolutely amazing and all of our guests could not stop talking about how delicious it was. The staff was accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. The venue itself is stunning. We were married on the gazebo and then had the reception in the ballroom that opens to the terrace. The view of the ocean and sunset were stunning and a perfect setting for our special day. Marina was amazing to work with!!!!! She even made sure all the jet skis would not be coming in from their tours during the ceremony. I highly recommend The Reach for anyone looking for a great venue for a special day.

The Reach is the perfect wedding venue. The gazebo is beautiful and a comfortable place to hold your ceremony (keeps you cool from the sun). Our reception was held on the balcony overlooking the ocean and gazebo. It had beautiful views, the people on staff were very friendly and my event couldn't have gone any smoother. My husband and I were married at The Reach Resort on 2-22-15. Our ceremony was held in the Gazebo, which was just as gorgeous in person as it was in the photos when I googled locations for weddings in Key West! Our cocktail hour and reception was held on the Caribe Terrace and Caribe Ballroom, which allowed for our guests to have plenty of room to move around, as well as cool off in the air conditioned ballroom. Marina was so helpful in every aspect of planning the wedding, especially since it was a destination wedding for us and were unable to visit it before our big day! She definitely helped keep myself as stress-free as possible! We had the buffet style dinner, which was absolutely delicious! The bar drinks were tasty as well! I would love to be able to visit The Reach in years to come for possible anniversary trips! I would hands-down recommend The Reach to anyone planning a wedding in Key West!!! Marina and staff, thank you so much for making our big day so special and memorable!!

We were married on a very windy day at The Reach last week. Our cocktail hour was outside on the terrace and while I was getting ready I could see the tablecloths blowing up off the tables. OH NO! Have no fear the awesome Marina wedding coordinator extraordinaire was on point. She took extra napkins of our color and tied them around the base. This is just one of the awesome things that Marina did for us. I cant express enough how amazing the crew at the Reach was. From day one of us reaching out for a quote to the last day we were there in Key West, everything was catered to us.

Many of our guests told us how much they enjoyed the food, the potatoes were a HUGE hit. The groom even took some time out to just enjoy the steak a 2nd time. Most importantly we had a blast! Such a fun night that we didn't want to end.

If you are debating on where to get married. Do it here. You will not be disappointed. Our day was ours. We didn't have to worry about anything.

We got married on January 24, 2015. The Reach far exceeded our expectations and that of our almost 100 guests. The food was awesome and plentiful. We did the grill stations, which our guests loved. My husband's cousin is a wedding DJ and said this was the best food he has ever had at a wedding reception.

I can't say enough about Marina and her staff. From the moment we arrived we were treated impeccably. Marina was not only our wedding coordinator/event manager extraordinaire, but she was a friend, wise adviser, and had the ability to calm any and all members of the wedding party.

In the weeks and months leading up to the wedding, she always answered any of my questions and quickly! She offered suggestions, and it was so easy to deffer to her judgement and taste.

Originally, we had planned to have the ceremony in the gazebo and the reception on the beach. Due to a rainy morning and forecasted wind, Marina and I decided to move it on to the terrace and Caribe Ballroom. It was the best decision!! While i love in theory the idea of being married on the beach, this was so much more practical. The decision to move was made at about noon on our wedding day, and Marina didn't miss a beat!! She contacted all the vendors and let them know of our change in plan and took care of everything, leaving me to only worry about where my next glass of champagne was coming from.

My husband and I have been hearing from family and friends that it was the best, most fun wedding they have ever attended.

Key West is special to my husband and I; we come regularly for vacation. We usually stay at another B&B and while The Reach is more expensive, it is definitely worth it and we will be coming back on our next trip to Key West.

The Reach was the perfect venue that exceeded our wedding expectations! Nothing can beat the Gazebo for a ceremony. We loved that it was covered (in case of rain, but still outside!). My guests loved that they did not have to actually go on sand but were surrounded by beach and water. The terrace was perfect for our cocktail hour and we had dinner in the small ballroom. All our guests raved about the food the next day!
Marina was my coordinator and she did an amazing job! She was quick in responses of any questions I had. Even before we booked the venue, she gave us the longest tour of anywhere else we looked, and sat with us through every detail the Reach offered. The open bar and bar tenders were great also! As the bride, I always had a server near by asking what I needed or what they could do for me. They took our "left overs" (as we barely ate due to having to talk to all the guests) to our room and left them in our fridge.
I only have 2 complaints. One was that I was not aware that lighting on the terrace was an added costs with different options. The lighting people were often hard to get a hold of and really could have sold us on many things but didn't even try. In fact, they made it seem like I was bothering them (I sent a few emails over several months). The second was that once the cake was cut, no one knew where the actual slices went (they went back into the ballroom). Everyone was busy dancing and later asked me where cake was, I had no idea. But both of those things were so minor, I still give overall 5/5!!! Very happy! Thank you!

Our experience with Marina Ray and The Reach Resort was one we will never forget. Marina was kindhearted, responsive, and more than knowledgable about their service offerings. She was a constant source of support and guidance throughout the daunting destination wedding process and made us feel like ours was the only wedding she was coordinating.

A few of our guests, myself included, have severe food allergies. One of our guests informed us the DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING that they had also recently gone gluten-free. Not only did Marina and The Strip House take care of everything without hesitation, but the food was absolutely delicious - honestly, the best we’ve had on the island! And as someone who is gluten-, soy-, dairy-, and egg-free…this is beyond refreshing.

3 months before our wedding, my mother was diagnosed with stage IV cancer. Marina was so accommodating and supported us every way she could. When my mother arrived a few days before the wedding, the staff made sure to have a wheelchair waiting and upgraded her room so she could be wheeled onto the balcony to enjoy the view. My mother is still raving about how they made her "feel like a Princess."

On the day of the wedding, Marina was a godsend. Whether it was helping my sister set up and decorate, or running (literally!) to the front desk to get a replacement key when my husband and I got locked out of our room in the middle of the ceremony, she made sure we had everything we needed and more.

All-in-all, we are 110% confident that we made the right choice in selecting The Reach. Our room (301, overlooking the pier) was one of the best decisions we made! The resort grounds are amazing, the gazebo pier is breathtaking, and the staff (everyone from the bartenders and wait staff to the concierge and management) is friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. Even our guests can’t stop talking about how “magical” it was. Needless to say, we'll be back every year to celebrate our Anniversary!

We got married on 6-14-14 here and absolutely loved it. First the venue is just beautiful in itself! It makes for great photos and all our guests were raving about The Reach. They loved the friendly staff. They also LOVED the food and beach. We knew when we first visited this was going to be where we were going to be married. Not only was it a wedding, it was a relaxing and fun vacation for our guests. Ok now to Nicole, the catering/sales manager. One word EXTRAORDINARY! She was so easy to work with and very efficient. She had everything planned out and organized throughout the whole process. I don't think I even needed my wedding planner with Nicole there. My family and especially my mom loved her. She was very accommodating and professional all with a personal touch. Not only do we recommend the venue for its beauty, but for Nicole too!

I can't even begin to explain how perfect my wedding was. From the venue to the service and the food, everything was absolutely amazing! My guests were definitely impressed and they are still talking about how great everything turned out. My husband and I wanted a beach wedding, but we didn't necessarily want to have it in the sand, because it can get pretty messy. Well The Reach was the perfect venue for it because they have a gorgeous gazebo in the water where ceremonies take place. The reception space is also beautiful, and the terrace is HUGE! We had dinner in the ballroom and dancing outside in the ocean view terrace, AMAZING!
The restaurant at The Reach is called the Strip House, and it's honestly my favorite on the island. Luckily, they cater the food for the weddings, so needless to say how good everything was. Your guests get to order a la carte, so they don't get cold food that has been plated and reheated hours ago, instead they get a fine dining restaurant meal (PS the filet with creamed spinach and mashed is TO DIE FOR.)
The service was impeccable. The staff is great and very accommodating. I had some celiac and vegetarian guests and they were taken care of with a great meal. Marina Ray the event coordinator was a pleasure to work with. Honestly I don't know what we would've done without her. From the planning, to the rehearsal, to the actual wedding day she was there to answer any questions and help us out in every way. We will forever be thankful to the staff at The Reach, we had the most amazing wedding and it was everything I've ever imagined and more. I highly recommend this venue if you are having a wedding in Key West, you won't regret it!!!

This was an exquisite choice in venue. Love has no bounds, because 50 guests traveled great distances to witness a perfect day. We were looking for a place where everyone could find a little piece of adventure, but quiet. We decided on "The Reach" in Key West. We were a little concerned, since we could just not make it down,but let me tell you there was nothing to be concerned about! Nicole assured me everything would be fine, and were they right! Marina one word –Incredible. She is amazing. She did an awesome job from start to finish. She worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect. She made sure we were all where we needed to be when we needed to be there. I never once looked outside, when I walked down and saw everything, I just thought, how amazing. Everything was set exactly how I imagined. Our ceremony took place at the Gazebo (which was just breathtaking). Our cocktail/reception took place right on the beach which had such an awesome atmosphere. The most important part of this day was us getting married, but really Marina and her team, just WOW. The service – Impeccable. Their positive attitudes, their willingness to accommodate our every need and their experience with weddings is what made our day all that we could ask for – perfect. This place went above and beyond from start to finish.The food was super delish, everything was cooked to perfection.They also accommodated our Gluten-Free guest with no problem. The chocolate covered strawberries and assorted petit fours were a perfect complement to our cake. The whole experience from the day we arrived 3 days prior to our wedding and the days following were beyond anything I could have imagined. Our guests who also stayed at "The Reach" were just amazed at the service..they handled our day/our stay like true professionals. They delivered premier service across the board. My daughter was married on the pier at The Reach, followed by a 2 hour cocktail hour rooftop. Despite dodging thunderstorms(moving from outside to inside and then back out again), it was a great venue. The wedding consultants at The Reach made planning easy and are there with you every step of the way. The food was delicious and the drinks plentiful.We are very happy that we chose The Reach for our special occasion!

We had an absolutely amazing wedding at the Reach. The event coordinators, Nicole and Marina, were incredible and gave us a ton of help throughout the planning and during the actual event. The vendor list provided by them made it simple to begin our search and we had no complaints with any of our selections. Nicole and Marina were always available to answer our questions and guide us through the process.
The ceremony was incredible and the location was without a doubt the best in Key West. In total, we had 67 guests, which the venue and vendors accommodated with ease. We went with Steve Torrence as our officiate and couldn't be happier with our selection. The Gazebo was on the water but was also covered and floored so the guests were comfortable. The reception was equally amazing, with outdoor dancing at the Caribe Terrace/ballroom overlooking the ocean on a beautiful moonlit night. The service was quick and professional with no complaints from any of our guests. The Strip House food was excellent, allowing the guests to choose between a large filet mignon and a chicken dish. The appetizers during the cocktail hour stole the show, however, with creative selections for the guests to choose from. Nicole was by our side the day of the wedding, going far above and beyond what we would have expected. She checked on the bride and groom continually, ensuring all of our needs were met and helped guide us through the day. Our stay at the Reach was great, and well worth the cost. The resort upgraded us and our guests to the best available rooms and provided welcome gifts to all of our family and friends.
The attention to detail, professional staff, and personal touch made our wedding perfect. It's been over a month and we're still getting rave reviews from all of our guests. We highly recommend the Reach - truly the wedding of a lifetime.

Having our wedding and reception dinner at The Reach Resort was the best decision we made regarding our wedding. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Nicole (the coordinator) knows what she is doing, and she makes sure the day runs smoothly. The food was excellent and all of our guests are still raving about the steak, grouper, and most importantly the key lime pie. There was plenty of servers for each table, even one server for our sweetheart table. The backdrop of the beach and the pier/gazebo was perfect for our destination wedding. I would recommend The Reach Resort for anyone wanting to get married in Key West. We will definitely be back as guests.

Reach Resort is the absolute perfect place for a Key West wedding! Our wedding was a dream come true and it was all made possible by our planner and everyone at Reach Resort. I can not say enough good things about my wedding that took place at The Reach. The staff were so attentive to each and every need of not just myself, but all wedding guests. They took care of things that needed to be done without me having to ask or worry. My only regret is that the day didn't last longer, because it was such a great day filled with wonderful memories. Nicole and her staff were great to work with being from out of state and planning a wedding. We made one trip down to the resort prior to getting married to prepare and they were great! Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly. I honestly cannot say enough good things about The Reach, staff and Nicole. Our wedding would not have been the same if we didn't choose to have it at The Reach. Ohh and my husband couldn't stop talking about how great the food was!

We began planning our destination wedding about a year ago. We were sold on The Reach once we spoke with Nicole the catering sales manager. She is wonderful! We had hoped to make a trip to see the venue prior to the wedding, but were unable to get away. We planned the whole event through e-mails and phone calls. Nicole provided us with a list of vendors that we worked with. We were a little skeptical in the weeks prior to the wedding as we didn't get a chance to come and check it out prior to the wedding, but as soon as we checked into The Reach, we knew that we made the right decision. It is an absolutely beautiful resort with wonderful, friendly staff. We met with Nicole and our minister (Steve Torrence-AWESOME too!) before the wedding and were assured that it would be a wonderful event. We were literally blown away by how wonderful the event was. The day of the wedding, while we were getting ready, a snack tray and champagne as well as cold towelettes were delivered to the room. Nicole met with us for the final details the day of the wedding and got us to where we needed to be at the right time. The gazabo, where the ceremony took place, had a breath taking view over the water and the weather was perfect. The reception was beautiful! All the decorations and flowers (from Milan Events) were stunning!! The food was the best that we had during our entire trip. Our guests even commented that it was the best wedding that they had been to! This was an amazing wedding that far exceeded our expectations and we are so thankful that we chose The Reach!

When searching for the perfect Key West venue for our wedding, my wife and I drove all around the island with our wedding planner looking for that perfect place. Although a little out of our budget we stopped at The Reach as a potential ceremony location. The view of the Gazebo on the water took my wife's breath away, and I knew it had to be The Reach. It only got better from there.

Nicole Noyes was OUTSTANDING! I couldn't have asked for someone more devoted to taking all the stress off a couple. We had a rather unpleasant experience with our wedding planner. If I had known up front how amazing Nicole was I would have never hired anyone else. Nicole and her staff were constantly checking in on us and went above and beyond to ensure all of our guests were well taken care of. Believe me... the staff alone is worth the price tag.

If you haven't ventured to the Reach to take in the view from the Gazebo and private beach, you must make the trip. You will not find a more romantic place. We chose to get married on the Gazebo and hold the reception upstairs. The reception area overlooks the ocean and offers the perfect amount of space for the destination wedding (we had 60 guests and didn't feel cramped at all).

If that's not enough to sell you, make a reservation at the Strip House. The food was the exclamation point to the best night of my life. We have been to a handful of weddings over the last few years and nothing has come close to comparing to the food that was served at our wedding. We opted for plated steak and fish options and I still have friends complimenting that dinner.

Overall, I could not have been happier with our choice at The Reach. Although above what we wanted to spend, it was worth every penny and I wouldn't change a thing (besides maybe buying a few rounds for the staff). Thank you Nicole and everyone involved!

First of all, I rarely write reviews because there are very few things I'd highly recommend!

From the very beginning of our destination wedding planning, we knew the wedding location was going to be one of the most important vendors to research and secure. After picking The Reach as our ceremony venue in Key West, Florida, the research process started! The challenge lies in finding someone you trust enough to capture all senses on the most important day of a couple’s life. However Nicole and her staff made this process seamless with their trusted preferred vendor list. All the vendors on the list were easy to work with and put our minds at ease that everything would be flawless and it was. For this we feel very blessed!
Needless to say, our Wedding Day didn’t disappoint! It was one of the most magical moments/experiences of my life and our guests were blown away as well! Everyone was stunned with how beautiful and flawless the entire ceremony was.

This was all possible because Nicole and her staff did an amazing job. Nicole’s great at giving direction, keeping everyone on time and in place, is extremely professional and responsive (emails were replied within a few hours), and is also amazingly friendly and calm, making my wedding day feel stress-free and at ease.

You will never know how much we appreciated everything you did to ensure our day was nothing short of Magical!

What an amazing experience! My husband and I got married at The Reach this past Saturday and the entire experience was magical. Nicole was involved from the beginning, she assisted with our tastings, modified the menu for our guests with food allergies and the day of the wedding sent us a bottle of champagne with chocolates. Nicole perfected our wedding day.
The outside gazebo was perfectly clean and presentable.
I don't have one negative thing to say about The Reach!

My husband and I had always dreamed of a destination wedding somewhere tropical with gorgeous water as our backdrop. We had family all over that didn't necessarily want to leave the States, so after searching long and hard for the perfect beach location, we came across The Reach Resort and it's beautiful gazebo. It was love at first sight!

Nicole Noyse, Catering Sales Manager, made planning our wedding from back in Texas a breeze. I was a nervous wreck but she always knew what to say and do to calm me and make me feel at ease. She and her crew knew exactly what we needed before I even had to say anything. The food was amazing, her vendor recommendations were spot on, and the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch.

If I could, I would relive that day over and over again. I wouldn't change a thing. It was the perfect location for an absolutely perfect wedding.

A year ago while scouting for a wedding venue, we visited The Reach Resort in Key West. The moment my daughter saw the gazebo she knew this is where she wanted to get married. I am happy to say that this past weekend my daughter had her dream wedding, become a reality at the Reach Resort. The ceremony took place out on the gazebo, cocktail hour on the beach and then the reception was on the Caribe terrace outside. There is nothing I would change . The weather was absolutely perfect, the staff was more then Attentive And friendly. Nicole and Marina were very attentive to the brides wishes and did whatever they could to accommodate. I had so many guests come up to me to let me know how wonderful the food was, from the cocktail appetizers (that came for an entire hour) to the reception dinner. The food was wonderful ! Many of our guests also stayed for a long weekend at the Reach Resort and were very pleased with everything from the rooms, staff and the great food in the Strip House. This venue is a must to check out if you are considering a wedding in Key West.

Planning a destination wedding is not easy; this is an understatement. However, the attention, care and service we received from The Reach, and specifically from Catering Manager Nicole Noyes, made our wedding planning and execution about as easy as it could possibly have been.

Nicole and the staff at The Reach were always available for our numerous (also an understatement) inquiries and promptly returned any calls or emails; usually within an hour or so. Nicole assisted us in using only the services we wanted and that fit within our budget; at no time did we ever feel pressured to use any service that we were not absolutely sold on. She lent us assistance in contracting with other vendors and helped us understand what we should be asking. This was an ENORMOUS help.

The terrace and banquet room were decorated BEAUTIFULLY and surpassed how even we had envisioned it. The food, which was grilled on the terrace by one of the chefs, was simply amazing. The bartenders and servers were fast, courteous and incredibly friendly; and always visible for any needs of our guests. Every piece of furniture, decoration, and lighting/sound equipment was in the precise location. The banquet manager was present and ensured that every detail was followed flawlessly.

The most amazing part of our experience was Nicole being so present and available on the day of our wedding. She took personal care to make sure that not only the bridal party, but also the parents and guests of the wedding, were where they were supposed to be at the exact times they needed to be there. At no time was there ever a worry; she addressed all possible issues before they could ever become "issues".

The only criticism I possibly have is that we were never able to truly thank each member of the staff personally for the incredible job they did in making our wedding dream become the perfect day.

Simply perfect! The Reach Gazebo provided the perfect location for our ceremony in paradise. Our wedding experience at The Reach Resort was outstanding. The staff at The Reach are excellent. Often they anticipated our needs and helped make our celebration one we and our guests will never forget. We choose to have the ceremony with toes in the sand along the beach and found it to be perfect. The Resort provided us with a list of preferred vendors for photography, flowers, and officiants. This proved extremely helpful and gave us many options to choose from to tailor to our taste. The Resort staff worked seamlessly with our chosen vendors: Steve Torrence was an absolute delight as officiant, Love In Bloom was awesome, Rachel Ligon photo is incredibly talented and captured our day perfectly, and CakesbyKarol was beautiful and yummy. My daughter and her fiance decided on a destination wedding, and with one weekend visit to Key West to research locations , we booked the Reach/Strip House for the ceremony, reception and Sunday brunch. The wedding took place on the gazebo, the cocktail hour on the restaurant veranda, and the reception on the 2nd floor ballroom/patio area.

Nicole was extremely helpful, and attentive to all details. The wedding, reception & brunch went off exactly as we hoped...even the weather cooperated! Additionally, all the vendors that Nicole recommended worked out perfectly, and we had no last minute glitches.

We had many compliments on the food, from the cocktail hour, to the dinner and finally the Sunday morning brunch.

I would highly recommend the Strip House/Reach for a stress free wedding venue.

My fiance and I wanted a small destination wedding and had our hearts set on Key West. We had booked a venue and fell in love with it and then 2 months later found out that our Catering Manager double booked our space. (I will not name the other property here) So we went back down to the Keys to find a new venue. We had looked at several places and The Reach was not on our list to begin with - since it was a Waldorf Astoria I had assumed that it would be way out of our budget. So we had the car parked and were on our way back to Miami but were still not in love with any of the places we have met with so we decided to stop at the Reach to look around. We did not have an appointment but Nicole, the Catering Sales Manager was there and was more than happy to show us around. She made us feel so comfortable and we instantly clicked with her - we walked through all of the menu options and found one that was perfect for us. The place is absolutely gorgeous - they have the most beautiful gazebo on a pier on the water for the ceremonies and you really dont need any additional decor. So we signed a contract that day and had our wedding set! Throughout the entire process Nicole was friendly, responsive and helpful - we never had to wait on anything from her which is wonderful when you are trying to plan your wedding from 1500 miles away! When we arrived for the our wedding and met with Nicile it wil like meeting an old friend by that point - she reassured us that everything was going to be perfect and went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. On the day of the wedding she was amazing and was right by our side the entire day. The food was amazing and the service was spectacular. We really could not have asked for anything more. I honestly dont think I would have changed one thing about the entire experience! it was seriously a top notch event - all of our guests are still commenting on what a great time they had and how beautiful everything was.

Nicole and her team really created a wedding that I didn't even know could exist! A destination wedding with the least amount of stress was my dream. Of course there are arrangements that need to be made especially if you don't hire a wedding planner like I neglected to do. Even without a planner, Nicole and her team stepped up to make sure everything went as planned.

The ceremony was held on their beach gazebo. I was crazy nervous and Nicole helped calm my nerves before the long walk. The cocktail hour was held on the ballroom terrace and my guests could not stop raving about how beautiful everything was. The fried shrimp was a BIG hit by the way! And finally, the reception was held in the Caribe Ballroom. We thought there wasn't enough decorations, but Nicole made everything work together. I swear it was like walking into a dream when we finally made it to the reception after pictures. And looking back, I could not have asked for anything else. The service, the food, and the location was simply perfect. I would most definitely recommend this resort, the location, and the service team to host your wedding! They exceed expectations!

After several trips to Key West and touring a wide variety of venues for our wedding, we finally went to The Reach and absolutely fell in love! We got married at The Reach Resort in November 2013. Nicole and Marina were amazing! From start to finish, they made planning the wedding easy and fun. No detail was left untouched by them and they took the time to go above and beyond for every detail of the event. The location and views are breathtaking. The staff is warm, courteous and helpful. The food is phenomenal! The price is comparable if not better than other locations on Key West. It is certainly worth it, because they truly care about you and want to make your day the best it can be! Also, they have parking at the hotel- this is huge for Key West as parking can be limited depending on the location. Nicole, Marina and The Reach will always have a special place in my heart and we will certainly be back to The Reach soon!

We got Married on the beautiful Gazebo and it was truly a dream wedding! The Cocktail hour on the roof top terrace was just incredible, we watched the sunset as cruise ships went by in the distance. We had our reception in the 2nd floor ball room and the dancing right outside on the patio overlooking the ocean and the gazebo on the pier. The Food was unbelievable just like the hotel and the Strip House staff! Nicole and Morina were just a pleasure to deal with and made the planning much smoother and definitely went the extra mile, I'm going to miss being pampered by them... lol

I cannot begin to describe what an incredible job Jason and Nicole did for us on June 22. When my husband and I got engaged last summer we had no idea where we wanted to get married. We traveled down the east coast looking for the perfect beach and when we arrived at The Reach we knew we found it. We could see that The Reach had the most beautiful beach (only natural one in Key West) and venue but then we met Jason and Nicole and realized they offered more than even the astounding scenery. They offered such professionalism, along with such sincere interest in making our wedding day our "dream day". They worked with us tirelessly for 9 months while we changed our mind and our guest list. They customized everything we wanted from menu choices to signature cocktails. Nicole and Jason had the expertise to offer excellent advice about vendors when we wanted it, but embraced our own ideas and figured out ways to make them work. They wanted to understand our vision, then create it for us; and they did!! They offered constant encouragement and a guarantee that we needed to let them handle everything we wanted and stress about nothing. And we did:) Jason and Nicole were so fully committed to making our day perfect that our only regret is we wasted money on a wedding planner we never needed. We visited several times during our engagement and we greeted with such warmth and kindness. Surprise champagne or balloons or snacks on the wedding day just made us feel that they were personally invested in our happiness. Our wedding day was spectacular. Nicole checked in with me frequently and was very sentimental with me as we watched my maid of honor go down the aisle. I was touched at the relationship we had developed and am thankful that our photographers took pictures of us together.
Everything about The Reach was exceptional, but nothing could be more valuable than the intangible: Jason and Nicole. They are the best at what they do, while being the nicest as well!!!!

Planning a wedding can be a challenge. But not when you’re working with Nicole Noyes-Bell at the Reach Resort in Key West. From the start Nicole answered every question, solved every issue and addressed every concern that we and our clients had. Curveballs are no match for Nicole and she remains both professional and courteous throughout the entire planning process. We watched her go above and beyond many times to prove that she had our clients’ best interest in mind. Wedding Planners don’t always receive the warmest welcomes and regards but Nicole worked together with us to create the perfect day for our clients. We are truly grateful to have worked with such an amazing catering director and would be happy to do so again at any time. Thank you for your hard work, your understanding and your support!

I recently got married at the Gazebo at the Reach Resort on June 22, 2013. Everything was absolutely perfect! The new catering sales manager, Nicole Noyes-Bell, was a pleasure to work with. I began planning my wedding almost two years prior at which point I was somewhat hesitant with the fact I was speaking with a new coordinator every few months. Upon meeting Nicole in April, I was set completely at ease. She was so kind and helpful and made everything so easy. She went out of her way to find and put me in contact with a cost-efficient wedding planner, who was also amazing, and a potential "Uke" musician. Nicole checked in frequently prior to my event and worked perfectly with my wedding planner. She is absolutely AMAZING to work with! On the day of the event, I did not have a single worry. The gazebo was cleaned right before the wedding, everything was set up as I had requested, and staff was beyond welcoming and supportive. My guests could not stop raving about how beautiful everything was. I am so happy with my wedding!! I HIGHLY recommend the Reach Resort for weddings and working with Nicole Noyes-Bell!

My husband and I were just married at The Reach on June 28, 2013 and The Reach exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding! Nicole is absolutely one of the best in the business. She is professional, organized and personable. She was prompt with her responses to me via email as I was planning from the DC area and she had some of the best advice to offer in regards to planning my wedding. When I first saw The Reach and met with Nicole, I immediately knew I wanted our wedding to be there. Not only is the property absolutely beautiful but Nicole was such a joy to work with.

Our ceremony was held on the pier followed by cocktail hour and dinner in the Caribe ballroom/terrace. The staff at The Reach made everything go off with out a hitch. The food was AMAZING, the bartender and servers were SO personable and the ballroom set up was gorgeous! We are still receiving compliments about the food! The Reach assigned a server to just my husband and I who made sure I got to eat dinner and that we always had a full/fresh drink in our hands. The server brought hor'dervouves and drinks down to my husband and I at the beach as we were taking pictures to be sure we didn't miss anything!

The day of the wedding, Nicole sent several little surprises up to my room as I was getting ready and came by a few times to be sure I was in the loop of what was going on downstairs in preparation for our day. She also came to the rescue with some tums and stain removers for us! Seriously, she is AWESOME!!

Overall, our day went off without a hitch. We never had to worry if something was wrong or how it was going to happen. Nicole and her staff worked seamlessly with all of our vendors to be sure everything was perfect! We would recommend The Reach over and over again and can't wait to go back!!

There are no accurate words to describe how amazing The Reach resort staff and location were for my wedding. My now-husband and I agreed that Key West was the perfect place for our wedding. I contacted dozen possible wedding/reception locations in Key West, but when I called The Reach and spoke with Nicole, that was it! She was responsive, calming, and flexible.

It was difficult for me to book a location that I had never seen before but Nicole assured me it would be perfect. I instantly trusted her, and for good reason. It was obvious that Nicole and her staff wanted to make the day perfect for me and my husband. I never felt pressured.

Once I booked The Reach, Nicole helped me plan all the event details. She was genuinely interested in hearing every detail. I don’t know how many times she said “it’s your big day so we will do it.” As a bride, it is beyond comforting to hear that when planning a wedding. I know Nicole plans hundreds, probably thousands, of weddings, but I never once felt like “just another wedding” when I was working with her.

It is clear that Nicole and The Reach staff were there to make sure my vision came to life. I always felt like I had great options to choose from and or they were willing to do almost anything for me. I have always been told planning a wedding is stressful, but that was not my experience.

The food was not wedding food, it was amazing. The staff should be proud of what they do. The location is breath-taking.

In a nutshell, I would have another wedding again at The Reach if I could. Ha! I would highly recommend The Reach to any person who is planning a wedding or commitment ceremony. It is unforgettable. You and your guests will be amazed. I promise.

I don't give answers, I tell stories. So, I will give a very brief response: I think the Reach and the staff that works there are AMAZING! I would recommend them to anyone that asks me about vendors in Key West.

Now my story:
My wife and I were planning a destination wedding. Well, she was planning a destination wedding (I just had to show up). She found the Reach to be an affordable, workable location with a great staff who were very responsive to our needs. She had been in contact with many vendors during the planning parts of the wedding, and Nicole was, by far, the most responsive, most helpful, and just a wonderful person to talk to and work with. She really was the linch pin for making our experience what it was.

There was some bad weather the week leading up to our wedding, and this was causing a lot of stress for my wife. Our ceremony and reception were expected to be held outdoors on the pier, and beach. Nicole provided us with some fantastic "backup" options, and allowed us to move the reception to the alternate location two days prior to the event! This allowed us to stop worrying about the weather, and simply enjoy our time in Key West. Getting married causes enough stress! Who needs weather to add to it?!

Also, the rest of the staff. Wow! Just wow! The staff that worked with us during the event was simply great. Everything was in place right where it needed to be, and the group was professional, polite, and fun to be around. I never expected such great service. The employees that work these events have a lot to be proud of. The quality of their work is at a level I have never seen before. Kudos for the Reach for having such great people working for them.

As a groom, I recommend the Reach to anyone interested in a stress free wedding. Seriously, I would do not change a thing about it. Having a bride not have to worry about the details is an amazing thing. Good luck, and thank you!

I recently had my wedding at the Reach on June 15, 2013. I don't think I could have imagined a more amazing experience for my wedding in my life! I had never stepped foot in Key West and had to organize everything via email and Internet. I am still in shock how great my wedding and reception turned out. Nicole at the Reach coordinated everything for me and it turned out EXACTLY as promised! Our ceremony was on the pier with cocktail hour and reception on the Carribe Terrace. The food was incredible, music was great and the service was excellent. We had a group of about 40, mostly from New Orleans, and everyone had nothing but complements on the entire event. Thank you so much to everyone at the Reach, for everything you did make my day so unforgettable! My husband and I could not be happier with everything you did to make our wedding so beautiful and special! My only complant is that we couldn't stay longer! Can't wait to go back! Thanks again guys!!!

After visiting several other Key West locations, we knew right away that The Reach was the perfect place for our ceremony and reception. Nicole's warm reception and excitement for our wedding was what we had been searching for and couldn't find elsewhere. The Gazebo was could not have been a more picturesque location for the ceremony and the Caribe Ballroom and Terrace was the perfect combination of formal indoor setting and fun outdoor atmosphere.

The food (we chose the Reach Grill stations) was just delicious and our guests could not say enough good things about it. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

From start to finish, Nicole's work was above and beyond our expectations. She went out of her way to make sure everything was the way we wanted and then went a step further to make it even better. We could not have asked for a better experience - she was simply amazing!

I just had my wedding at the Reach on May 18, 2013. Everything was perfect (at least as far as what the staff at the Reach was responsible for :)) We had our ceremony on the pier gazebo and reception on the Caribe Terrace. Both were absolutely perfect locations, and I can already tell the pictures from the gazebo are stunning. When we first visited the venue, we met with Jason, and we also signed our contract with him. He was very willing to work with our budget, which was great. Then Nicole, the catering manager, took over and she was great (and Jason continued to check in,a s well). Nicole was very willing to deal with my constant e-mails and was super flexible with what we wanted to do in terms of set up and food/drinks. She also made sure to remember every detail, including that one guest was a vegan. The day of she was absolutely wonderful, and she worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect. Like others said below, the food was delicious and we had a lot of people commenting to us how good the food was, as well as telling us it was one of the best weddings they'd ever attended. We were married in May 2013 and had our reception at the Reach. It was amazing and absolutely perfect! We worked with Nicole and she was a rock star! She answered all of our questions via email and responded within hours of us sending it. We met with her a few months in advance and she was so accommodating. Nicole stayed almost the whole reception to make sure things went smoothly and was there for anything we needed. The catering staff was amazing as well as Chip (audio/visual). The food was amazing and guest raved about the appetizers :) They even made sure the bride and groom got their own personal plate of appetizers once we arrived at the reception. I wouldn't have changed a thing and we are so glad we decided to go with the Reach! Thanks Nicole for an amazing day!

My daughter had her wedding at The Reach this past weekend. Everything was perfect, it was flawless. Nicole was so fun and wonderful to work with. The venue is beautiful and the Caribe terrace was perfect. Chip helped us with the lighting, speakers and equipment to show our slideshow. He was wonderful and very helpful with ideas. Nicole was there the entire night. She made sure everything was running smoothly. At one point she was looking for the brides bag for her. Can't say enough about what a positive experience having my daughters wedding at The Reach was.

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at The Reach on March 23, 2013, and I am beyond happy with the way everything turned out. Nicole at The Reach was wonderful at communicating with me leading up to the event to make sure she knew my vision, and offered her suggestions as well. We met her at the venue prior to our big day for our food tasting, and she sat with us and answered all of our questions. She also allowed us to view the venue once again to discuss possible table arrangements. We fell in love with the food and knew we made the right choice. Nicole was there on the day of the wedding as well, making sure everything was in order, and saw me down the aisle. Everyone at The Reach was very friendly and I still have not stopped getting complements from my guests on how beautiful the venue was, the food, and just the day overall. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a gorgeous beach wedding. The rustic looking pier (gazebo) at The Reach at sunset is just breathtaking!!!

Nichole and everyone at the Strip House and Reach were very helpful and friendly! Every visit was enjoyable, talking and planning with Nichole. Our wedding turned out to be everything and more than we ever imagined. Gorgeous and privet location with amazing food that everyone enjoyed!

We were told about a friends experience with their wedding in the gazebo at the Reach and once I spoke to Nicole I knew this was the place that I wanted to start the rest of my life with the love of my life.
Every time I had a question she was always quick to answer and assist me with everything from the vendor listings to catering for our small group of 26 and even rooms for just us for the wedding night.
We had only been to Key West on a stop over on a cruise and had no idea of what to expect. Nicole was WONDERFUL in all aspects in assisting me and making me feel comfortable. With her assistance I did not need to hire additional planners for the ceremony and during the ceremony the entire staff was excellent, the manager on duty was great at keeping us on time and the wait staff was great to all of our guests, even assisting us by taking the left over cupcakes to our room.
I would not change a thing of our experience and would recommend The Reach for the perfect wedding ceremony.

Location: The gazebo is very romantic for wedding and it's unique on the island, meanwhile, the 4th & 5th floor are wonderful spots for some sunset pictures! Also, Reach is just a block away from the busiest street, Duval St, guests who are staying there have lots of activity options within walking distance.

Service: Jason was working with us initially for the planning, then Nicole joined in and took care of everything for our wedding even the follow-up after, but the transition was smooth and easy. Jason & Nicole was patient enough for all kinds of questions. Nicole was wonderful in organization, detail works, and being flexible. She did an excellent job in charge of everything on the wedding day. Michelle, the catering manager, was very attentive and she orchestraed the banquet perfectly. The banquet staffs were friendly and willing to help!

Food: We had the clambake for the banquet. The seafoods was fresh and perfectly cooked, just like we were at New England! We also had lots of compliment for the guava lemonade. It was one of a kind juice, sweet and refreshing!

The only complain is the hotel sales department in Dallas, TX. We made a group reservation of 15 rooms with the sales department. When our guests called the sales department to book their rooms, more than half of them experienced problems and confusion. We called the sales department to sort things out but was being transferred to the Key West hotel office. Larry, at the Key West office, helped us to solve the booking mess and re-arranged the rooms for our guests. Later on, we found out Larry was actually working for Casa Marina, Reach's sister hotel. We truly appreciate Larry for his patient and willingness to help!

My husband and I were married at the Reach gazebo on a Saturday afternoon in February. We still cannot believe how lucky we were to have such an amazing venue and wedding coordinator to work with. Carolyn was incredible. She took over as our wedding coordinator about a month before our wedding was scheduled, since the previous coordinator had left. Carolyn was flawless in the transition. She knew every detail that had been discussed and ensured that the ceremony went exactly as we planned. Her knowledge and professionalism in preparing both the rehearsal and day-of events was invaluable. My favorite memory of Carolyn was having a glass of wine ready for me moments before I walked down the aisle - just to get rid of those last minute nerves. We could not be happier with how perfect our day was - thank you Carolyn!

Carolyn Guarini is a blessing. My son and daughter-in-law chose Key West as the destination for their wedding. I took on the task of executing the event, so I immediately called Carolyn, who came highly recommended. She coordinated an absolutely memorable and flawless event. We were on a tight budget and she helped us through every detail with options based on our budget constraints. She was my anchor for the whole process. The cake, the flowers, the lighting and décor, the food, the music and the overall coordination was perfect. Carolyn made the process stress free for us, she tirelessly took my calls and texts and kept me calm with her confident manner. Her recommendations for all the services provided were very tuned-in, she took the time to understand our needs and made suggestions that fit. I had my ceremony and reception at the Reach. Everything turned out beautifully and was well executed. The food, especially the appetizers, was very good. Heidi was very nice and helpful throughout the process. She always responded quickly to any inquiries I had. The Reach is a wonderful venue and the staff there are very good at handling weddings.
