Hosting your next event in this romantic island living atmosphere is the perfect way to celebrate the love of two incredible people. Facilities and Capacity

The Beachside Resort & Residences is a great place to host whether you have 10 guests or 400. They offer a collection of ceremony and reception spaces to choose from so you can customize your event from beginning to end. For couples looking to incorporate the breathtaking scenery provided by Key West itself, there are ceremony sites outside overlooking the mesmerizing blue waters. The reception spaces are just as impressive. Inside the hotel, there is an elegant ballroom featuring high ceilings and delicate details that are perfect for dancing the night away. Outside, couples can use the grounds' large tent that sits near the water. You can enjoy the night with the peaceful sounds of waves in the background. No matter what you choose, you can’t go wrong with a place that is this beautiful. As a newlywed couple, you’ll be upgraded to the luxury suite for the entirety of your stay.

Services Offered

In addition to a great space, several other services are included with your venue rental to make your big day as stress-free as possible. Chairs, China, flatware, glassware, linens, and tables are all included to ensure you don’t have to worry about renting from an outside vendor for your event essentials. This allows the attentive staff to efficiently set up and cleanup before and after your event, so you don’t have to lift a finger. Parking is provided on-site to allow you and your guests ease of mind. Once you arrive, our valet service will take care of the rest. If needed, a shuttle is available to make transportation a breeze.

Lovely Venue

I had such an amazing experience with Isaiah and the Beachside Staff!
They were very flexible and super accommodating to the room transformation we envisioned! The food was excellent and there was never a line at the bar, two most important things at a wedding! Can't wait to be back for another celebration at this venue in the future :)

Everything we dreamed of

We held our wedding at the Marriott Beachside May 13th, 2021. Everything was perfect, from our stay, the location to the staff. Everyone was so great to work with and the grounds are just beautiful and the food is amazing! Special thanks to Mindy at the Marriott for making the whole event go exactly as planned. If your looking for a KW venue that will treat your guests excellent this is the place!

Simply Perfect!

My husband and I visited several resorts in Key West for our big day. We originally were torn between Casa Marina and The Reach. While both resorts each offer their own unique features, we weren't completely sold on either of them. On a whim, we looked into the Beachside Marriott and never looked back. From the start, Karli was very helpful with everything we needed to make our day come true. Right away, we were incredibly pleased how just how much the Marriott offered over the other two resorts we checked out, and at a MUCH lower cost. If we had visited the Marriott first, I don't believe my husband and I would've went anywhere else. The guest suites are beyond spacious and are perfect for hosting families to get together before and after the wedding. My bridesmaids and I had a ton of space to get ready together. Everyone who stayed at on site had nothing but great things to say about their stay. The ceremony site on the beach front patio was exactly what we were looking for. The Marriott made sure to make our wedding private and ensured that we were well taken care of during the entire stay. The food was phenomenal, as they cook all of it at Tavern N Town on the first floor. Overall, we could not have been happier. Our wedding wouldn't have been complete without the Beachside Marriott!

Perfect Day - Phenomenal Setting & Service

To Karli, Andre, Maydel, & the rest of the phenomenal Marriott Beachside Staff:

We would like to thank you again for all of your help from the day we inquired about booking our wedding, until the moment it was time for bed on our wedding day. Nothing was ever too much for ask for, and questions were always answered super-fast. You guys took care of every detail and we loved every second of our Key West wedding.

We just couldn’t have asked for a better venue and caterer. From the moment we visited for our initial walk through and tasting, we had such excitement knowing we chose the most amazing place to get married. Even with our initial impressions, all of our exceptions of how the venue would look on our wedding day and the quality of the food and service were exceeded. I can’t tell you how many people said what a beautiful setting the Marriott Beachside is. Honestly words cannot do it justice and we were lucky to have the amazing videographer Che Andre (@www.cheandco.com) and photographer Mary Veal (@https://www.marysveal.com/) capture our day. Perfect for a beach wedding!

The staff at Key West Marriott Beachside was amazing especially Karli Thurston & Dave Talpasz! They thought of all the details so we could sit back and enjoy our day! Our room block was seamless and accommodating for our guests, the food was delicious and the attention to detail was impeccable! We had our ceremony and cocktail hour on the beach at sunset overlooking the clear blue water and took the reception indoors to the Flagler Ballroom. Each space was beautiful and the staff members were very attentive. I highly recommend them for your special day!

We, along with our daughter’s wedding guests, stayed at this property for several days. First, Maydel Rich was amazing to work with in booking our hotel block for our wedding party. She was patient and kind and made sure our guests were treated well. The property is beautiful, the amenities were enjoyed by all, and the food at the various venues was wonderful. It was the perfect location, close enough to the action downtown but just far away where the atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. We can’t wait to go back for a vacation. Thank you, Marriott Key West Beachside Hotel and Maydel.

You cannot go wrong with this vendor. Everything was amazing from the initial contact to the final moments of our reception. Karli and Mindy were incredibly responsive and had the answers to any questions I could possibly have. Everything for the week leading up to the wedding along with the wedding itself was executed perfectly. A majority of the guests and wedding party stayed at the hotel as well and there was not a negative word to be said about anything. The rooms were amazing, the service staff was impeccable and the ceremony, cocktail hour location, and reception locations were all beautiful and perfectly executed. If you are getting married in Key West this is the place to be.

We had out wedding at the Key West Marriott Beachside Hotel on 3.19.16. Working with Rachel and Karli was a breeze. They always responded promptly to our emails while planning the wedding. I live 4 hours from Key West so communication was key. I am a super detail oriented person, I emailed photos of how I envisioned our day and Karli delivered beautifully. The day of coordination was amazing and I did not have to worry about a thing on my big day. We did our ceremony and reception on the beach. During the cocktail hour I was amazed how quickly they transformed the area into my perfect reception vision. The guests raved about the food and the key lime pie that was served as dessert. I can not thank the entire staff at the Marriott for making my wedding weekend perfect. We will certainly be returning to celebrate anniversaries!

We had our wedding here on 12/29/2015 and it was absolutely amazing! We looked at several venues in Key West, and couldn't be happier with our beach wedding and reception here. We had the entire event on the beach, but there are also wonderful inside reception locations as well, if ultra romantic and perfect is not what you're going for. On top of the amazing venue, 5 stars does not come close to doing justice for our wedding coordinator Karli. She was nothing short of amazing and I really see no reason to look elsewhere if a wedding in Key West is what you're looking for. Our guests literally sought us out time and time again to tell us that is was the best wedding they'd ever been to.

Dave, Karli, Mario, and the rest of the Marriott Beachside Catering team were incredible to work with to cater our off-site 100 guest beach and garden wedding ceremony & reception. They designed a menu that pleased our picky range of guests from vegans to paleo to burger-only eaters. They were over-prepared for every step, setting up on a tight timeline, serving a large crowd quickly, and the food was delicious across the board. We made the right decision to work with Marriott Beachside for our off-site catering and were lucky to have such star treatment for our special day.
