I worked with Jamie for my hair and makeup and there are no words to express how happy I was with her as a person and her finished product. I was very worried about not being able to do a trial, but Jamie eased my worries by speaking to me on the phone twice before the event and stating that we would redo everything until I was completely satisfied. Turns out, there was no need to redo anything as I was happy with everything she did. I looked amazing!

The spa even sent me pictures of the space that I would be in prior to the event as I wondered if any guests would have room to stop by and see me. The spa and the space surpassed my expectations!

I was introduced to Jamie about a year before our wedding. She has such a fun and positive personality that I knew she would be the perfect person to do my hair and makeup!
And I was 100% correct! Jamie did such an amazing job! I look at the photos and can't believe how good of a job she did on my hair and makeup! Not to mention, she was a lot of fun to work with! I wish I lived in Key West because she is definitely someone I would hang out with.

This was the perfect location for my wedding ceremony in Key West!! Jessica was our wedding coordinator and I couldn't ask for more without her recommendations I would've been lost.

Jessica Cranney is amazing. She is the woman through which you'll go through if you have your reception/ceremony here. She is kind, flexible, and very professional. She treated my husband and I like we were the first bride and groom she'd ever experienced (in a good way - like she truly cared about our wedding).

On the day of our wedding she was not able to be there, but even then she told us who our contact person would be and made sure everything was set and in order for her absence. Honestly, everything went beautifully. The only complaint I had was that when I asked the waiter to distribute the cake he did not...so for some reason, no one at our wedding got any cake! I don't know what happened...But yes, definitely use The Pier House!

While my hair turned out great, my mom was very disappointed with hers. Worse, the stylist was very rude to her, even in front of me and some other family members who were there with her! The spa services were also very overpriced. While it's convenient if you're having your wedding at the Pier House, it's not worth it. Try Salon 126 around the corner instead -- my sisters got their hair done there and it was beautiful, without the extra cost and attitude!

I really liked my hair for the wedding, but I wish I would have shopped around. My sisters hair turned out horrible. I had her take it down & I did it myself (and she still charged an arm & a leg for it!) I can't remember her name, but my entire wedding weekend was incredible.... This would be the only area I could complain about. For the large amount of money that we all spend in that spa/salon that week- I was not please with the hair dresser. She was rude & not very helpful to us. Way over priced for the service.
