Brooke, Leigh, and Chelsea worked tirelessly to ensure my wedding was everything I dreamed of. They went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had nothing to worry about on our big day. They helped coordinate all of our vendors and helped us find great vendors in the area we wouldn't have thought of. I would never want to have a wedding without a wedding planner, and if i had to pick someone, it would be Brooke and her entire team!

Brooke & her team at RSBP (specifically Leigh!) are the Rolls Royce of wedding planning! It rained on our wedding day, and Brooke oversaw a venue transformation that absolutely blew our minds. She is truly the superwoman of the industry in the Tampa Bay area.

Because of my busy schedule, I only had 4 months to plan our wedding. This in itself, was quite a challenge. In addition to the short time frame, we knew that we didn't want the traditional wedding ceremony and reception. After interviewing several wedding planners, I discovered that I needed someone with event planning experience. I was referred to Brooke Palmer of RSBP Events. After hearing a few of Brooke's ideas, I knew that she would be able to actualize the wedding/reception that we were imagining. There were so many little details that I never would have thought of. Thankfully, because of Brooke's experience and attention to detail, she thought of everything! She is a professional and a true visionary. I was constantly impressed by her work ethic, responsiveness, creative suggestions and unique ideas on ways to really WOW our guests, where to save money and where to spend it. Furthermore, I was quite surprised that by hiring a wedding/event planner of her caliber, I actually saved thousands of dollars due to her knowledge and contacts in her industry. Brooke Palmer and her team are amazing! I didn't worry about anything on my wedding day because I knew it was going to get done and be perfect! And, it was!!!! Leading up to my wedding, I was bit neurotic and wanted everything to be perfect (as most brides do). Brooke and the RSBP teams patience with me, throughout the planning process, made it so easy for me to relax on the day of my wedding. Brooke helped me and my husband coordinate our wedding at the Vinoy this past May and I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with her! I went into the process very overwhelmed-not knowing exactly what I wanted my wedding to look like and since I was not living in Tampa I knew I needed some help. After talking with a few planners I just felt like Brooke really got what we wanted and would be the perfect person to help us! She gave us tons of ideas and input about EVERYTHING big and small- from photographers to dealing with parents and in-laws :) Brooke is creative, patient, organized, responsive, helpful, and always made sure our voice was heard. She made the process of planning our wedding FUN and made the day of our wedding COMPLETELY stress-free. Everyone was blown away with the way the room looked and how smooth the wedding and reception went and said it was the most fun wedding they had been to!
