RSBP events MADE our wedding. They knew everything and everyone to assist us in having a really fantastic day. They were able to set us up with incredible vendors and were always available when we needed them. I was blown away by their attention to detail and the way our ceremony and reception reflected us as a couple. They were beyond indispensable and are amazing people. Their professionalism and efficiency never wavered especially on our wedding day. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!! -

I cannot brag enough about the incredible work from RSBP Events (Brooke, Leigh and team) to make our destination wedding weekend in St. Petersburg, Florida truly magical! They planned everything from our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception to my welcome cocktail hour, wedding day transportation and hotel blocks! They are so well connected with the best vendors in the industry that you can rest assured knowing you will have on All Star Team on your wedding day to flawlessly execute the best event of your life. I highly recommend hiring RSBP Events, and recommend using them for their full wedding planning services to relieve your wedding planning stress! Brooke & her team at RSBP (specifically Leigh!) are the Rolls Royce of wedding planning! It rained on our wedding day, and Brooke oversaw a venue transformation that absolutely blew our minds. She is truly the superwoman of the industry in the Tampa Bay area. -

I can't say enough good things about RSBP Events! They planned my dream wedding on a budget I didn't think was possible. Brooke and her team were incredibly professional, organized, knowledgeable and creative! They explained to me what was realistic within my budget, and what alternative, more affordable options would be for the things that were not. I had my dream wedding at the Vinoy because of RSBP.
Brooke and her team also planned my sister's wedding in March 2017. They only had 2.5 months and a small budget and ultimately pulled off what I considered a miracle. The wedding looked like they had been planning for months. Nobody knew. :)
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RSBP Events for anyone planning a wedding. They will make your dreams come to life. -

Brooke, Leigh, and Chelsea worked tirelessly to ensure my wedding was everything I dreamed of. They went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had nothing to worry about on our big day. They helped coordinate all of our vendors and helped us find great vendors in the area we wouldn't have thought of. I would never want to have a wedding without a wedding planner, and if i had to pick someone, it would be Brooke and her entire team! -

Brooke is amazing to work with. I have used her for so many occasions. She knows how to add that something special to make every event spectacular. She does not disappoint. Brooke is incredibly professional and focused at all times on creating moments for you and your guests. -

Brooke Palmer and her team are amazing! I didn't worry about anything on my wedding day because I knew it was going to get done and be perfect! And, it was!!!! Leading up to my wedding, I was bit neurotic and wanted everything to be perfect (as most brides do). Brooke and the RSBP teams patience with me, throughout the planning process, made it so easy for me to relax on the day of my wedding. All the anxiety went away the morning I woke up because I knew everything would be set and ready and be absolutely gorgeous!
Everything ran on time and perfectly, and I was smiling from ear to ear all day/night long!
Thank you ladies for making my wedding stress free and amazing! I could not have gotten through the day without the BEST team in Florida running my special day! -

If you want the wedding of your dreams (and then some), there is no other wedding planner to choose but RSBP Events. Brooke's attention to detail, elegant style, and impeccable taste all helped to make my wedding even more perfect than I hoped. Her professionalism is obvious every step of the way. She allows you to make your own choices regarding style and theme, but she also helps to guide you in a way that leads to a perfectly crafted, beautiful overall event design. Brooke helped me and my husband coordinate our wedding at the Vinoy this past May and I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with her! I went into the process very overwhelmed-not knowing exactly what I wanted my wedding to look like and since I was not living in Tampa I knew I needed some help. After talking with a few planners I just felt like Brooke really got what we wanted and would be the perfect person to help us! She gave us tons of ideas and input about EVERYTHING big and small- from photographers to dealing with parents and in-laws :) Brooke is creative, patient, organized, responsive, helpful, and always made sure our voice was heard. She made the process of planning our wedding FUN and made the day of our wedding COMPLETELY stress-free. Everyone was blown away with the way the room looked and how smooth the wedding and reception went and said it was the most fun wedding they had been to! She is worth every penny and I would recommend her to anyone! -

Brooke helped organize my wedding in both California and Tampa Bay. She was on top of all details and really helped us manage so many options on opposite coasts! I'm not sure I could have got through our day without her!! -

Brooke and RSBP Events were amazing. My partner and I were married Nov. 12th and it was perfect! As we are a same sex couple, there are nuances to the ceremony that needed special attention and Brooke was sensitive to those needs. We felt like Brooke really understood our needs and special requests and went above and beyond anything we asked for and delivered the ceremony, reception and rehearsal dinner of our dreams.
We continue to receive feedback from guests that it was the best wedding they ever attended in all aspects. Even individuals who work weddings at the venue every weekend commented that our ceremony was the most amazing, heartfelt and touching ceremony they ever witnessed.
We wanted an elegant, yet relaxed and fun experience...all of which were delivered flawlessly.
Brroke executed every detail, request, and task with professionalism and finesse. I have hired Brooke in thecpast as an event planner and now forvmy wedding and will hire her again and again! -

Because of my busy schedule, I only had 4 months to plan our wedding. This in itself, was quite a challenge. In addition to the short time frame, we knew that we didn't want the traditional wedding ceremony and reception. After interviewing several wedding planners, I discovered that I needed someone with event planning experience. I was referred to Brooke Palmer of RSBP Events. After hearing a few of Brooke's ideas, I knew that she would be able to actualize the wedding/reception that we were imagining. There were so many little details that I never would have thought of. Thankfully, because of Brooke's experience and attention to detail, she thought of everything! She is a professional and a true visionary. I was constantly impressed by her work ethic, responsiveness, creative suggestions and unique ideas on ways to really WOW our guests, where to save money and where to spend it. Furthermore, I was quite surprised that by hiring a wedding/event planner of her caliber, I actually saved thousands of dollars due to her knowledge and contacts in her industry. She worked hard with every vendor to get us the very best pricing and the best quality available. The event was a huge success and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Every detail was looked after so that I could simply enjoy being pampered on my special day! I still constantly hear from our guests what an incredible event it was. If you are planning a wedding or event I highly recommend hiring Brooke Palmer and RSBP Events! -

Wonderful event and would not have been able to do it without Brooke. I think she has a BIG 'case-load' of clients though and sometimes, as busy as she was, things got crazy. In the end, stress and all, it came out perfectly and she was a incredible asset to our big day. -
