To say I wouldn't have the wedding of my dreams without Lora and the entire PDP Team, is an understatement. Ironically, my best friend and his wife used PDP 2 years prior for their wedding but I didn't even know that until we hired them and they mentioned another wedding full of music teachers that they worked with previously. And before I knew it was PDP, they raved about their wedding planner/coordinator. At the beginning, my mom didn't think a wedding planner/coordinator was a necessary cost, that we could do anything they could do. But after the first meeting with Lora, my mother was ready to sign the contract and get started with their services immediately. And over a year and a half later/now after the wedding, my mom still says it was the best money spent on the big day. My husband and I grew up in Lakeland and a lot of our family is still there as well. So having someone who works in your hometown and knows the vendors well and has actual experience with them in the area, is a huge plus! Lora and her team handled basically everything between us and the vendors. From finding out what we are looking for, to vendors that match that, to discussing options and questions I had before signing the contracts, and then any payment schedules or concerns afterwards. I repeat, there is no way my family could have pulled off the same wedding without Lora and the PDP team handling all that. Throughout the year and a half I was with the team, all my crazy emails/texts/calls were answered, and we had in-person meet ups as well. I never felt ignored or that I was a bothersome between all of the communication we had. We were able to have our rehearsal at the same venue, which was lucky for us, and Lora was there to make sure we walked through the ceremony order as many times as needed and to try different orders. And after all of their hard-work, came the big day on 12.30.23. As the morning went, Lora and two members from her team arrived on site and began setting up and meeting with vendors. To be honest, I have no idea what was happening outside of my bridal suite until they came and got me for the ceremony. And for someone who is as type-A and anxious as I can be, I cannot think of a day where I was more calm. My bridesmaids, mom, vendors, and even Lora said I was surprisingly calm. But when I look back and think why, it wasn't nerves or me faking how I felt, it was cause I knew that our wedding was in the best hands. I knew that if there was a problem or something that needed to be handled, that Lora and her team would be there for us. I actually had our photographer take a photo of us with Lora cause I wanted to remember those that made our big day happen and I will forever be grateful for Lora and the PDP Team. I couldn’t have had the perfect wedding day if it wasn’t for the Perfect Day team! I worked mostly with Dominique throughout the planning process. She helped me with finding vendors, pricing, contracts and payments. She answered all the questions I had and was so knowledgeable! I am a Type A personality, so handing over the power to execute my wedding was hard, but I am so happy I did! I had barely any stress during the planning process, which was a lifesaver because I am in school and working part time. They executed everything perfectly on the wedding day and my venue looked like a dream! On the wedding day, they set everything up and took everything down at the end of the night. It was awesome that they had everything I needed for décor, so I was able to rent it from them and they already had it to set up on the day of. During the day Dominique, Lora, and Brian were so helpful. They kept in communication with each other through earpieces and were like the secret service for us! They held my train or bouquet when I needed a break, brought us drinks and kept checking in on us to make sure we were taken care of. I can’t say enough kind words about Dominque and the Perfect Day team. They made our wedding dreams come true. I highly recommend them for yours, you won’t be disappointed!

We mostly worked with Lora who is an incredible wedding planner who made our big day absolutely perfect. From start to finish, her responsiveness and organization were top-notch.

She and her team were always quick to reply to our questions, which made the whole planning process stress-free. Her detailed approach ensured nothing was overlooked, making the rehearsal dinner and wedding day run smoothly. She also had a huge part in designing the space and the small details - it all came out amazing.

On the wedding day, Lora's attentiveness was amazing. She handled everything behind the scenes, allowing us to enjoy our special moments without any worries. She ensured our dog was part of the day and was well taken care of after he played his part. He even got some lamb!

The responsiveness, organization, and dedication made this company an essential part of our wedding - I just would not have gotten married if it weren't for them. From the first conversation that we had with the team at Perfect Day Productions, we just knew we were in the best of hands. Every single detail was cared for and the day of went off without a hitch! For months leading up to our wedding, I knew that the team was just a text or phone call away if we needed anything. I couldn't have imagined my day without Lora, Skyler and their team. They were like the secret service making everything run effortlessly all day long. They kept up with me and my groom to check in and see if we needed anything. They kept us fed and me in perpetual coffee, which was much appreciated. The hiccups were minor, but they addressed them promptly and professionally and I was just so relaxed and happy all day!

From our very first meeting, Lora was a beam of light! She is such a warm, sweet-natured person. I immediately felt so comfortable with her and knew I would be in good hands. They also checked in on me and my groom several times throughout the wedding day to see if we needed anything. I'm certain the only reason our wedding was a success was because of them. They ensured our wedding day was exactly what we envisioned. We wouldn't have been able to pull off this wedding without them.
