To say I wouldn't have the wedding of my dreams without Lora and the entire PDP Team, is an understatement. Ironically, my best friend and his wife used PDP 2 years prior for their wedding but I didn't even know that until we hired them and they mentioned another wedding full of music teachers that they worked with previously. And before I knew it was PDP, they raved about their wedding planner/coordinator. At the beginning, my mom didn't think a wedding planner/coordinator was a necessary cost, that we could do anything they could do. But after the first meeting with Lora, my mother was ready to sign the contract and get started with their services immediately. And over a year and a half later/now after the wedding, my mom still says it was the best money spent on the big day. My husband and I grew up in Lakeland and a lot of our family is still there as well. So having someone who works in your hometown and knows the vendors well and has actual experience with them in the area, is a huge plus! Lora and her team handled basically everything between us and the vendors. From finding out what we are looking for, to vendors that match that, to discussing options and questions I had before signing the contracts, and then any payment schedules or concerns afterwards. I repeat, there is no way my family could have pulled off the same wedding without Lora and the PDP team handling all that. Throughout the year and a half I was with the team, all my crazy emails/texts/calls were answered, and we had in-person meet ups as well. I never felt ignored or that I was a bothersome between all of the communication we had. We were able to have our rehearsal at the same venue, which was lucky for us, and Lora was there to make sure we walked through the ceremony order as many times as needed and to try different orders. And after all of their hard-work, came the big day on 12.30.23. As the morning went, Lora and two members from her team arrived on site and began setting up and meeting with vendors. To be honest, I have no idea what was happening outside of my bridal suite until they came and got me for the ceremony. And for someone who is as type-A and anxious as I can be, I cannot think of a day where I was more calm. My bridesmaids, mom, vendors, and even Lora said I was surprisingly calm. But when I look back and think why, it wasn't nerves or me faking how I felt, it was cause I knew that our wedding was in the best hands. I knew that if there was a problem or something that needed to be handled, that Lora and her team would be there for us. I actually had our photographer take a photo of us with Lora cause I wanted to remember those that made our big day happen and I will forever be grateful for Lora and the PDP Team. Thank you again to Lora and the whole PDP Team, Rob and I love you all and will forever praise the work and love you put into our wedding day. -

Literally the Perfect Day
Perfect Day Productions made our wedding a seamless dream.
We mostly worked with Lora who is an incredible wedding planner who made our big day absolutely perfect. From start to finish, her responsiveness and organization were top-notch.
She and her team were always quick to reply to our questions, which made the whole planning process stress-free. Her detailed approach ensured nothing was overlooked, making the rehearsal dinner and wedding day run smoothly. She also had a huge part in designing the space and the small details - it all came out amazing.
On the wedding day, Lora's attentiveness was amazing. She handled everything behind the scenes, allowing us to enjoy our special moments without any worries. She ensured our dog was part of the day and was well taken care of after he played his part. He even got some lamb!
Since we were not local to the area where our venue was, Lora provided us with a fantastic selection of local vendors. Each one she recommended was outstanding, making our choices easy and the results spectacular.
Throughout the entire process, Lora's support was invaluable. Her expertise and calm demeanor made planning our wedding a breeze. She also has fabulous insight into what you want after a few conversations. She can be trusted with making decisions for you that would be in your best interest and style.
Overall, Perfect Day Production's services were exceptional. The responsiveness, organization, and dedication made this company an essential part of our wedding - I just would not have gotten married if it weren't for them. We couldn't have done it without the team and are so grateful for their help in making our day perfect. -

Choosing PDP for our wedding planning service was the best decision I could have possibly made for our big day! I can't express how phenomenal Megan, Lora and the rest of the team at Perfect Day Productions is! As an out-of-state couple, PDP was extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing all of our vendors, scheduling meetings, and even doing virtual tours with us at our venue. I will shout from the rooftops forever my recommendation of PDP for any event anyone has, specifically weddings. They made my dream wedding a reality and PDP has truly made a place in our hearts! -

I couldn't have imagined my day without Lora, Skyler and their team. They were like the secret service making everything run effortlessly all day long. They kept up with me and my groom to check in and see if we needed anything. They kept us fed and me in perpetual coffee, which was much appreciated. The hiccups were minor, but they addressed them promptly and professionally and I was just so relaxed and happy all day! -

Best of the Best
From our very first meeting, Lora was a beam of light! She is such a warm, sweet-natured person. I immediately felt so comfortable with her and knew I would be in good hands. Lora gave me recommendations and was very detail oriented. Without her, I would have overlooked a lot of details and logistics that would have become a problem later. Lora, Skyler, and Megan were so easy to communicate with and bounce ideas off of. Unfortunately, it rained on our wedding day causing us to make some last-minute changes. Because of the weather, the day was a bit more chaotic. Lora, Skyler and Megan weren't phased one bit and were calm, professional, and proactive. They took care of setting up and taking down our decorations, making sure we stayed on schedule, coordinating with my other vendors, and keeping the bridal party in line (not for the faint of heart). They also checked in on me and my groom several times throughout the wedding day to see if we needed anything. I'm certain the only reason our wedding was a success was because of them. They ensured our wedding day was exactly what we envisioned. We wouldn't have been able to pull off this wedding without them. I highly recommend Perfect Day Productions for all of your wedding or event needs! -

Lora and Skyler of Perfect Day Productions made my wedding day a dream come true. We selected the Perfect Day Productions full planning service. They truly excel in their relationships with other vendors. They recommended the BEST vendors for us including flowers, DJ, draping/lighting, photographer, and videographer. The best thing was when every vendor heard we were with Lora, Skyler, and PDP they all said how wonderful they were to work with. The day of coordination was unmatched - we had at least 4 team members doing all sorts of things (setting up decorations, organizing vendors, driving flowers to the girls house, grabbing everything I could need, and even folding up our bridal party’s handkerchiefs). We were amazed when we walked into our reception space at how beautiful it was all due to Lora’s touch. Megan was another one of our day of coordinators and we had SO much fun with her while getting our couples photos! She kept us laughing and fed and was so so sweet! Thank you to PDP for truly making it the best day of my life and all of the patience and grace they had with me along the way! -

Lora and her crew with Perfect Day Productions made mine and my husbands wedding experience one to remember. Not only was the day of our wedding PERFECT from decor to vendors being set up but I was also taken care of all day and Lora made it to where I would have NO worries! From the moment we hired Lora to our actual Wedding Day we had fun at our meetings, tastings, phone calls ect. Questions or concerns were answered timely and my vision was always the goal, Lora made my vision come together! I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Perfect Day Productions were our wedding planners, and they were so essential before, during, and after the wedding day. They helped us immensely in planning the day and went above and beyond the day before the wedding during the rehearsal. During the wedding day, they were very attentive to every detail and were flexible with whatever my partner and I wanted to do in regards to the schedule. Many of our guests were raving about how impressed they were with the team and how seamlessly the day flowed. We added on to our package set-up and clean-up after the wedding, and we are SO glad that we did. We got to have a stress-free beginning and end to our day because of it. We cannot recommend this incredible group of wedding planners enough! We are beyond grateful to have had their support and guidance through it all. -

Lora with Perfect Day Productions was a life savor when it came to planning my dream wedding in only 4... FOUR... short months! Her professionalism, calmness, attention to detail, and responsiveness was all amazing. Day of the wedding, Lora and her team made the day the most relaxing and enjoyable day ever. Everything was done on time, her organization is amazing and team was a huge bonus. I would recommend the "From Knee to Knot" package to ALL brides looking for someone to help guide you from start to finish through the whole wedding planning process. 220 guests, church wedding, civic hall for reception (so... caterers, linen rental, beverage caterers, pipe and drape, photo booth, dj, shuttle busses, florist, chair rental, ohotographers, on and on for vendors). Lora conducted the process like a symphony, leaving my daughter and son.in.law and our guests (and me!) to relax and enjoy the day. It would take pages to tell the story of all of the moments and incidents and insights and ah-ha situations where Lora's professionalism and experience made the process happier, easier, better and/or more cost efficient. Suffice to say that I feel that her reasonable fees were more than covered compared to the cost of the route we would have traveled without her expert assistance. Here is a very important thing to know: Lora's guidance and hands on know-how made ALL the professional wedding photos even better. I had no idea that was a thing... but it is almost everything once the event is over. Such a no brainer: call Lora right after you get engaged! -

Wonderful Experience and Wonderful Team
Lora, Skylar and Brian made our wedding day wonderful. From planning to the day of, Lora the owner, was kind and courteous and helped out tremendously more than I ever expected.
We even came across an emergent situation where we thought we might have to postpone the wedding - a literal week before the day of ( my mom was in the hospital and we didn’t have to luckily!) but Lora was all over it and gave me several options for postponement dates within two hours of talking to her about it.
I was very hesitant to hire a wedding planner in the beginning but BY FAR the most exciting part of the day of was knowing there were experts there to put the vision into reality.
I am so grateful to Lora and PDP for making our wedding wonderful. -

Lora, Skyler and Brian were incredible! I was attempting to DIY a lot of my wedding decor but hit a wall about 2 months before the big day. Perfect Day Productions stepped in and sorted out all of the messes I had created, finished projects I started and didn't have time to complete, and supplied the most beautiful decor rentals to bring all of my plans to life. On the day of the wedding, the PDP team arrived early to begin setting up and kept everyone on schedule all day. I was warned many times by many of my married friends and family members that I should expect to be hungry on my wedding day because the newlyweds never get a chance to eat. Lora made SURE that this bride wasn't left hangry! Her team also did an incredible job with the breakdown and clean up after my perfect day was over. If I could do everything all over again, the only thing I would change would be to get Lora and Perfect Day Productions on board from Day 1! -

Best planner we could have ever asked for!
Lora and Skyler were amazing to work with and made our wedding dreams a reality! As a bride I am over the moon happy with how much stress they took off of me from finding vendors, planning, set up to take down day of and every little thing in between. I felt informed and aware of what was going on along the way and each planning meeting left me feeling like I was in great hands and excited for the big day! I would recommend them to any bride or anyone planning an event in the central Florida area. My husband and I could not be more thankful we found them and our day was truly perfect thanks to the team at PDP! -

As the groom, I will be honest. I didn't think we needed a wedding planner. I thought I could handle everything myself. Turns out I was WAY WRONG! Shelby and Lora were by far the best investment we could have made into helping our special day. Shelby took care of us from the very beginning. At first, it may seem easy to be able to pick your vendors and figure out what you want to eat, however when it comes to the day of your wedding, this is when Shelby was our hero. She worked over 15 hours on our wedding day, not including the countless hours her team put into making our schedule. Thank you Shelby from the bottom of our hearts. You are amazing. -

Lora from the beginning was nothing short of amazing! I was hesitant to spend the money at first for a wedding coordinator believing I could do it all on my own! Lora was a life saver and paid attention to every detail! If there were any flaws in my wedding day I did not know of any! She made sure myself and my family was taken care of above and beyond and if I could have afforded to pay her triple I would have she was worth every cent!
I would use Lora again for any large event in th future and recommend her to anyone! -

I was reluctant to hire a day of coordinator at first but now I know it was one of the best decisions I made and worth every penny! I tell all my friends now who are planning a wedding to make sure they put a day of in their budget! Lora and her husband were amazing and enabled me to just sit back and enjoy the whole celebration with no stress on me!

I wish I could say that I had a good experience and recommended my coordinator but I honestly cannot. When I first met Lora she seemed nice and organized. I told her I was a teacher and wanted to plan as much as I could over the summer. I wanted to do most of the work well ahead of the school year so the last few months wouldn’t be so hard. I hired her for “day of” and did most of the planning myself. I simply asked that she make sure I was on track (and ahead of time) with the planning timeline, to help with set up/tear down, and to make sure our wishes were carried out on time during the day of the wedding. Her contract stipulated that we would meet 4 times, have unlimited texts/calls/emails, she would “step in” 6-8 weeks before the wedding (even though we agreed to complete these items much sooner), she would send weekly recaps on what was happening with planning/what I should be working on, she would create the wedding time line, etc. I only met with Lora twice and I had to request all the meetings, she didn’t even bring my wedding binder with her to the meetings. She did not step in 6-8 weeks before. I only started hearing from her 2 weeks before the wedding when I repeatedly told her I was concerned and needed more help. She didn’t even check in on me through the process. I did not receive any of the “weekly” recaps which promised to keep me on track. She even sounded irritated that I was in contact with my vendors (when we would disagree about what services they were providing, times, etc.). I repeatedly asked for my wedding timeline for my vendors. My photographer and DJ wound up making my timeline and then Lora seemed irritated when she didn’t like the flow of events. When she did send me a timeline, it wasn’t even for my wedding. I finally got the timeline that I sent HER, two days before my wedding and she didn’t even send it to me, I heard about it from my vendors. She argued with me about the timeline and continued to not add certain events into my timeline which I needed to account for. Many times when I would email her, I wouldn’t hear back from her and had to send followup emails and felt lucky if I got a response within 3 days to a week. She argued with me on silly details that I knew but she didn’t because she didn’t read my contracts (types of apps being offered, etc.). And the day of the wedding did not get any better. My girls, family and I set up the ceremony and reception almost entirely by ourselves (had to wait on plates from caterers and flowers). I didn’t care about a lot of the small details but there were a few things I cared very deeply about and we had emailed her about many times. And I was let down on each of those things. I did not want to see my groom or my father before the wedding (doing a first look). I even asked before I went out of the room that they were away and was assured someone was with them. Well in two different situations, I almost ran into my dad (a member of the bridal party someone stopped him from seeing me) and then I almost ran into my groom (bridal party shoved him into a bathroom). I was so upset about this because this was one thing I cared very much about. It didn’t seem like any big deal to Lora or her assistant. I didn’t even get a sorry. I also asked no one be let in the reception space early. I asked that she have someone stand outside the door to prevent that, but that never happened. When I walked outside for the ceremony, there were guests inside. When I asked her about this, she said they were asked repeatedly to leave and they would not. The guests all deny even being asked and apologized. Lora was supposed to also have my bouquet delivered with a charm attached. She never gave my florist the charm. I asked her staff repeatedly to get my bouquet and the girls’ because we were doing our pictures. After a few reminders, the girls got theirs, but I didn’t get mine. Then I asked them again for it, and when they brought it back upstairs, it didn’t have the charm on it. So they had to go get it and have my florist attach it. I did some of my shots without my bouquet. We were 25 minutes late with pre-ceremony pics because of the staff not having my bouquets ready. Lora also insisted our meals were prepared early but I wanted a fresh meal (warmed up from the pasta bar). She took our orders and delivered mine stone cold because it was made ahead of time (before grand entrance, first dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance). We also asked her not to display the grooms cake, but it was displayed. We asked that the top layer of our cake was served to guests (it was made special for dietary concerns) and it was never served and those guests did not receive cake. Our friend is not a seasoned officiant and we asked that she check in about this. She got mad at the end of the night right before our grand exit when we had to stop and sign the marriage certificate. She never even asked that it had been signed. She also made sure she told me 3 different times that certain vendors expected to be tipped and made sure to mention her company twice. During dinner, she came over to my husband and I and asked for the tips. She said she would hand out the tips to the vendors. I told her I was having a bridesmaid handle that. She recommended that my husband go upstairs and get the tips right then. I told her no, someone was handling it. She seemed to want her tip right then even though my reception had just begun. The whole process was filled with many events like this and I cannot recommend this company. The day of the wedding, other than her staff messing up the pre-ceremony timeline, they did keep everything on schedule and did help tear down.
