From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands with Donnamarie. I originally reached out after reading review after review about CoraMarie Events, and they were all incredible. She responded almost immediately, was so friendly and easy to talk to, and I felt an instant connection with her. As a mom herself, she just got it and that connection only grew throughout the entire planning process. I went into wedding planning thinking I was a pretty organized person… and then I met Donnamarie. Lol! Her level of organization, attention to detail, follow through, vendor connections, and ability to think of things I never would have considered absolutely blew me away. She follows up, she asks the right questions, she pushes when something needs pushed, and most importantly, she handles things. I never had to wonder whether something was being taken care of. Was the investment worth it? 1000%. If I could go back and change one thing, I would have booked her highest-level package from the beginning. Having someone like Donnamarie in your corner is invaluable, especially when the wedding day actually arrives. She didn’t just help us plan our wedding.. she showed up for us. One moment in particular will always stick with me. Our toddler daughter was absolutely DONE with pictures that day. She wanted no part of them, and as any toddler parent knows, there is only so much you can do. When we got to the beach, Donnamarie gently encouraged us to give it one more try. She never pressured us or made the moment stressful. She simply knew when to steer us in the right direction. We tried again, and those ended up being some of the most beautiful and meaningful photos from our entire wedding. I’m so grateful she encouraged us in that moment because we will have those pictures forever. Every vendor she recommended was truly the best of the best, and everything came together flawlessly. But beyond how talented and professional she is, Donnamarie is just a genuinely sweet human being who will bend over backwards for her couples. You can tell that she truly cares about the people she works with, not just the event she’s planning. She exceeded our expectations in every possible way. If you are considering hiring CoraMarie Events, do it and if your budget allows, book the bigger package. You will not regret having more of Donnamarie. We cannot recommend her enough.

DonnaMarie of CoraMarie Events made our wedding planning so much easier than we thought it would be. We brought her on for partial planning and she was patient and easygoing through the whole process — we asked a lot of questions and changed our minds more than once, and she never made us feel rushed or difficult.

She's also very responsive. We always heard back quickly, and her advice was consistently good. She steered us away from a few decisions we would have regretted and toward things we hadn't considered.

We had a Vietnamese-American reception for about 140 guests, and DonnaMarie understood our cultural conventions and worked with them rather than around them. She also knew how to balance what we wanted with what our families expected, which is honestly the hardest part and not something most planners can help with. If you're a Vietnamese-American couple looking for someone who already gets it, she's the one to call.

Day-of was a breeze. She and her team ran the coordination, went the extra mile more than once, and we never had to worry about a thing. Highly recommend.

My now husband and I needed someone who not only could take charge of the planning process, but also take the time to get to know us as a couple, and as individuals, so that she truly understood our vision. And that’s exactly what Donnamarie and her team did. While most couples are stressed planning their wedding, my husband and I were actually able to enjoy the process because we trusted Donnamarie had everything handled (and she always did). We also really appreciated Donnamarie’s quick response time and ability to work around my husband and i’s busy life/schedule. We know it wasn’t easy, and it meant a lot to us.

The attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle so much at once made this entire planning process and wedding day run so smoothly. It was nothing short of amazing, and better than what we ever imagined (again, because she took the time to get to know us).

Working with DonnaMarie was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding process. From the moment we started the month-of package, she stepped in immediately and handled all of the logistics that had been weighing on us. Even before the month of, Donna was in communication with us to collect information about vendors, guests, and event details to make sure the transition into taking over the planning was seamless. Knowing that the final stretch of planning was in such capable hands allowed us to actually enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding.

She created a detailed and personalized timeline for everyone involved, including our vendors, wedding party, and us as the bride and groom. Everything was organized so clearly that everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when, which made the entire day run smoothly. When things came up and adjustments needed to be made, Donna was very adaptable and handled all communication with vendors with ease.
She is extremely knowledgeable about the entire wedding process, and her warm, friendly personality made the experience even better. More than anything, it truly felt like she cared about us and wanted us to have the absolute best day possible. We were able to relax and fully enjoy every moment of our wedding day knowing everything was under control.

We knew from our initial meeting with Donnamarie that she was going to deliver for us on our big day. She was friendly, organized, and excited for us from the get-go! We hired Donnamarie for partial planning services and she was 10000% worth it - she handled the venue, catering, and rentals for our beach wedding at the Casey Key Beachfront Resort. Beyond answering questions at random hours of the day and her guidance over an 8-month planning period, she truly shined as our day-of coordinator. Her team took care of things I didn't even know to ask for and her vendor relationships were critical for a dreamy and hiccup-free big day. She was calm and collected throughout the entire day, alleviating any anxiety I had about details being overlooked or plans going awry, and allowed me to be present and surrounded in love, exactly how I envisioned. I heard from every guest that the wedding was beautiful, detailed, and the best wedding they've ever been to. Donnamarie brought the right energy, connected me with great vendors, and stepped in to help on the big day no matter what the ask was (e.g. bustling my dress amid a circus of festivities). I cannot recommend her enough and would encourage anyone to trust her with your vision.

She was able to us her industry knowledge and large network to offer great suggestions and make the planning process seamless and stress-free. She handled almost all conversations with our vendors, but made sure to fill us in on all of the details along the way. She helped us stay organized with her checklists and timelines, to ensure we didn’t miss any steps of the planning process.

Come wedding day, Donna made it clear that her biggest goal was to remove any stress or work from the bride, groom and family members attending the wedding. Her and her team handled everything and allowed everyone else to be present and focus on the day without having to worry. She builds so much trust with her clients during all of the planning calls, so we knew we were in good hands for the day of the event. Her vision for ceremony/reception decorations and set up was executed so beautifully.

We were able to instantly connect to Donna! She found perfect vendors for us! She worked with vendors behind the scenes and communicated our vision to them when we sat and talked it over. On wedding day she worked with the resort after they messed up our room for the time there. She knew exactly what we were envisioning when we ourselves weren’t entirely sure of what we wanted or saw. She even thought of our daughter and gave her and the other kids things to do at the wedding and a place to hang out.
