We knew from our initial meeting with Donnamarie that she was going to deliver for us on our big day. She was friendly, organized, and excited for us from the get-go! We hired Donnamarie for partial planning services and she was 10000% worth it - she handled the venue, catering, and rentals for our beach wedding at the Casey Key Beachfront Resort. Beyond answering questions at random hours of the day and her guidance over an 8-month planning period, she truly shined as our day-of coordinator. Her team took care of things I didn't even know to ask for and her vendor relationships were critical for a dreamy and hiccup-free big day. She was calm and collected throughout the entire day, alleviating any anxiety I had about details being overlooked or plans going awry, and allowed me to be present and surrounded in love, exactly how I envisioned. I heard from every guest that the wedding was beautiful, detailed, and the best wedding they've ever been to. Donnamarie brought the right energy, connected me with great vendors, and stepped in to help on the big day no matter what the ask was (e.g. bustling my dress amid a circus of festivities). I cannot recommend her enough and would encourage anyone to trust her with your vision.

Working with DonnaMarie was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding process. From the moment we started the month-of package, she stepped in immediately and handled all of the logistics that had been weighing on us. Even before the month of, Donna was in communication with us to collect information about vendors, guests, and event details to make sure the transition into taking over the planning was seamless. Knowing that the final stretch of planning was in such capable hands allowed us to actually enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding.
Donna’s communication was incredible! she was always available, responsive, and proactive. She created a detailed and personalized timeline for everyone involved, including our vendors, wedding party, and us as the bride and groom. Everything was organized so clearly that everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when, which made the entire day run smoothly. When things came up and adjustments needed to be made, Donna was very adaptable and handled all communication with vendors with ease.
She is extremely knowledgeable about the entire wedding process, and her warm, friendly personality made the experience even better. More than anything, it truly felt like she cared about us and wanted us to have the absolute best day possible. We were able to relax and fully enjoy every moment of our wedding day knowing everything was under control.
