We knew from our initial meeting with Donnamarie that she was going to deliver for us on our big day. She was friendly, organized, and excited for us from the get-go! We hired Donnamarie for partial planning services and she was 10000% worth it - she handled the venue, catering, and rentals for our beach wedding at the Casey Key Beachfront Resort. Beyond answering questions at random hours of the day and her guidance over an 8-month planning period, she truly shined as our day-of coordinator. Her team took care of things I didn't even know to ask for and her vendor relationships were critical for a dreamy and hiccup-free big day. She was calm and collected throughout the entire day, alleviating any anxiety I had about details being overlooked or plans going awry, and allowed me to be present and surrounded in love, exactly how I envisioned. I heard from every guest that the wedding was beautiful, detailed, and the best wedding they've ever been to. Donnamarie brought the right energy, connected me with great vendors, and stepped in to help on the big day no matter what the ask was (e.g. bustling my dress amid a circus of festivities). Working with DonnaMarie was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding process. From the moment we started the month-of package, she stepped in immediately and handled all of the logistics that had been weighing on us. Even before the month of, Donna was in communication with us to collect information about vendors, guests, and event details to make sure the transition into taking over the planning was seamless. Knowing that the final stretch of planning was in such capable hands allowed us to actually enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding.
Donna’s communication was incredible! she was always available, responsive, and proactive. She created a detailed and personalized timeline for everyone involved, including our vendors, wedding party, and us as the bride and groom. Everything was organized so clearly that everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when, which made the entire day run smoothly. When things came up and adjustments needed to be made, Donna was very adaptable and handled all communication with vendors with ease.
She is extremely knowledgeable about the entire wedding process, and her warm, friendly personality made the experience even better. More than anything, it truly felt like she cared about us and wanted us to have the absolute best day possible. We were able to relax and fully enjoy every moment of our wedding day knowing everything was under control.

Our wedding journey was anything but straightforward, with not one but two hurricanes leading to changes to dates, venues, guest lists, and more. Through every twist and turn, Donnamarie was able to offer creative solutions and ensure that every detail was covered.
From the very beginning, she made it clear that their priority was our happiness. She worked tirelessly to re-coordinate with vendors, update timelines, and communicate with everyone involved. Despite the stress of all the changes, Donnamarie remained organized, professional, and supportive.
On the big day, everything came together seamlessly amongst all the last minute (even day before) changes. Our wedding was better than we could have imagined, and it wouldn’t have been possible without her guidance and hard work.

Absolutely exceptional! Donnamarie exceeded our expectations. From start to finish. She was great at making sure everything was taken care of. Making sure I was achieving all of my tasks on time! She is the queen at giving me many options to choose from, and more if I need them! Donnamarie always made me feel comfortable. I was always in good hands with her. The team she worked with on our wedding day was amazing as well. The vendors she found for me, EVERY single one of them were so amazing. We are so so happy with our overall experience! Wow - we do not even know where to begin! We absolutely ADORE Donna and cannot thank her enough for everything she helped us with during the wedding planning process! We seriously thanked her probably 1000 times on our wedding day because of how amazing we felt she had been to us throughout the whole process. We should've known how incredible Donna would be right away from how organized and detailed her proposal was when we inquired about her planning services. The first day we met her over Zoom, we knew she would be a perfect fit. Planning a destination wedding can be hard, but Donna made it sooo easy! We asked her a million questions and a million times she would answer quick and would give us good recommendations on what to do! The timeline that Donna built for our wedding day was also incredibly detailed which ensured every vendor was on the same page. As if she wasn't amazing enough during the planning process, Donna and her assistant, Caeli, knocked it out of the park on our wedding day! They ensured our vision came to life and everything they set up looked absolutely incredible! Not to mention how smoothly they handled any problems during our wedding day. One of our vendors tried charging us a lot more money and Donna helped us handle the situation quickly and effectively! In addition, my dress bustle fell off within a few minutes of dancing and Donna quickly called me over and safety pinned my dress up. That probably was not even a part of her job description, so that should tell you how caring and attentive Donna is! If something else went wrong during our wedding day, we had no idea! We were impressed at how present Donna and Caeli were throughout the whole wedding and they did phenomenal at keeping everything running smoothly. One last thing that impressed us about Donna and Caeli was how they maintained such a calm presence during the planning and the actual wedding day! CoraMarie Events was, hands down, the best vendor we hired - we would chose Donna and her team again in a heart beat!CoraMarie Events's reply:

I would recommend CoraMarie Events over and over and over again! DonnaMarie was so wonderful to work with throughout the entire wedding planning journey. She's very kind, caring, very responsive and has such a calming aura about her. Anytime I had a wedding question, which I had a lot, she always gave me options to help me decide. She was always on top of our wedding planning tasks each month to keep me on track. Where she really shines is the month of and day of wedding. The timeline/itinerary she creates was beyond helpful. There's absolutely no way I would have been able to plan this wedding without her. Everything was perfect the day of! If anything did go wrong, I'm not even aware of it. I had the hurdle of finding a venue with a date my husband and I were okay with. Along the journey, I researched and met with wedding planners. Once I was able to secure a venue and wedding date, I recapped the wedding planners I met with and met with Donnamarie again in hopes she was available for my wedding date. And she was! I chose CoraMarie events because of the connection I had over the phone with the owner, Donnamarie. She is focused, calm, thorough, light-hearted, and sincere. Another important factor for me was that her team focuses only on ONE wedding a weekend. I knew I would feel more supported this way.
My planning service with CoraMarie events was worth the investment and thankful to have had a wedding planner for 6 months to prepare for our special day.
Working with Donnamarie in preparation was well organized. As the date got closer, I would have weekly meetings to review my checklist to keep me ahead of things so I could relax the few days before the wedding. She was thorough in helping me think about logistical things I wouldn’t know as a 1st-time bride and helped me understand my vision.
I valued my weekly sessions with Donnamarie and she became my wedding bestie! This showed me she was invested in ensuring my wedding planning and wedding day were a memorable and enjoyable experience. On my wedding day, Donnamarie also made sure my husband and I had a to-go plate for our dinner since we didn’t get to eat during the reception!

Wedding Day Chaos Coordinator to the Rescue!
Where do I even begin! CoraMarie Events came to the complete rescue for my wedding day! I had basically planned the entirety of our wedding but the days were numbered and the to-do list just kept growing! I was referred by both a good friend and photographer (Jillian Margaret Photography) to reach out to CoraMarie Events to see if they would be available to take on the task of CHAOS COORDINATOR! Donnamarie (Owner) responded to my plea within 5 minutes, she was available for our date and she made the last two months of planning a dream! The wedding day wouldn't have been the same without this wonderful coordinator! CoraMarie Events blew my expectations out of the water! The best money we spent for our wedding was definitely with CoraMarie Events. You will be so pleased with the process of planning! Best event coordinators ever! I cannot recommend Donnamarie and CoraMarie events enough! Truly, my wedding simply would not of happened without her and her amazing team.
Initially, her responsiveness and thoroughness was refreshing and noticeable. She got back to this night shift nurse’s inquiry later in the evening and was so pleasant and informative. Instantly, and for the first time, I was SO excited to plan a wedding.
CoraMarie Events made the entire planning process easy and fun. She captured my style so effortlessly and designed the most beautiful ceremony and reception. She was so attentive to every single detail.
The day of, she was the most kind and thoughtful support person. From helping me get a stain out my dress to bustling my gown, there was no task too small for her. She made me feel so relaxed so I could truly be present and enjoy the day.
Truly, the best money I have ever spent. I am so grateful to Donnamarie and her team. She executed the best day of my life and made it look easy, and I am so grateful.

We would give 6 STARS if we could!
I think we can sum up our experience with Dona with one story. We were engaged in 2018 and met Donna shortly after at a wedding expo. Her positivity, creativity, and all around infectious light made us feel so comfortable trusting and working with her on the most important day of our lives. We planned to be married in May of 2020. However, due to COVID, we had to push our wedding back to February 2021. 10 days before our wedding our photographer, who has been working with us since 2018, felt uncomfortable with COVID, and we felt it was best to go into a different direction We totally understood and just wanted to make sure that everything was handled in the proper way. Donna and our photographer were nothing but professional, and within a day, the contract was changed and our money was sent back to us. By the next morning donna already had 3 new photographers set up for us to interview that night, and we actually ended up picking the new one that night. The day of the wedding no one could even tell there was a change. That who Donna is. She is a BOSS.
She is SUPER organized and is thinking 2 steps ahead of everything. Her ability to adapt and adjust in these crazy times are incredible. The day of the wedding, she was like Tom Brady throwing touchdown passes and controlling the offense. IF there was an issues, we had no idea about it, because donna would address the issue, and solve the problem before we even had a chance to realize it.
Not only would we recommend her to any couple planning a wedding, but she is now a part of our family for life. We cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work and dedication to this process.
With that all being said, we HIGHLY recommend donna and her company for any wedding or event planning that you need!!

There truly are no words to describe what Donnamarie means to us! From the moment we met with her, she understood what was important to us.....family! I think it is important to mention before I proceed that I have PTSD; so, it is very difficult for me to be in crowds, meet new people, even making a simple phone call is tasking and Donna was more than understanding! I truly feel she went far and beyond her call of duty without ever making my stress level rise!! And that was HUGE to me cause I stress a whole lot!!
Donna, captured our theme, idea and how we wanted our day to go, instantly! She made all appointments necessary and was brutally honest when I'd ask for her opinion (which I LOVED); she never forced ANY vendor on us and respected our decisions. She kept us on track which I appreciated because I am a very forgetful person.
As a nocturnal person the app she uses between her clients and her is amazing!! I was able to go in and add pictures, inspirations, ideas, ask questions, etc....all without bothering her after hours. Yes, I am that intense! Donna was on top of it all!! I truly do not know how she does it or if she even sleeps!!!
When Covid-19 crawled it's way in to our lives and our April 18th bridal shower had to get cancelled, I began to freak out about our wedding date....Donna did everything but hold my hand to calm me down (as per social distancing) LoL!
Because of Covid we had to make a hard decision and postpone our wedding due to more than half of our family members traveling from NYC, NJ, CT, PA & NC would not be able to attend. While it depressed me for days, Donna's encouraging words and her sunny-upbeat personality made me feel better; she handled everything with the vendors and even emailed only my fiancé so that I would not be burdened with so much negativity. Donna truly made everything so much easier for us from the start and was such a joy to work with every step of the way that it also hurt me for her.....for all of her hard work and dedication to our day. I am beyond grateful to have met Donna & her team, grateful to have worked with her and we look forward to hiring Kiss of Perfection again to put the final touches on our day once we are back on track!!

I absolutely loved working with Donnamarie and her team for my wedding in October 2021! We interviewed a few different planners in the Sarasota/Tampa area around January 2021 and Donna was easily our favorite from the start. She was calm and comforting, and she really listened to us, asked us detailed questions, and worked hard to get our vision and vibe just right. I was really impressed by how responsive she was - both via email and text whenever I had a thought or question she responded usually within a few hours! It was clear how much she cared and no detail was too small. She also worked gracefully with difficult vendors and my mother, who wanted to be very involved. Since I live in Chicago, I was nervous about planning a destination wedding in Siesta Key, but the Cora Marie team took care of everything and the full planning service was the absolute BEST value and worth every penny. My actual wedding day was a breeze with Donna's team there and I didn't have to worry about anything but enjoying the big day. Thank you again, Donnamarie and team, you were amazing to work with!!
