My wife, Brittany, and I got married in November 2024. This review is long overdue. In our defense, we wanted to make sure the marriage stuck before leaving five-star reviews for everyone involved. Good news. Still married. We had about six calls with planners. Most blended together. Tell us about yourselves. Tell us your vision. Blah blah blah. Then we talked to Lisa. It wasn't scripted. She asked good questions and, more importantly, actually listened. Then she'd give us options. Lisa is a seasoned vet with the Rolodex and reputation to match. Vendors, budgets, timelines, recommendations—she knew the business and where our money made sense. She also apparently specializes in translating my wife. Sometimes Brittany's very specific vision existed entirely inside her head. I still had no clue what she wanted. Lisa did. She set up three décor vendor tours. At the first one, we reached the back of the warehouse and boom. There were the exact chairs Brittany had been trying to describe. I heard the same explanation Lisa did and couldn't have picked them out of a police lineup. Somehow Lisa nailed it. I was extremely involved, but Brittany made the decisions—obviously. Lisa and I worked through the demand lists making sure Britt got what she wanted. We had our second child, moved the wedding date, then two hurricanes hit where we were getting married. The venue had issues afterward and communication was terrible. Nothing fazed Lisa. She was personally affected by the hurricanes, yet still answered every text, email, call and ridiculous concern we invented. She kept my head level. She handled rehearsals, timelines, budgets, vendors and décor. The biggest godsend she connected us with was Trisha at Arlene Floral Designer. This wasn't a small wedding. We had 250 people. I don't think there was a person in our wedding party or vendor list Lisa hadn't personally talked with. Wedding morning, we thought about everything that could go wrong. Lisa went through timelines and confirmations, and we realized she was already addressing the exact things occupying our minds. Delays happen. Mistakes happen. People disappear. Lisa doesn't panic. Solutions. Reassurance. Keep moving. Our wedding went flawlessly. Maybe nothing went wrong. Or maybe things did and Lisa handled them before they became our problem. I don't know. That's the point. Hiring a planner initially felt like another wedding expense. Looking back, her fee feels like an afterthought compared with what she gave us. Could we have planned it ourselves? Probably. We could've spent countless hours finding vendors, negotiating and building timelines. Fine. But then the wedding day comes. How do you want to spend it? We didn't want to create a beautiful day for 250 guests only to experience it as the people working the event. We wanted to be with our friends, family, two children and each other. That's what Lisa gave us. Time. Peace of mind. Expertise. We stopped wondering what needed to happen next because we knew she was already thinking about it. I can only imagine how much Lisa and her team did that we'll never know about. Everything just happened. On time. On budget. Most importantly, we were happy. If you want someone as invested in your day as you are, this is your last stop. Hire Lisa and Event Sisters. Not because you can't plan your own wedding. You probably can. Hire her because on your wedding day, you should be there as a groom, bride, husband, wife, mom or dad. Not as an employee.

Our wedding was better than what we imagined it could be thanks to Lisa. We worked with Lisa over the months before our wedding to plan and coordinate with vendors. During this time Lisa recommended vendors and worked closely with those vendors to deliver the best services for our wedding. If there were any delays, confusion, or changes to availability of items Lisa would proactively work till our desires were satisfied. She would often take care of issues as they arose and just advise us of the outcome making sure we were aware and how she resolved it. This expertise exhibited by Lisa was also apparent in the detailed planning she performed all through the planning and execution of the day of the wedding. We gave Lisa control and she made everything happen as we envisioned. Lisa was also very easy to get a hold of, and she responded quickly when we needed her. She also coordinated the rehearsal and made that as smooth as possible. The day of the wedding Lisa and her assistants made our dream come true and helped to make us happy newlyweds!

There are no words to explain how happy I was with hiring Lisa. Lisa with event sisters was absolutely amazing! We hired Lisa to help plan and coordinate how our wedding day was going to go. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her! From our very first meeting Lisa was very professional and organized which I greatly appreciate. We went through every aspect of how I wanted our wedding day to go and what I should expect as well, all the way down to the song choices for cake cutting and so on. Lisa also helped me to coordinate between all of our vendors, which was also a great help!

She was a calming and happy presence that morning. The reception decor turned out BEAUTIFULLY because of Lisa. She has a strong eye for decor, and she set everything up in a way that exceeded my expectations. Lisa kept the night running smoothly, and everything fell into place perfectly. My only job was enjoy myself because Lisa handled everything. She even decorated our honeymoon suite with rose petals and candles.

In all, Lisa is an incredible wedding coordinator and and an even more amazing human being. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her. She'll be the coordinator for all my future events in Tampa. I highly, highly recommend her.

Lisa was simple incredible. She was on top of everything. She was like a breath of fresh air so I didn't haev to stress over anything on the wedding day. She corridinated everything with all the vendors, took care of getting everything set up for my reception and even found time to bring me a sweet little "relax" gift.
