Dream and vision came true, thanks to Lisa.
If we could give 10 stars, we would.
Our wedding was better than what we imagined it could be thanks to Lisa. We worked with Lisa over the months before our wedding to plan and coordinate with vendors. During this time Lisa recommended vendors and worked closely with those vendors to deliver the best services for our wedding. If there were any delays, confusion, or changes to availability of items Lisa would proactively work till our desires were satisfied. She would often take care of issues as they arose and just advise us of the outcome making sure we were aware and how she resolved it. This expertise exhibited by Lisa was also apparent in the detailed planning she performed all through the planning and execution of the day of the wedding. We gave Lisa control and she made everything happen as we envisioned. Lisa was also very easy to get a hold of, and she responded quickly when we needed her. She also coordinated the rehearsal and made that as smooth as possible. The day of the wedding Lisa and her assistants made our dream come true and helped to make us happy newlyweds!

There are no words to explain how happy I was with hiring Lisa. From the moment I met her she was so sweet, kind and made sure to listen to all your concerns and made sure to ask all the necessary questions. I knew she was the planner for me. Manny and I wanted to thank you so much for all your hard work and help. You made sure the day went as planned and we are beyond thankful and happy. Everything was perfectly amazing and we cannot express how appreciatve we are with everything from start to finish and tackling everything that was thrown at you. Lisa was amazing!
Lisa with event sisters was absolutely amazing! We hired Lisa to help plan and coordinate how our wedding day was going to go. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her! From our very first meeting Lisa was very professional and organized which I greatly appreciate. We went through every aspect of how I wanted our wedding day to go and what I should expect as well, all the way down to the song choices for cake cutting and so on. Lisa also helped me to coordinate between all of our vendors, which was also a great help! -

Amazing all around
I hired Lisa from Event Sisters over a year before my wedding. She was amazing from day one. She came to all the venue tours, she answered every text, email, and phone call with promptness, and she calmed my wedding planning nerves when I needed it. By the end of it, Lisa just felt like a friend, not someone I hired. I recommend her to all brides, she’s great! -

The best!
Hiring Event Sisters LLC was the best decision I made while wedding planning. Lisa is truly in a class of her own. She went above and beyond for us each step of the way.
Lisa's communication was top-notch. She answered every one of my questions promptly and thoroughly, and she was always available when I needed help. Lisa even stepped in when there was an issue with one of my vendors. Through Lisa's guidance and assistance, we were able to work everything out perfectly.
Lisa also has an incredible eye for detail. She was extremely organized and covered details that I didn't even think of. I went into my wedding fully confident that Lisa would not miss a thing.
Lisa is also just an incredible person. She's kind and hard-working. Not only do I consider her to be an amazing coordinator, but I now consider her my friend. It's rare to find someone as good-hearted as Lisa.
On the day of my wedding, everything went perfectly. Lisa met me in my suite while I was getting ready and gave me the cutest bag filled with little goodies. She was a calming and happy presence that morning. The reception decor turned out BEAUTIFULLY because of Lisa. She has a strong eye for decor, and she set everything up in a way that exceeded my expectations. Lisa kept the night running smoothly, and everything fell into place perfectly. My only job was enjoy myself because Lisa handled everything. She even decorated our honeymoon suite with rose petals and candles.
In all, Lisa is an incredible wedding coordinator and and an even more amazing human being. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her. She'll be the coordinator for all my future events in Tampa. I highly, highly recommend her.

Breath of fresh air!
Lisa was simple incredible. She was on top of everything. She was like a breath of fresh air so I didn't haev to stress over anything on the wedding day. She corridinated everything with all the vendors, took care of getting everything set up for my reception and even found time to bring me a sweet little "relax" gift. She knows what she is doing and can give great advice/ guidence to any bride that may need help trying to figure out how to set up the room or what vendors to go with or anything really! -

Amazing coordinator!
I could not say more positive things about our experience with Lisa and Event Sisters. From the beginning Lisa was so helpful and was always willing to help us with whatever we needed. She was also very flexible and was willing to meet or speak with me whenever I had questions or wanted to touch base. She is extremely organized and she helped me think about a ton of details I probably would have forgotten on my own. Our wedding was so beautiful and Lisa took care of so many details that were important to us. I couldn’t recommend Lisa more highly! Lisa is wonderful!
Event Sisters did an absolutely amazing job! We hired them to coordinate our reception, as well as set up all of the event decor that we'd already purchased. We were completely blown away when we walked into our reception area. It was even more beautiful than we'd imagined. Lisa was A++ from the few months leading up to the wedding, until the day of our event. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. The entire night from start to finish was seamless. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone considering a day-of coordinator. -

Daughter’s Wedding
Lisa made our daughter’s wedding seamless and couldn’t have pulled it off without her and her sister. All the details were carried out as planned. She was very attentive and was there at all times for my daughter and son-in-law’s needs. She worked well with the venue and was very professional. Hiring an event planner is necessary for a wedding besides what the venue provides. I wouldn’t have changed anything. -

If you are planning a wedding and want everything to go perfectly, please book LISA. She is the kindest person and cares about making the bride and groom happy. She will give you her advice if you ask but never pressure you into anything or make you feel obligated to do something. She will text you, making sure she has all the details to ensure a perfect day. She even went on vacation during the planning process and still constantly texted me back right away. Lisa cares about her job, and it shows. On the day of my wedding, she arrived at my hotel and gave me a bride’s good bag with water, a protein bar, and much more goodies a bride forgets on her wedding day. After the wedding, my husband and I went to our room, and Lisa laid some of our roses petals leading to the bed with a big heart-shaped. She really thinks of everything. My wedding went WAY beyond my expectations and was so beautiful. It was the happiest day of my life. I hired a professional, but she is such a kind person she became a friend!!! You will not be disappointed in hiring LISA; I know I sure was not. -

Amazing day of coordinator experience
As someone who loves planning, I knew that the one thing I needed to have to truly enjoy my big day was a day of coordinator. After some research for companies that met my needs and my budget, I found Event Sisters. Our coordinator, Lisa, was great. She was organized, responsive, and easy to work with. Even though she was a day of coordinator, she was very open and willing to assist on questions/issues that came up during my wedding planning process. She filed all my contracts with my vendors to use for the day of, offered suggestions for my rehearsal dinner, and joined in on important calls with my photographer to create our timeline the week of. What I really appreciated was during the final week of the wedding where my stress was at an all time high. She communicated with all my vendors to ensure they were there with no hiccups, and even on the day of she provided the cutest gift bag for me to help relieve all the nervousness I had that day. I definitely noticed that she paid attention to all the details of what I wanted, especially when I found the sneakers I would be changing into during the reception located perfectly under my sweetheart table. I didn't even ask her to do that, she just remembered! Highly recommend Lisa and her team. My day was perfect -

When I was looking for a day wedding planner I knew I needed one that provided help at 2 venues one at ceremony site and another at reception site including being able to set up the decorative items for tables. Beyond Expectations
TLDR/BLUF: The wedding was perfect and stress free from planning to the wedding day. I am beyond impressed and so thankful I only have positive memories from the best day of my life.
Lisa was the linchpin who pulled our wedding together! We chose Tampa as a destination wedding venue, which we have never been before. We also did not have the opportunity to explore it because my husband and I were living on different continents (military) throughout the whole wedding planning process. She provided us a selection of vendors and we ultimately chose all of Lisa’s suggestions, and we are so thankful we did! Lisa seamlessly coordinated behind the scenes and made the wedding day flow effortlessly by knowing and holding everyone to their schedules, which enabled us to have a stress free and incredible day! She was always easy to reach anytime of day, phone or email, and downloaded WhatsApp because it was the most convenient for me. w She assisted us through the whole wedding planning process from choosing a venue to picking out the flowers and decorations. She has a high attention to detail, creative eye, and--most importantly-- a problem solver. She goes above and beyond “setting up” the venue, by truly creating a romantic and fun atmosphere based on our vision. Our wedding was the best day of our lives thanks to Lisa, and that is even an understatement. Thank you Lisa!-

Would hire again!
We had a two year engagement and an event planner was the first thing we secured! We worked mostly with Scout and she is heaven sent! She is so good at communicating with other vendors and made sure the day was a breeze! I didn't know of any hiccups or issues--if there were any she took care of it :) We were so sad that it rained on our wedding day (we had been planning for two years for it to be outside!), but Scout came to the rescue and made out backup indoor option beautiful! We hadn't planned any decor for inside so she really went above and beyond. -

Intimate Wedding
As we were closing in on our wedding date, my fiance and I realized we needed back-up! Lisa and Event Sisters quickly came to the rescue! With their help, we were able to plan the day of our dreams! Finding the Event Sisters was the best thing I could've done. Our wedding would have been a cluster@#%! without them. They contacted all of our vendors in advance. They made sure all of our vendors were on time and where they were supposed to be. They were sweet and kind but were very stern and bossy when they needed to be which was perfect. Lisa, Scout, and their team were phenomonal on our wedding day - making sure everything went as smoothly and timely as possible. Even to a point to stay as absolutely as calm as possible when there was a spider in the arachnophobic bride’s veil. Lisa was extremely attentive for a ‘day of coordinator’ - when she did so much more than what the position details and not just on our wedding. Several weeks leading up to the big day, Lisa and Scout were in constant contact with us and our vendors to make sure payments were fufilled, contracts were uphelled, and things got done the way we saw it. They were a huge contributor to how successful we considered our wedding day - and it was perfect! -

My husband and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with the Event Sisters. Planning our wedding from New Jersey wasn’t easy to say the least. Lisa & Scout were extremely professional and provided quality customer service. During the planning, Lisa was always there to answer e-mails and phone calls promptly, easing the well known anxiety brides experience before their big day. They did a fabulous job on all of our decor as well, making sure to make everything look exactly how we pictured and paying attention to every detail.
My entire family was amazed at how calm and stress-free I was throughout the entire process but I owe that all to you guys! Thanks so much for helping us put together a day we will never forget.

We used event sisters for day of coordination for our big day. They were organized and understanding with our requests. Lisa made helpful suggestions and was very knowledgeable about the venue and what good flow was. We didn't have to worry about anything. All of our vendors were there on time set up and ready. Lisa and her assistant Scout were great for day of and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They did set up, rented us a great bamboo arch and starfish chair decorations so it was well worth it. -

We worked with Event Sisters for day of coordination for our wedding but Lisa and Scout were so much more! Working with Events Sisters was one of the best things we did for our wedding and Lisa and Scout were amazing with everything. They were easy to reach, friendly, professional, accommodating, and worked so well together. They both went over and above what we expected. They visited our venue with us, knew all the questions to ask the venue, and were able to make sure the venue did everything we wanted. It was their first time working our venue but it definitely didn't show! They were also able to take our ideas and make them a reality, perfecting our decorations and music. The ceremony and reception decor was perfectly placed and they were able to pair their design expertise with our personalities. We made our own center pieces and Lisa even let me drop off everything a few weeks before the wedding, which was so helpful leading up to the wedding. Event Sisters handled all of the details on the day of our wedding but reduced our stress from the moment we hired them. They even visited me while I was getting ready to make sure I was calm prior to the ceremony. I would recommend Event Sisters to any couples looking for a strong, professional, and personable team to help with coordination and design. I would definitely work with Event Sisters again! -

Lisa was awesome!! She met with us at the venue to discuss the wedding, was at the rehearsal to coordinate everything and was so amazing the day of the wedding. From the day of planning through to the day of the wedding, she was always available via text or email to answer questions, responding promptly to all questions!! I loved working with my wedding planner Lisa. We hired Lisa to handle day of coordinating as well as wedding design. I don't have a creative/design bone in my body and I knew I'd need the help. Lisa was FABULOUS. She handled all the phone calls and kept me up to date the month leading up to the wedding. She came up with really nice ideas for centerpieces, and created the most beautiful silk flower arrangements for the stage at a significantly cheaper cost than if we had purchased real flowers. She was responsive and receptive to the ideas I did have, and responded to all of my (many) messages quickly.
Lisa went above and beyond - she came with me to meetings with my venue, and she also recommended our florist and cupcake bakery and came with us to both consultations. She knew I was a bride on a budget and did anything she could to help keep the budget down.
Finally, she handled what turned out to be a very unprofessional wedding venue with grace, even though they were giving her trouble every step of the way. She fielded all of the problems the venue threw at her, and I did not know anything about what was going on until AFTER the wedding to ensure I would not be stressed on during the wedding.
Lisa is a true professional, creative, nice, and easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend her. -

Laurel Woods gardens is a hidden gem that looked like something out of a fairy tale. Another perk was that it was very affordable:) My husband and I had a small budget for our wedding. Lisa took our budget and transformed our wedding into something that looked like David Tuterra's, ''My fair wedding''. She really listened to me and brought what I had in my mind to life...and It was even better! People are still talking about how beautiful my wedding was, and I could not be happier. Lisa is also the most organized person I have ever met. She has a solution to every problem that could ever arise in planning a wedding. Just to give an example, we wanted to use our friend as our d.j. Two weeks before the wedding, that fell through! Imagine how stressful for a bride to possibly not have music! Lisa not only found me another d.j. the very next day, but this d.j. was incredible. He hit all the music spot on, and he was so affordable. In case anyone is interested, his name is Jacob, with music on the move. He was perfect. I am still getting compliments on our music. If only they knew I was still emailing him the mourning of our wedding with more request, and I heard every single one of them! Lol! Lisa and her staff worked incredibly hard for us and it definitely showed. The detail that was put into our wedding was more than I could ever have hoped for. I could go on and on and end up with a novel of what a wonderful job Lisa and her staff did. I will end with this... If you want a gorgeous and memorable event, go with Event Sisters. You will be so very happy that you did:) -

Event sisters were excellent! They were readily available, organized, and professional. Through their vast experience, they helped us to wade through the different possible vendors and accompanied us to a bunch of meetings which really helped throughout the process. All in all, they made our day super special and stress free. We would absolutely recommend these guys to a friend. Two thumbs up! -

Super professional, super responsive, super nice. I LOVE EVENT SISTERS. They carried out my vision to perfection. I had no worries thanks to them. Allisa is amazing and made sure I wasn't stressed. Lisa and her team with Event Sisters was absolutely Amazing and we could not have asked for a better day of coordinator! These girls dealt with ALOT of almost gone tragic situations and they were able to delegate and get the situation taken care of before the wedding started. They surprised me with a gift and visited me as I was getting ready, which I thought was very thoughtful of them. Lisa with Event Sisters was very professional and would return my texts/emails or calls in a timely manner and I didn't have to chase after her to do her job...all in all this woman knows what she is doing and did make my life so much easier come wedding day. I do not know what I would of done if my now hubby wouldn't of hired them! I could go on and on on how great these girls were, but truly I don't have to because all you have to do is meet with them once to know that they will get the job done! Hiring them was the best decision we could of made. A Day of Coordinator is definitely a MUST!--Thanks EVENT SISTERS, I will miss talking to you. -

Lisa went with me to several venues helping me find my perfect location. She helped me ask all the right questions and consider all the pros and cons for each venue. Although I ended up choosing a venue that already included coordinating and decorating, she still graciously helped me brainstorm for some decorating ideas, and gave me her professional knowledge of the other vendors. She was so helpful and I would definitely recommend Event Sisters to anyone looking for some wedding guidance. -

I can not recommend Lisa and her crew ENOUGH! One of the best decisions I made was hiring them to do day of coordination! Everything ran smoothly and on time, thanks to these ladies. I never would have been able to do for my daughter's wedding what event sisters did. It was the most worthwhile money I spent on the entire event! My daughter had some very UNtraditional and quirky ideas and these ladies worked with it and saw the bride's vision. They were ever so patient and the wedding turned out beautiful and exactly what my daughter dreamed of. The day of the wedding would have been so chaotic had it not been for them keeping everything organized! Thank you event sisters! -

Having a day of coordinator was the best thing we could think of, Lisa did an excellent job, they made sure very little detail was in place the way I wanted and the sure gave me a lot of piece of mind by taking care of all of the vendors during our reception, she even showed up while I was getting ready and gave me a very sweet gift which really brought a smile to my face. You can't go wrong with these girls they were such a blessing! -

We hired Event Sisters to coordinate the ceremony only, as a our venue provided a coordinator for the reception. Lisa and her co-worker were amazing to work with. I originally did not understand the need for a day of coordinator when the idea was recommended to me. HOWEVER, knowing what i do now-- I would NEVER have a wedding without one. Lisa and Event Sister's made the experience enjoyable for myself and my family. The handled everything that came up that whole day. They thought of and handled all the small details that I would have forgotten r been dealing with last minute that day. The coordinated all vendors, the entire ceremony, the rehearsal the day before, and even went above and beyond to coordinate the entrance into the reception (which was technically not their responsibility)! They felt with every issue almost independently or with the help of my bridal party/family instead of me having to be bothered by any small issues or questions that day. They were professional, responsive, pleasant and provided the utmost quality without overcharging as other day of coordinators in the nearby area do. The definitely earned their money! I would absolutely recommend Event Sister's for wedding coordination services :) -

Lisa was great! She helped take care of things the day of my wedding at the reception and kept things running smoothly. She made sure to keep in contact periodically and more frequently as we got closer to the wedding day, and she made sure she was on top of information regarding the other vendors and my wants and dislikes. It was wonderful to have her as a day-of coordinator :) -

We were well pleased with the service provided by the Event Sisters. The only issue I had was one with the napkins that were to be used during the cocktail hour. We purchased $150 worth of napkins and they told the caterer to use them but the caterer forgot. There were three people from the Event Sisters at the reception and I feel like one of them should have noticed and corrected the mistake.

I used the Event sisters to plan my wedding and I couldn't how amazing that they were! My husband and I planned our wedding in 92 days with him being deployed overseas, and Lisa made the process go smoother then I could ever have hoped for! She executed my vision of decor and the venue perfectly. Her and her team were awesome the day of, a made the whole event go by flawlessly! The best thing about Event Sisters were the girls themselves! Both are very sweet and kind. The decorations were marvelous and for the most part, they listened to my every word. But that's what I felt like they were to us, mostly decorators. While they got everything perfect as far as appearance, I felt a little lost on my wedding day and the groomsmen and bridesmaids felt the same way. When it came time to cut the cake, we were told to just go do it. My new husband and I just kind of wandered to the cake table and just stared at it until the photographer told us what to do. Very awkward. There were also several things that I was supposed to do but that I felt like were their responsibility. That was a miscommunication on both of our parts, because I was too stressed to object.
Overall, I would suggest them to my friends if they were looking for the perfect decorators. They took what I had a difficult time describing and made it my reality. But I would tell my friend to be prepared to do some of the work and to make sure they have someone else to keep the pace of the reception. -

Very flexible and open-minded. They automatically adjusted to the best man's speech going long, and prioritized the sunset photos. I don't remember hearing "No" to something without being offered an alternative plan. The extra decorating help was so helpful. They were able to put up and, more importantly, take down small decorations. All the rental companies we looked at would've charged us a lot for the same labor. It was so helpful to have their pre-existing knowledge of the local Florida vendors. We were planning this long-distance, and it made me confident that someone had our back while we were busy. -

Although professional, I thought the quality of service from the Event Sisters to be lack-luster. There were a few items that came up that needed to be addressed once the contracts of all of our vendors were review (such as the time the photographer was leaving was too early) and these items weren't brought up from the attention of the Event Sisters but instead I had to figure it out and deal with it. The timeline they provided was lacking any details, so I took it upon myself to complete a detailed one because I didn't feel like there was a good grasp on the logistical details.
From our first conversation, Lisa mentioned that about a month from the wedding is when her and her team would take over. I think that if this comment wasn't made, I would have been happy with their services. Since this comment was made, however, I expected more of the detailed items, such as the timeline listed above, to be taken care of and communicated with me.
The day of the wedding, however, the team did a stellar job. They made sure the event ran smoothly and that little things I needed were taken care of. For me, it was really the stress leading up to the wedding that is where I needed a bit more support / communication.
Also, I know this is minor, but on a thank you note following the wedding, my husband's name was misspelled. There are two ways to spell his name but I thought that reflected a lack of attention to detail. -

Unprofessional
I hired Event Sisters for their day-of coordination and decorating services for my wedding. Up until the day of my wedding, Lisa and her assistant were alright. On the actual day of my wedding, she majorly disappointed. Our guests and photographer/videographer overheard Lisa making very inappropriate comments regarding the timeline (even though that is what she was paid to do), instead of actually directing guests as to where they needed to go/be.
She also barely tended to my husband and I after our ceremony. She gave us our food at the reception, but we didn’t see her again until the end of the night after she had cleaned up. Completely unacceptable.
I only hope that Lisa would never make another bride feel like I did on their wedding day. -
