Incredible Set Up - Stepped Up When We Needed Them The Most

AnnMarie is amazing. Outside the Box Rentals did the set up and teardown for our wedding across two days in two very different locations. Even though things were rocky from our end, AnnMarie was able to calm things down during the planning stages, hosted us at the warehouse and helped us make good choices. She was helpful with additions and changes to the final set up in the days leading up to the event.

The day of, their team nailed everything at both venues. On time set up, flexibility in tear down and everything was set up to perfect. When our wedding coordinator pulled out last minute, AnnMarie was very understanding and she made sure her team came early to wedding to account for fewer staff availability and stepped in to help us through the crisis. This is the only equipment rental company you should work with in Tampa!

Outside the Box Rentals is amazing!!

AnnMarie at Outside the Box rentals was so great to work with! Our venue had a majority of items, but there were some items we still needed to rent (flatware, napkins, chairs, and drapery). Her pricing was the most reasonable of all the quotes I had received. She was great to work with and quickly answered any questions or changes that I had. All of the items we rented were perfect and helped us execute our vision for the day! Outside the Box rentals is a great source for all your rental needs with their huge selection of inventory!

Beautiful Decor

AnneMarie with Outside the Box Event Rentals was so easy to work with for our wedding in October 2022. I showed her my Pinterest board and she was able to make my vision come to life; even purchasing or having things made that she didn’t already have in her inventory. It was so nice to be able to physically look at all of her inventory and pick exactly what I wanted for décor.

Great experience

Everyone at Outside the Box was extremely helpful and pleasant. AnnMarie spent a lot of time showing us different color options of linens and tablecloths until we found the perfect combination. We rented chaivari chairs, tablecloths, overlays & runners, chargers, gold flatware, draping and uplighting, and many little decor items. The staff who set up the night of the event was very professional and efficient, paying attention to every little detail to make sure everything looked beautiful. Definitely a five-star service.

Amazing service and rentals

Outside the box rentals really made my wedding my own. I love that they have a location where you can go pick out your items in person as well as an online inventory of all their items! Throughout the wedding planning process there were things we changed, and outside the box was always flexible. They were a huge part of my wedding day and everything was perfect. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great Selection, Prices, and Service

It was a pleasure renting from Outside the Box Rentals for my backyard rehearsal dinner. Everything from the selection and prices of products, to communication, setup, and service was great! Would definitely recommend and work with them again.

OTB took my vision for my wedding and NAILED it.

I had an idea for a palette wall I saw on Pinterest. I sent them the idea and they provided me an awesome rental that was better than I could have envisioned. They delivered to us early so we had an opportunity to decorate before wedding and were so flexible with my many last minute changes. The table settings and decor were beyond what I imagined and totally perfect— I would recommend them to anyone getting married in a heartbeat. Can’t speak highly enough about them!

So grateful!

Provided me with everything! Flatware, tables, chairs, candles, linens, lights, pipe and drape... they’ve got it ALL! Outside the Box was so accommodating, worked within my budget, and helped create my dream reception at a reasonable price! They were so patient and creative and I couldn’t have done it without them! Great value!

Overall, our experience with Outside the Box was great. There was one hiccup with the initial set up of the chairs that caused a small snafu during the day, but AnnMarie handled everything professionally and was personally on site for the remainder of the evening to make sure everything else went smoothly.

Great Job For Our Daughter's Wedding

Just used Outside the Box for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Our wedding was fairly involved as it was outside on a golf course, in the evening, with about 270 people in attendance. They provided a host of items including chairs for the reception, "farm" tables for the bridal group dinner, lighting, signs, and other miscellaneous decorations.
Very happy with the work they did. In particular, the lighting they provided and the manner in which they arranged and set it up was outstanding.
I found the owners to be organized, conscientious, and eager to please. They were happy to meet with us at the wedding venue and review everything down to the finest detail. They have a good assortment of accessories to make a wedding special.
It is a real bonus when you have the actual owners of a business hands-on with every detail of their work for your event.
I would definitely use them again!
