AnneMarie with Outside the Box Event Rentals was so easy to work with for our wedding in October 2022. I showed her my Pinterest board and she was able to make my vision come to life; even purchasing or having things made that she didn’t already have in her inventory. It was so nice to be able to physically look at all of her inventory and pick exactly what I wanted for décor. -

Great experience
Everyone at Outside the Box was extremely helpful and pleasant. AnnMarie spent a lot of time showing us different color options of linens and tablecloths until we found the perfect combination. We rented chaivari chairs, tablecloths, overlays & runners, chargers, gold flatware, draping and uplighting, and many little decor items. The staff who set up the night of the event was very professional and efficient, paying attention to every little detail to make sure everything looked beautiful. Definitely a five-star service. -

Outside the box rentals really made my wedding my own. I love that they have a location where you can go pick out your items in person as well as an online inventory of all their items! Throughout the wedding planning process there were things we changed, and outside the box was always flexible. They were a huge part of my wedding day and everything was perfect. I cannot recommend them enough! -

It was a pleasure renting from Outside the Box Rentals for my backyard rehearsal dinner. Everything from the selection and prices of products, to communication, setup, and service was great! Would definitely recommend and work with them again. -

OTB took my vision for my wedding and NAILED it.
I had an idea for a palette wall I saw on Pinterest. I sent them the idea and they provided me an awesome rental that was better than I could have envisioned. They delivered to us early so we had an opportunity to decorate before wedding and were so flexible with my many last minute changes. The table settings and decor were beyond what I imagined and totally perfect— I would recommend them to anyone getting married in a heartbeat. Can’t speak highly enough about them! -

Provided me with everything! Flatware, tables, chairs, candles, linens, lights, pipe and drape... they’ve got it ALL! Outside the Box was so accommodating, worked within my budget, and helped create my dream reception at a reasonable price! They were so patient and creative and I couldn’t have done it without them! Thank you so much!! -

Amazing- will work with them again
I traveled from Polk County to Outside the Box and it was worth the drive. Ann Marie and her staff were professional and customer oriented. They made my daughter's dream wedding come true. I have worked with many vendors in Polk County but Outside the Box out shined them all. -

We decided to use Outside the Box for our rentals because they came highly recommended by our venue and our venue coordinator had worked with them for the majority of their events. We went and did a design meeting and picked out every piece of décor and I walked away so excited. I also made sure to take photos of the set ups to share with the venue since they would need to flip our space from ceremony to reception. Then a few months before our wedding, OTB got an awful review on a FB page and I got nervous, but our coordinator was confident, so I stayed positive. The week of our wedding, I realized we had never clarified the wording on our welcome sign, so I reached out and thankfully I did because they did not have my now husband’s name correct. Okay small hiccup. On our wedding day OTB showed up early and things were rolling along just fine until my maid of honor grabbed me to look at the signs. We had requested wood signs painted black, instead we received acrylic signs painted with black which did not match our décor and were very poorly done. Then we realized the frames for the table numbers didn’t all match and a handful weren’t even the right size, and then to top it all off, our seating chart did not fit the frame they provided, despite me clarifying the exact dimensions required twice. OTB did come back with some other wood signs and with the correct frames, but I do think an honest review is important. I reached out after our honeymoon and the owner did give us a partial refund plus some for the inconvenience but still never really apologized and I was frustrated that I had to be the one to reach out. All and all, our décor looked beautiful, and no one knew outside of the bridal party.
