Wedding Rentals in Tampa

We had to rent all furniture for our venue, and Fiesta Solutions did a great job! They arrived on time to set up for the ceremony, returned to do the room flip, and everything looked fantastic! All I had to do was write the check, connect them with my wedding coordinator, and that was it! So easy to work with and the quality of the furniture was great. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer. She is AMAZING . She was very budget friendly and did a great job on my wedding. The set up was perfect. She helped me find all of my needed vendors and they were awesome too . If you are looking for help with a wedding Jennifer is who you need to see . I would have been lost with out her . She completely guided us through everything . Thank you for everything . My wedding day was super special and I could have not have done it with out you !

Custom linens provided a beautiful backdrop for our sweetheart table at our wedding reception. We provided a picture of what we had envisioned, and they were able to make it a reality…and at a much better cost than the competition! Chris Moore was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The set-up crew was on time and did a phenomenal job. We would highly recommend them for your event! We didn't get a picture of the entire backdrop, but I posted some pics of it in the background for reference.

We rented a white dance floor from Signature for our wedding reception and it was perfect. The dance floor was setup before we arrived to the venue and stayed there all night. Good communication before also which was much appreciated.

AnnMarie is amazing. Outside the Box Rentals did the set up and teardown for our wedding across two days in two very different locations. Even though things were rocky from our end, AnnMarie was able to calm things down during the planning stages, hosted us at the warehouse and helped us make good choices. She was helpful with additions and changes to the final set up in the days leading up to the event. The day of, their team nailed everything at both venues. On time set up, flexibility in tear down and everything was set up to perfect. When our wedding coordinator pulled out last minute, AnnMarie was very understanding and she made sure her team came early to wedding to account for fewer staff availability and stepped in to help us through the crisis. This is the only equipment rental company you should work with in Tampa!

We recently used Kate Ryan Event Rentals for our wedding day, and their warehouse selections were exceptional. They had a large selection of furniture, table cloths, dinner, flatware. and linens that catered to various events. Drue gave us a private showing of all our favorites we selected from their site to see it in person to feel, play around with, ask questions… it was the perfect experience. The quality of the items provided were of perfect and they were very flexible with making adjustments to our contract as needed up to even a week before our wedding. We hired Classic Event Rental for our cocktail tables, dance floor, love seat, hydrangea backdrop, and draping, and everything turned out beautifully. They were recommended by our venue, and we’re so glad we went with them. The team was very flexible, easy to communicate with, and punctual on the day of the event. Setup was smooth, and all the rentals really elevated the look of our wedding. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Classic Event Rental to anyone planning an event.

We rented food warmers for our pizza bar and outdoor heaters last minute. The team was very helpful and the prices were great! I would highly recommend!
