I would recommend First Class Rentals of Tampa Bay any day of the week. The chairs were BEAUTIFUL compared to the other chairs I have shopped! They don't look cheap like some others I have seen! One company has PLASTIC chairs and they look so cheap! I recommend meeting the vendors and looking at the chairs BEFORE you sign a contract!

I loved the Gold Chiavari Chairs we rented for our wedding reception at the Rusty Pelican. Dealing with First Class Rentals was very easy and simple. All the chairs were in GREAT quality and the cushions were as well. These chairs completed the look of the ballroom and made the evening more beautiful. Thank you!~ Adriana Shaw

I have to admit I was a little nervous hiring this vendor because the reviews were a somewhat mixed. I don't regret our decision at all. Cynthia was always a pleasure to speak with and was very responsive to emails. The only downside I saw was that they did not accept credit cards which we weren't prepared for at first, but it worked out okay. Overall, the chairs were beautiful, well-maintained, and delivered 2 hours early! I would strongly recommend this business to anyone else looking to elevate their event by renting chiavari chairs.

I was recommended First Class Rentals through my day of coordinator who stated they had the best value in the area, and I have to admit they do BUT not by much. If I could do it all over again I would pay .50c more a chair not to have to deal with Cynthia. We rented the silver chivari chairs months before our wedding and did not hear from Cynthia until 6 days before when she called for the first time and threatened not to provide chairs unless I put a check in the mailbox that day (thanks for the notice). She was also very difficult in working with my venue. She stated they closed at 4pm on Saturdays and she wanted to deliver the chairs at 9am but we didn't have the venue until 3pm. She also stated she wouldn't pick them up until Monday, but we would be responsible if anything happened to them! She told me she called them and they said it was fine if she dropped the chairs off early, but then I received a phone call from my venue stating it would be a $250 additional charge if I allowed her to do that. Luckily, my day of coordinator stepped up and worked everything out but I do NOT recommend working with this company. Cynthia was unnecessarily rude and difficult to work with, there are larger fish to fry when it comes to a wedding day and the last thing you need stressing you out is the chair person. Pay the extra .50 cents for a more professional and pleasant company.
