If you have a venue secured, don't wait to book your catering! Our dates go quickly as we only host 1 - 2 events a week.
NO NEED to decide your exact number of guests, menu choices or final decor decisions RIGHT NOW. Our contracts lock in the date and current pricing for all package options. We don't need to know the details until two weeks prior to the wedding date.
We service the entire West Coast of Florida. What sets us apart is that we include everything needed for a first class celebration for the basic cost of catering. From floor length linens to chair covers, choice of over 30 guest table centerpieces, to fine china and a huge inventory of colored accent fabrics, we focus on how to create a custom-designed event for our clients.

That's not even including the food, decoration, and coordination- all of which were absolutely stellar. I'm genuinely not sure what we would have done without them- and my (now) husband and I both agree that our wedding may well have been the best day of our lives. Everything was perfect.
We are also continuously hearing after the fact how well-coordinated everything was, in addition to how amazing the food turned out to be. Tonight our Jazz Trio (The Time of Our Lives Band) played at an Open House for Brides event that was produced by Catering By Robert. We were set up on the landing of the stairway, so we had a bird's eye view of everything that was going on, both inside the house; and we could also see everything going on outside through the huge french door windows. Susan at Catering by Robert had everything well organized and the place was hopping with vendors when we arrived. She knew where everyone was supposed to be and what they were supposed to be doing. It was amazing to watch. Exactly 30 minutes before the doors were to open, she did a final walkthrough of the house and thanks to her management skills, everything was ready! We were able to actually rest for a couple of moments before the brides came through the door! Even though we were the musicians for the evening, we were given a break and invited to go through the buffet ourselves. Wow, the food was absolutely amazing! My husband and I are vegan but our bassist and drummer are not - and we all had full plates! The mixed rice pilaf was to die for. The apple cobbler stuffing was amazing. But the mixed greens/walnuts/raspberries salad and the raspberry vinagrette dressing was the best salad I had ever experienced. I could have just fallen into the bowl with my mouth open! I ate two helpings! We took a tour of the house before we played our last set, and Susan's eye for detail could be seen everywhere. I just can't imagine having anyone else but Catering by Robert handle my next event. Susan's reputation preceeds her, and it is absolutely justified. She's fantastic and Robert's food is amazing!
