Danielle made our wedding a completely seamless experience. We can confidently say that we genuinely loved the planning process and felt absolutely no stress along the way. If you are worried about how much time you have or how overwhelming planning may feel, just hire her — it will be a beautiful, enjoyable experience that leads to the wedding of your dreams. It certainly did for us. She is exceptionally well-informed, prepared, and detail-oriented. Her experience shines through in the way she manages all vendors with kindness, respect, and clear guidance. A true professional with excellent communication and outstanding references, Danielle came highly recommended by a very well-known luxury property where she has worked numerous times — and it was evident that her work is consistently excellent.

My husbands family has known Caley for a long time and when we found out she could do our wedding we were so excited!! Throughout the whole process she was amazing. From booking vendors, to set up the night before, to the day of the wedding, everything was amazing. She was always texting me to make sure everything was going ok and checking in on me to make sure I was not stressed about anything and I will never forget how above and beyond she went for us. On our wedding day my bridal bouquet didn't turn out good and you know what she did? She remade it with such ease. She was a florist at one point which came in clutch. I mean what can she not do!?! She is amazing, thank you Caley Alley, Weddings & Events!!

We originally planned an intimate wedding and weren’t sure if hiring a coordinator was necessary. As the date got closer, we decided to bring someone on — and we are so glad we did. Hiring Kailey was one of the best decisions of our entire wedding. She made the day run unbelievably smoothly. Truly, we would have been completely overwhelmed without her. Kailey handled every detail with calm professionalism, and it made a world of difference in how relaxed and present we were able to feel. Out of all the expenses for our wedding, this was hands‑down the best money spent. Kailey ensured everything flowed perfectly, and we were able to enjoy our day without stress or worry. I highly recommend her to anyone considering a coordinator, even for a smaller wedding. She is absolutely worth it.

Where do I even start? I'm still in awe of how Taren made my wedding dreams come to life. Working with her over the past three years was an absolute pleasure - through all the ups and downs of changing locations and dates, she was always by our side, guiding us with care and expertise. From the moment we started planning to the smallest details on the big day, Taren was there, holding our hand and making sure everything was perfect. Giving her creative freedom was the best decision I ever made. My wedding day was pure magic, seamless and stress-free, thanks to her and her incredible team. They treated us like family, anticipating our needs and exceeding our expectations. I know, without a doubt, that choosing Taren was the key to making my day truly unforgettable. I felt like royalty, and what she did for us is truly priceless. Five stars can't even begin to capture how amazing she is - she deserves every star in the sky and more.

The professionalism was top tier and you can tell she loves her job. She was able to get everything I wanted done and was so easy to talk to about changes. She’s very understanding and was able to meet all of my budget needs. Loved her and highly recommend!!

Natalie is the absolute BEST!!!! She is so professional yet warm and kind and goes above and beyond for you. You can tell she cares so much and that’s what makes her special. She answered all my late night texts, my frantic calls and helped with all my indecisiveness! Her ability to execute my vision and handle everything did not go unnoticed.  She is amazing at her job and you can tell she loves what she does. If you want the perfect wedding, BOOK NME!!

I don't know if it would be possible to leave a better review for Sarah, she is the gold standard when it comes to wedding planning and coordination. I absolutely adore her both as a person and as a professional. My wedding day was one of those rare days (not to brag) - where absolutely nothing went wrong, and I credit Sarah 100% for her incredible leadership, attention to detail, preparedness, and genuine joy for what she does. She has such deep knowledge of the Orlando wedding market, incredible connections as a result, and goes so far above and beyond expectations. She is able to so quickly understand the wedding vision and execute on that vision across all touchpoints. Sarah is able to strike that rare balance as a wedding vendor where she is simultaneously friend and professional, I always felt comfortable reaching out to her for questions throughout the entire wedding planning process. Hi, my name is Alexis and I just had my Wedding on 01.17.2026. I can with complete honesty say if you are on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator, 100% do it. Having Jennifer from White Rabbit Events was an absolute joy and pleasure. She is extremely down to earth, has bubbly personality, and really is proactive in getting your vision. She gave periodic check in throughout our wedding planning process with specific timelines and checkpoints to meet over the course of the months. If we ever needed anything, or had questions we felt completely fine reaching out even if we asked the question a few different times different ways (lol). Jennifer just clicked with my mom, mother in law, and I — she was completely on the same page of seeing our visions and being proactive in knowing what we wanted without us even having to specify. In short she is extremely proactive and made us feel at ease with the process. She helped communicate efficiently and effectively at our rehearsal and wedding day with our different vendors and the day went by with ease. It made me and my moms feel comfortable knowing there was someone there, ie Jennifer, who had our backs and we fully could trust. I, as the bride, also loved working with Jennifer as she is hilarious too. We just clicked and I will forever be grateful for her help in making our wedding day and weekend so easy, seamless, and fun. I know with confidence she will do the same for your wedding! Where do we even begin? I will never be able to fully explain how Peyton + her team helped make our wedding day a dream come true. The mental load of working full time and planning a big wedding was overwhelming, but as soon as we made the decision to work with Golden Hour Events and we met Peyton, we knew we had made a GREAT decision. We had multiple virtual planning session, an in-person walk through of our ceremony/reception space, countless email exchanges, and our wedding rehearsal where Peyton answered any and all of my logistics/planning questions. As we got closer to our wedding day, Peyton's input and support was invaluable! She followed up with vendors, coordinated arrivals, set up/broke down, coordinated our ceremony, always kept a drink in our hand (Plus so much more I'm sure I don't even know about!), and took all of the stress and worry off of myself and family so we could truly enjoy the best day of our lives. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, we could not recommend Golden Hour Events more. Thank you so much for everything!
