When you hire Natina, you think she just going to be your coordinator but oh no she is so much more than that. Natina was the glue that put the pieces of my wedding day together. She was a firefighter putting out all the little problems that you can’t imagine will come up at your wedding. Believe me I’m a very organized person and I thought I was prepared for everything. She was my cowboy wrangling my very, very Puerto Rican family into their seats. I mean she did it all. I cannot stress this enough, you need her. The day of your wedding, you don’t want to be stressing out about centerpieces and place cards, that’s the day for you to relax and get ready, don’t skip out on hiring a wedding coordinator, you need Natina. You need her level headed coolness to make your day as amazing as you imagined.

Fantastic Experience
Natina was truly such a god sent and to say she went above and beyond is an understatement. I hired her as a day of coordinator but she was really with me every step of the way. She was extremely responsive and would follow up with me just to see how I was doing and how she could help.
We had a fair amount of drama during the planning. Our original wedding venue fell through two months before our wedding date. Natina went out of her way to offer to help me find another venue! She was flexible and more than accommodating to all the last-minute changes. You can definitely feel the passion she has for what she does and she genuinely cares for her clients. Not to mention her prices are the best I've found!
On the day of the wedding, she kept everything on track and made sure everyone was in place at the right time. Really couldn't have done it without her.

Excellent Service that went above and beyond expectations
Sapphire Elegance Events went above and beyond expectations for us in our wedding planning and then our wedding day experience. We had a complication with another vendor in providing the kind of gift we wanted, but she surprised us with the items that we had originally requested. With example in mind, she kept our requests in mind and met all our needs and requests throughout all the wedding planning process.

Awesome wedding planner
Sapphire Elegance events were the best planner that I have had in a while. She was very professional every time we spoke. She wants to make sure that whatever you are planning for is planned properly and that you don't have to stress. She made sure that the timeline for the event was completed. She contacted all of my vendors and made sure that they were at the event at the times they need to be there. She set up the entire venue for us and made our wedding day feel special. During our wedding, Sapphire Elegance events made sure that we had everything we needed. I would hire Sapphire Elegance events again in a heartbeat without hesitation.

We loved Natina!
We were very happy with Natina’s service at our wedding. We purchased the basic wedding day of coordinator package but Natina did more than that. She reached out throughout the time I was wedding planning to assist with other things like color schemes and her ideas on decor and also provided ideas that I hadn’t thought of. She was at our rehearsal dinner and venue walk through, which was great for making sure all was prepared correctly the day of. Thank you Natina! We highly recommend Sapphire Elegance Events for your wedding planning needs :)

A joy to work with!
Natina was our day of coordinator and made our wedding day perfect! She is so deeply passionate about what she does and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way! I am so happy we found Natina, and Smokey Jay's for our catering (if you like BBQ, try them out. They are truly a talented family!). She gets the job done which is what you want for your wedding day and she does it gracefully. She shares in your excitement and truly gets invested in your special day going above and beyond to pull everything together! I can honestly say I'm going to miss working with her!

Natina was a life saver! We booked her for day of coordination fror our wedding and she was willing to do so much more! Anything we needed on the day she made it happen. There were lots of things she did that I didn't even know about until after the wedding! Thank you Natina for making sure our day was smooth and wonderful! Great vendor to work with
Natina handled Day of Coordination for our February wedding. She kept everything running smoothly, making sure everything and everyone was in the right place so that I did not have to worry about anything and we could just enjoy the day! Very reasonably priced as well.
