We wanted a more casual, party vibe for our wedding and not only did Sarah go above and beyond to make this the best party ever, she did all that AND made me feel like a bride the entire night— something I didn’t think was possible considering the chill vibes. It truly was such a special day for my partner and I and that was in large part to Sarah’s phenomenal skills. Having her at my side made me feel like I was going through the day with the world’s best ally and friend. I’m going to try my best not to go over the character limit. When I had my first phone call with Sarah before anything was set I could tell just by her voice how much she loves her job and the level of detail and care she puts into what she does. Very shortly after and really without speaking to anyone else we hired her for our wedding. This was one of the single greatest decisions we made while planning our wedding. The date was set for January 18th however in August of 2025 we discovered we were pregnant! Sarah was one of the first to know as she and her wife were also expecting their beautiful daughter at the time. However, not long after we discovered we were having twins we had our world flipped upside down after an attempt to save them both ended with us losing one of our beautiful girls. This was shortly before my in person meeting with Sarah and when I saw her she gave me the biggest hug and made time during our meeting to ask how I was doing, what we needed, and if we wanted to include our angel baby in the wedding in anyway. In that moment she was no longer my wedding planner she was my friend. The next month two days after Christmas we were thrown for another loop when a quick er trip turned into a two month hospital stay followed by a month long nicu stay. Sarah once again showed us how much she cared about each and everyone of her clients because it wasn’t texts trying to rush us to set a new date or rushing to decide if we were going to reschedule. Sarah sent messages of encouragement and support offering her ear, food from anywhere BUT the hospital, or just someone to talk to. Eventually it was finally time to reschedule , June 14th our new special day with our beautiful daughter now involved. Sarah handled all vendor questions while I figured out how to be a new mom. The weekend quickly arrived and at no point was I stressed about the flow of the big day. Sarah ran out rehearsal and made everything work for our wedding party of 26 guests, mostly children, and did it all with a smile and within an hour which will forever impress me. On our big day Sarah and Rochelle arrived ready to hype me up even though I was in my jammies and brought an emergency bag loaded with anything we could potentially need in a pinch. The whole day wether it was a fan, a moment of quite, a passing glance of what is happening right now, food, drinks, or pulling our daughter away from the crowd so she could eat and get changed they were there and on top of it. The term wedding planner will never be enough for the service that Sarah and her team provide, she became so much more in our times of grief and in our moments of celebration she was there to cheer us on or pass the tissues. If you want just a wedding planner find someone else because Sarah and this team are so much more. I need to also give a shoutout to Rochelle who helped manage our big day when guests got hot when we needed water and food during pictures to even loading our car for us, she was an absolute rockstar!! 

I don't know if it would be possible to leave a better review for Sarah, she is the gold standard when it comes to wedding planning and coordination. I absolutely adore her both as a person and as a professional. My wedding day was one of those rare days (not to brag) - where absolutely nothing went wrong, and I credit Sarah 100% for her incredible leadership, attention to detail, preparedness, and genuine joy for what she does. She has such deep knowledge of the Orlando wedding market, incredible connections as a result, and goes so far above and beyond expectations. She is able to so quickly understand the wedding vision and execute on that vision across all touchpoints. Sarah is able to strike that rare balance as a wedding vendor where she is simultaneously friend and professional, I always felt comfortable reaching out to her for questions throughout the entire wedding planning process. Sarah was an absolute lifesaver for us! She was with us through every part of the process while being informative, punctual, and professional! We were originally going to use one of our friends as a wedding coordinator and when plans fell through Sarah was there to take the lead at the drop of a hat! Sarah was beyond amazing the entire process. She was on top of everything and even things we did not think about. She offered to run errands and have hard conversations and sometimes just a sounding board. The most important thing she was though was the one who made sure that our day was OUR day! Even through the busy and the crazy. She had the timeline down and made sure all the vendors were on it as well. She saw our vision and helped bring it to life. You cannot go wrong with her! Not to mention she is a dang good time!

Gro by love events hit my baby shower out of the park! I never needed to ask for anything as she read my mind for what was needed! The amount of love and attention to detail that went into everything just made me be able to enjoy and fellowship with my guests without worrying about a plan for how things would go. Will be using her in the near future!

I've known Sarah for a long time and knew that she would be the only person that could make my special day go according to plan. I had a smaller wedding (28 guests), but we had it out of town in New Orleans, which made planning a little more difficult. I originally thought I could handle this low-key event myself because I'm an OCD planner for everything and I'm glad that in the end I didn't! I ended up being a nervous ball of emotions on my wedding day and I'm so happy Sarah was there to keep me calm and told me not to worry about anything except enjoying the day. SHE LITERALLY DID EVERYTHING! From carrying my bouquet + dress while running through downtown to take our wedding photos, to making sure every little visual detail came to life in our wedding space. If you're on the fence about getting a coordinator on your special day, do yourself a favor and have Sarah there with you to take the stress away so that you can enjoy every moment!

No amount of words can really do justice the amazing work that Sarah did. I got the honor of meeting Sarah by winning a galentine's day event on Instagram and THANK GOD I did. I knew that having a coordinator for a wedding day would be important but the event we were having was so different, I thought I could do it on my own. What I learned from that is simply even if you think you can, get the freaking planner, because they will save your life (mostly if you hire Sarah). But seriously, she went so above and beyond for our day. She surprised me with the perfect arch which I didn't think we could have. She kept everyone calm. She negotiated with our venue. Like I said, there are truly not enough words to fully cover how amazing she is.

Now, not only did I get blessed with the best day because of her, but also acquired a new bestie!

Sarah is simply amazing. She loves what she does and that is the reason she does an awesome job at planning events. She takes the time to listen and understanding what you need and makes sure every little detail is taken care of. We had an amazing time at my daughters sweet 16 party because Sarah and her team made sure my daughters dream was possible.
