I would highly recommend Marie Nicole Weddings. Marie is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Her customer service is second to none. She took our daughter's mood board and brought every detail of her dream wedding to life for us. During our planning sessions she was always very organized and invaluable for keeping everything on track. She has wonderful resources and vendor relationships. She helped my daughter and I keep a wonderful relationship throughout the whole planning process that was stressful and challenging at times. Marie was always prompt and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills on day of to ensure everything went as planned and was able to handle the logistics as a true professional. Marie goes above and beyond to make your event special and as a client you feel like you are the only thing on her agenda. She handled some rather sensitive day of matters in a way we could never had planned for and never did we see her get flustered. The pastor handling the wedding service commented that this was the easiest and least stressful rehearsal and day of that he had ever experienced. He complimented us and indicated that Marie was not only a gift for Lauren and Garrett, it was a gift to him! I would highly recommend her for any event that you need help in planning/coordinating. She will exceed every expectation you have.

Marie Nicole planned the most BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT wedding for us — she really understood our personalities, families, and taste!! Working through the entire wedding process was seamless, so organized, and we didn’t even feel stressed about the wedding at all because she was able to coordinate with all the vendors and truly make our perfect day perfect! We could not have done this without her and are truly so thankful!!

When I say she understood us so much I mean that she was able to chose perfect vendors, design invitations and signs, and worked to ensure that everything was in line and felt so much like us as a couple. Our whole family was able to enjoy the entire wedding week because Marie Nicole was able to take everything off our plates and ensure that we all had the best time.

She planned our rehearsal, worked with our in-laws to ensure that the vibe matched the wedding vibe and that it was in line with everything we wanted. She also planned a pickleball event for us and brought the coffee cart and made us special drinks we requested!!! So unique and special!!!

1000/10 would recommend and am hoping I can plan another event to work with Marie Nicole again!!!

This review is long overdue, but Marie deserves every word of it. She was absolutely incredible, and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

One thing that immediately made us feel confident in choosing Marie was that she had done several weddings at our venue. It’s a smaller venue, and we were initially worried about space, but she reassured us from the very beginning that she knew exactly how to make it work. That confidence and experience meant so much to us.

I always knew I wanted a wedding planner because I had heard how much work goes into planning a wedding. At the time, I was also finishing my master’s degree, so I simply didn’t have the time or energy to manage all the logistics. I’ll admit (in a joking way) that I have a little bit of “trust issues” when it comes to letting someone take control of such an important day — but Marie very quickly showed me that I could trust her with everything. All I had to do was make the decisions, and she handled the rest.

The entire process felt seamless. She connected us with incredible vendors, and truly every single one of them was amazing — the food, DJ, photography, videography — we loved working with all of them. Marie clearly has a fantastic network of people she trusts, and it made the planning process so much easier.

The last couple weeks leading up to the wedding were when I really appreciated her the most. I was completely burnt out after finishing my graduate class just three days before the wedding and had serious decision fatigue. Marie stepped in and helped guide decisions and keep everything moving. Somehow she just knew exactly what I wanted without me needing to explain every detail. She’s truly a wedding guru — she just gets it.

Beyond her expertise, Marie was also so personable and fun to work with throughout the entire process. On the wedding day, she was incredibly professional and completely on top of everything. She made sure we were taken care of and comfortable every moment of the day. We felt so at ease and were able to fully enjoy the day without lifting a finger.

The week leading up to the wedding, the forecast showed nonstop rain — including on our wedding day. We were having an outdoor wedding and really didn’t want a tent, and Marie reassured us over and over again that everything would work out. Even though the forecast said rain, she remained calm and confident the entire time. And somehow, she was right — the day turned out beautiful and sunny. We had a small rain shower about 15 minutes before the ceremony, and she handled it with complete ease. It didn’t affect the day at all.

Marie truly made the entire experience feel effortless, and I can’t imagine our wedding without her. If you’re considering hiring her, do it. You will be in the best hands possible.

I am so grateful for Marie. I thank her for her patience when we first started working together and me being unsure of what I wanted or was seeking out for but she waited for me to figure it all out and I don't think I could have planned my wedding without her because I learned so much on what is needed to be done that I probably wouldn't have known without her. She was a very big help from the big to small details and her biggest recommendation was knowing someone who could alter my dress after we found out we were pregnant (ended up married at 22 weeks). I would recommend her to any new bride because planning a wedding is not easy and you need someone in your corner to have those hard conversations while you sit back and do as much relaxing as possible. I also recommend her because you never know what is expected in a wedding and without having her, I'd probably come up short on many things!

From our very first meeting to the final send-off, working with Marie was an absolute joy. We engaged Marie for our May 2025 wedding in Vero Beach, FL, at the recommendations of many. And those recommendations couldn’t have been more accurate. We were living at the time in the New York metropolitan area, so we put a lot of trust in Marie's recommendations for locations, vendors, and details - and she delivered!

Marie kept us comfortably ahead of schedule at every turn, gently guided decisions with her expertise while honoring our own style and priorities. We trusted her completely - and she earned that daily trust through clear communication, thoughtful options, and a reassuring presence that made the entire process feel easy.

Marie’s vendor recommendations were fantastic, her timeliness was meticulous, and her creative touches brought our vision to life. On the wedding day, everything flowed seamlessly; we were able to be fully present because Marie quietly handled every detail with attention and care. I happened to be one of those optimistically (slightly delusional) brides who thought they did not need a planner. Thank goodness my now husband pushed me in the opposite direction. I truly do not even know where to begin with Marie Nicole. Not only is she the most organized, well connected, experienced person for the job, she will become your number one fan, biggest advocate and place to go for support. She has worked with the best of the best and you will now have a list of vendors that will match your vision and dreams! She keeps everything on track, so you only have to worry about the "fun" parts. Above all she TRULY sees your wedding as if her best friend or herself was getting married. It's very clear this is not just a job for her. She pours her heart into your wedding and she will do everything in her power to make it exactly what you want, and then some. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding planner, Marie Nicole. She took care of my daughter's wedding from literally start to finish, and the entire experience was absolutely flawless and painless. From day one, she consistently went above and beyond, always mindful of our budget while clearly explaining where it was worth investing and where we could save without sacrificing quality. Marie Nicole is wonderful. From our first interaction with her straight through the wedding and coffee afterwards, she was on top of every detail. Where do I even begin? Marie Nicole is SO much more than a wedding planner. She becomes your voice, your guide, and truly a friend throughout the entire wedding journey.

I realized I needed help during my engagement party, when it felt like every guest had a question for me: “Where’s the bathroom?” “Do you have more cups?” “What flavor are the cupcakes?” You name it, they asked it. And as much as I loved my party, it was exhausting. I hardly got to enjoy any of it. That’s when I knew I needed someone who could be the go-to person for everyone: my family, my vendors, and my guests so I could actually enjoy the moments I worked so hard to create.

And Marie was exactly that person and more.

She helped me find the best vendors that fit my budget, communicated with them directly, and made sure every detail stayed on track (which is saying something, because this girl right here is a procrastinator at heart!). On the wedding day, she had everything organized, handled every question, every detail, and even made sure I had food and drinks.

I literally showed up, got ready, enjoyed my wedding, and left with absolutely nothing to worry about. It was the BEST day of my life!

And beyond all of that Marie became my friend. She is genuinely caring, thoughtful, and such a special person. I am so grateful that life brought us together.
