Marie Nicole is the BEST!
Marie Nicole planned the most BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT wedding for us — she really understood our personalities, families, and taste!! Working through the entire wedding process was seamless, so organized, and we didn’t even feel stressed about the wedding at all because she was able to coordinate with all the vendors and truly make our perfect day perfect! We could not have done this without her and are truly so thankful!!
When I say she understood us so much I mean that she was able to chose perfect vendors, design invitations and signs, and worked to ensure that everything was in line and felt so much like us as a couple. Our whole family was able to enjoy the entire wedding week because Marie Nicole was able to take everything off our plates and ensure that we all had the best time.
She planned our rehearsal, worked with our in-laws to ensure that the vibe matched the wedding vibe and that it was in line with everything we wanted. She also planned a pickleball event for us and brought the coffee cart and made us special drinks we requested!!! So unique and special!!!
1000/10 would recommend and am hoping I can plan another event to work with Marie Nicole again!!!

The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding
This review is long overdue, but Marie deserves every word of it. She was absolutely incredible, and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
One thing that immediately made us feel confident in choosing Marie was that she had done several weddings at our venue. It’s a smaller venue, and we were initially worried about space, but she reassured us from the very beginning that she knew exactly how to make it work. That confidence and experience meant so much to us.
I always knew I wanted a wedding planner because I had heard how much work goes into planning a wedding. At the time, I was also finishing my master’s degree, so I simply didn’t have the time or energy to manage all the logistics. I’ll admit (in a joking way) that I have a little bit of “trust issues” when it comes to letting someone take control of such an important day — but Marie very quickly showed me that I could trust her with everything. All I had to do was make the decisions, and she handled the rest.
The entire process felt seamless. She connected us with incredible vendors, and truly every single one of them was amazing — the food, DJ, photography, videography — we loved working with all of them. Marie clearly has a fantastic network of people she trusts, and it made the planning process so much easier.
The last couple weeks leading up to the wedding were when I really appreciated her the most. I was completely burnt out after finishing my graduate class just three days before the wedding and had serious decision fatigue. Marie stepped in and helped guide decisions and keep everything moving. Somehow she just knew exactly what I wanted without me needing to explain every detail. She’s truly a wedding guru — she just gets it.
Beyond her expertise, Marie was also so personable and fun to work with throughout the entire process. On the wedding day, she was incredibly professional and completely on top of everything. She made sure we were taken care of and comfortable every moment of the day. We felt so at ease and were able to fully enjoy the day without lifting a finger.
The week leading up to the wedding, the forecast showed nonstop rain — including on our wedding day. We were having an outdoor wedding and really didn’t want a tent, and Marie reassured us over and over again that everything would work out. Even though the forecast said rain, she remained calm and confident the entire time. And somehow, she was right — the day turned out beautiful and sunny. We had a small rain shower about 15 minutes before the ceremony, and she handled it with complete ease. It didn’t affect the day at all.
Marie truly made the entire experience feel effortless, and I can’t imagine our wedding without her. If you’re considering hiring her, do it. You will be in the best hands possible.

Elopement wedding
I am so grateful for Marie. I thank her for her patience when we first started working together and me being unsure of what I wanted or was seeking out for but she waited for me to figure it all out and I don't think I could have planned my wedding without her because I learned so much on what is needed to be done that I probably wouldn't have known without her. She was a very big help from the big to small details and her biggest recommendation was knowing someone who could alter my dress after we found out we were pregnant (ended up married at 22 weeks). I would recommend her to any new bride because planning a wedding is not easy and you need someone in your corner to have those hard conversations while you sit back and do as much relaxing as possible. I also recommend her because you never know what is expected in a wedding and without having her, I'd probably come up short on many things! -

I happened to be one of those optimistically (slightly delusional) brides who thought they did not need a planner. Thank goodness my now husband pushed me in the opposite direction. I truly do not even know where to begin with Marie Nicole. Not only is she the most organized, well connected, experienced person for the job, she will become your number one fan, biggest advocate and place to go for support. She has worked with the best of the best and you will now have a list of vendors that will match your vision and dreams! She keeps everything on track, so you only have to worry about the "fun" parts. Above all she TRULY sees your wedding as if her best friend or herself was getting married. It's very clear this is not just a job for her. She pours her heart into your wedding and she will do everything in her power to make it exactly what you want, and then some. The Best Decision We Made (Besides Saying "I Do")!
Where do I even begin? Marie Nicole is SO much more than a wedding planner. She becomes your voice, your guide, and truly a friend throughout the entire wedding journey.
I realized I needed help during my engagement party, when it felt like every guest had a question for me: “Where’s the bathroom?” “Do you have more cups?” “What flavor are the cupcakes?” You name it, they asked it. And as much as I loved my party, it was exhausting. I hardly got to enjoy any of it. That’s when I knew I needed someone who could be the go-to person for everyone: my family, my vendors, and my guests so I could actually enjoy the moments I worked so hard to create.
And Marie was exactly that person and more.
She helped me find the best vendors that fit my budget, communicated with them directly, and made sure every detail stayed on track (which is saying something, because this girl right here is a procrastinator at heart!). On the wedding day, she had everything organized, handled every question, every detail, and even made sure I had food and drinks.
I literally showed up, got ready, enjoyed my wedding, and left with absolutely nothing to worry about. It was the BEST day of my life!
And beyond all of that Marie became my friend. She is genuinely caring, thoughtful, and such a special person. I am so grateful that life brought us together.

After planning my wedding with Marie Nicole, I don’t know how my mom and I would’ve done it on our own! If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, please hire Marie! She has so many wonderful connections in the community making choosing vendors so much more streamlined and relieves the burden of having to research them on your own. My husband and I live in Tampa but were planning our wedding in Vero. My mom attended our monthly meetings with Marie in person, and we were able to join via Zoom so that we remained actively involved in the planning process. Marie demonstrated professionalism, keeping everything organized and systematic, but also quickly became a friend, doing everything in her power to bring my wedding dreams (and Pinterest board) to life! She took the time to listen and attend to all of the little details in order to make our wedding unique and special. She even designed our custom wedding crest and all our stationary which turned out beautiful! Her vision, experience, and creativity allowed me to trust her completely. Marie’s hard work and effort made our wedding day so special! From start to finish, Marie helped the wedding and planning process go so much smoother! She is the reason that my mom and I were able to enjoy the wedding day and not stress about a thing! Marie helped keep me calm and collected by removing certain burdens from me on the wedding day. She helped us navigate the inevitable hiccups such as being short a boutonniere (she literally made a new one from flowers in my bouquet and I had no idea), managing and de-escalating uncomfortable situations, and handling wardrobe malfunctions. Marie is the reason that my husband and I never left the dance floor all night and got to live in the moment! We never worried about a thing because Marie handled all of the details and kept everything on track with our timeline! I am so glad we made the decision to hire Marie Nicole to play an integral part in our special day!

This was a destination wedding and we knew nothing about Vero Beach. Marie Nicole's recommendations for everything were spot on. She dealt with so many obstacles during that whole "pre-wedding experience", including a worried mom and perfectionist bride. She stayed focused and on task for us. Her ability to redirect in a second is uncanny. Due to weather, we had to switch venues 9 days before the wedding. She reassured us and found us several viable options within 24 hours. Our wedding in March 2024, at Magnolia Manor in Vero Beach, Florida, was everything we hoped for and more, thanks to Marie Nicole. Planning a wedding from across the country is no small feat, but Marie made it feel not only possible but also enjoyable.
We live on the West Coast, and it was extremely helpful to have a wedding planner who knows the Vero Beach area so well and has a community of reliable vendors and contacts. Marie was considerate of our budget and timeline for a wedding with a guest count of nearly 150 and many people traveling from out-of-state. She helped us to arrange for a hotel block near our venue when initially we had been having difficulty getting quotes. She worked with our caterer to accommodate the many dietary restrictions of our wedding guests and form a dinner menu that worked for everyone! Being a bride with some dietary restrictions myself, I was impressed by Marie’s ability to make sure that I had many options at all meals, from the rehearsal dinner, through the wedding, and into the following day’s lunch!
What stood out to us was how Marie tuned into our vision of a tropical, community-centric celebration. She nailed it, from the flowers and music to the overall ambiance, making our day feel personal and true to us. Marie made sure things ran smoothly so that we could fully enjoy the moment with friends and family.
Choosing Marie was one of the best decisions we made. Her experience, organization, connections, and ability to execute were invaluable. We're grateful for her hard work and how she went above and beyond, making our wedding a day we'll always remember fondly.

As soon as I had my first meeting with Marie Nicole I knew I needed her help. My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner. I had vendors and a venue in place and she was able to pick up right where I left off & take over. She always answered every email and text promptly. If I had a question, she had an answer. The night before our wedding, I found out we had unexpected guests that were planning on attending. She overheard the conversation & already had it figured out before I even brought it up to her. She was always two steps ahead. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. We were able to enjoy our time with our family & friends eating, dancing & making memories. I don’t think we ever left the dance floor. If anything went wrong, I had no idea. Marie Nicole was by our side before, during and after our wedding. Marie brings her wedding A-game every step of the way
Marie was an absolute gem. Her attention to detail, check-ins, meetings and everything in between always ensured we were on the same page and never behind schedule. And, if there were ever any issues with a vendor, she made sure to assist in handling the situation. Not only did Marie bring her wedding A-game every step of the way, she also became our friend. Moreover, while being an extremely important day in our lives, I was conscious that wedding vendors are constantly churning out weddings. I had an unplanned illness the day of my wedding. A lot of adjustments had to be made including contacting the vendors to notify them. She made my wedding even better than I expected originally with the last minute adjustments. I would recommend her to any bride but especially a busy bride who needs someone to take over and take care of the details! She was the best! -

Marie Nicole was a dream come true, and she executed flawlessly in making my wedding my dream wedding. She is confident, sweet, and extremely organized. If you get married in the south Florida area, she is incredibly connected in the wedding industry to dozens of fabulous vendors. I can’t thank her enough for the work leading up to my wedding and the seamless execution on my wedding day. She made my experience so fun and I hope every bride gets to feel the way that Marie Nicole allowed me to on my wedding day, and leading up to it. I had the truly awful experience of having 2 day of coordinators cancel on me. Marie stepped in and took over. I stopped using my checklist on my app. Because who needs it when someone is sending e-mails with to-dos every month? I truly looked forward to meeting with Marie every month. When she says she wants to form a relationship with her clients she truly means it. From the day I hired Marie until the day after the wedding she went above and beyond to help me in every possible way. If you are on the fence...do it. You need Marie for your wedding. -

The BEST Wedding Planner
Initially when I started planning my wedding I didn’t think I would need a wedding planner, but when the emails and contracts started adding up I knew I needed someone to help me out. I interviewed multiple people, but instantly knew I was going to hire Marie Nicole. From the moment we spoke on the phone I could tell she was professional, confident, and full of energy (which is exactly what I need). Throughout our planning process she kept me balanced and calm. She was always 3 steps ahead and always had everything under control. She helped us find a new caterer when our caterer became flaky and helped us find a new DJ within 1 week of the wedding (both of which were absolute hits!). Marie Nicole was easily the best decision we made, aside from getting married. If you hire her, you can feel confident that she will go above and beyond. I literally had zero concerns on my wedding day and if anything did go wrong I honestly had no idea about it, she handled it all. Marie is your girl for all wedding planning!! We were trying to plan our wedding for 2 years before deciding on hiring a planner, from our first meeting when we met Marie I knew everything was going to be okay!! She made me feel so comfortable and she knew exactly what I wanted after that meeting I stopped worrying about all the details and every time I started freaking out she made sure to reassure me that everything was going to be fine, Covid hit in the middle of planning and she was on top of everything. she made sure she kept in contact with all our vendors and on the day of made sure everything was just as we wanted. My husband and I and our families didn’t have to do a thing on the day of our wedding she took care of everything literally. Our family and friends have been raving about her til this day about how amazing Marie was and every time anyone needed anything Marie was right there . When hiring a wedding planner/coordinator go with Marie Nicole, 100%. She was the most amazing person to work with, she brought my vision to life, and heard our concerns if any came up. Nonetheless, both my parents tested positive for Covid-19, ONE WEEK BEFORE the wedding. So we had to postpone the wedding. Let me tell you my fiance and I were so stressed out but Marie jumped into action that day and was able to find 3 dates that our current vendors were available for and got them all scheduled on the new date we decided on! We had everything rescheduled the day she was informed, talk about "on it" and speedy! Our wedding day was perfect we couldn't have asked for anything more and a large part of that is due to Marie's professionalism and love for making weddings all they can and should be! Thank you so much Marie for making our special day one to remember. -

Dream Wedding!!
