My fiancé and I moved to Florida in April, knowing we would be getting married in July. Before we even moved, I contacted Jacqueline and made arrangements to meet with her once we arrived in Palm Bay.

Jacqueline was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She provided us with a list of trusted vendors, including our florist, limo service, and chair rental company, cake, etc which made planning our small, intimate sunrise beach ceremony so much easier. She kept everything organized and helped make our special day everything we dreamed it would be.

We are so grateful for Jacqueline’s support. Our wedding was canceled due to the hurricane, and it was rescheduled a week later. I can confidently say that we would not have had the wedding of our dreams without all of Jacqueline‘s help. Over the course of those two weeks, my now husband and I did not have to contact a single vendor because Jacqueline took care of it all for us. This allowed us more time to focus on making sure as many of our guests as possible could get into town safely. Jacqueline came to numerous vendor meetings and asked questions that we would not have thought of, and she took organized and tedious notes in a binder so I didn’t have to worry about remembering all of the little things. Jacqueline and her team set up our entire reception and took everything down, organized it, and made sure it was loaded in a car so that my husband and I could just enjoy each other and our company and not have to worry about anything. We were grateful for Jacqueline‘s help before our wedding was delayed, but her quick, organized, and seamless help made us immensely more grateful that we chose Jacqueline at Sincerely Yours Wedding and Events as our wedding planner and coordinator.

If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who truly has a passion for what she does, Jackie is your woman! She will guide you every step of the way to ensure your planning process and big day are stress free. Jackie gives you a detailed timeline so nothing feels too overwhelming at one time, which was huge for me! She met with me several times leading up to the wedding day, accompanied me on some important vendor appointments and took point the day of the wedding so that we could enjoy it. I highly recommend Sincerely Yours to any couple, and a bonus.. she has a variety of packages to choose from to best meet your needs! Thank you for helping us coordinate our special day!

I could not recommend Jackie anymore than I do! My husband was deployed and did not return home until less than 90 days before our ceremony and none of it could have happened if I didn't have her by my side. She was early to all of our appointments, and handled every crisis including a super rare hurricane so professionally and calmly. She was such an important asset to our wedding and I know she will be yours too. There isn't a vendor in the land of weddings that I think could even come close to her level of professionalism. Though you hope to never have to have another wedding, if my husband and I were crazy enough to have another ceremony for a vow renewal, she'd be the first person I'd dial.

I cannot BEGIN to say enough wonderful things about Jacqueline!!! I honestly don't know what we would have done without her professional expertise and calm, professional, kind, and uber-organized personality.

My now-husband and I thought that because we were having a relatively small wedding (35 people) that we could go it ourselves and didn't need a planner. How wrong we were!! The best decision we made in our wedding planning process, hands down, was to hire Jacqueline for month-of and day-of support.

We learned that even if you're having a small wedding, there are still more details than you ever could have imagined, and it is critical to have someone with experience in the field and local vendor contacts to help you figure out what you forgot or didn't know to think of and solve crises as they inevitably (and did) come up.

Jacqueline and her teammate Anna also allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day instead of spending the whole time running around and directing everything. To sum things up, I wish I could share a video clip that a bridesmaid sent me of when torrential rain and 45 mph winds took the power out while everyone was getting ready. You can hear Jacqueline in the background saying, "We will make it work!!!" And she absolutely did!

The #1 advice I will give any couple in the future will be to hire a planner from the very beginning, and if they're in Central Florida, to hire Jacqueline and Sincerely Yours. We wish we had hired her from day 1 of the planning process!

Jacqueline was wonderful from the get go and we couldn’t have ask for more. Lauren was also amazing. We had a great day and give these two a lot of the credit for making it happen on time and smoothly. We are more than satisfied and are very happy these two were part of our wedding. The one thing that was most valuable was that Jacqueline handled the vendors once I had chosen them, and took all of that pressure off of us. I would highly recommend her!!!
