I truly don’t know if there are enough words to explain what Vicky and Brittany at Paradise Weddings have meant to me throughout this entire experience. 🤍

From my very first call with Brittany, it felt like we had been lifelong friends. I was nervous going into it, but within minutes it didn’t feel like a wedding planning call at all—it felt like I was FaceTiming my best friend. And somehow, every conversation after that felt exactly the same.

Brittany wasn’t just incredible at her job (and when I say ON IT, I mean ON. IT. 👏🏼), she genuinely got to know me and my family. We talked about our kids, sports, family coming to town, the crazy Texas weather… we checked in on each other like actual friends. The communication was constant, personal, and so genuine.

Then came the day she had to pass me along to the next step of the process, and I remember thinking, “Great, now I have to start all over with someone new.”

NOPE.

Enter Vicky—my new bestie. 🤍

I didn’t have to explain myself, repeat my story, or start from scratch. Vicky already knew it ALL. She stepped in like she had been there from day one and helped me with EVERYTHING. These two women worked together so seamlessly that I never once felt like I was being “passed off.” I just felt like my little wedding planning family grew.

They were personable, loving, patient, kind, and truly one of the biggest blessings throughout this process. Wedding planning is supposed to be stressful, but with these girls on your team, it just… wasn’t. Every ounce of communication with the resort was handled. If the resort was slow to respond, they followed up—again and again. They constantly checked on me, kept me updated, and made sure there was as little stress on my shoulders as possible.

It was SEAMLESS.

And then, after all of their hard work helping me plan our Mexico wedding, something completely unexpected happened. A family member blessed us by surprising us with my absolute DREAM venue stateside—a venue I truly never thought I would get to have.

Which meant I had to cancel Mexico.

That call was SO bittersweet. We were sad. We cried. After all those months of planning, talking, laughing, and becoming part of each other’s lives, it genuinely felt like I was saying goodbye to friends—not wedding planners. Our time together was ending way sooner than we ever expected.

Or so I thought. 🥹

MONTHS later, these girls remembered my baby’s FIRST BIRTHDAY and texted me.

That right there tells you everything you need to know about Vicky and Brittany.

I wasn’t a booking number. I wasn’t just another bride on their calendar. They cared about me, my wedding, my family, and my babies—and you simply cannot teach that kind of heart.

Vicky & Brittany, thank you for every phone call, every follow-up, every check-in, every laugh, every “I’ve got it,” and every single time you made me feel like I was your only bride. Thank you for loving on my family and making what could have been an incredibly stressful season feel exciting and easy.

Paradise Weddings may have given me wedding planners, but somehow I walked away with two people I will genuinely never forget.

I will love y’all forever. And since apparently canceling my destination wedding wasn’t enough to get rid of me…

Paradise Weddings helped my partner and me plan the wedding of our dreams at the Fives Beach Hotel. They were attentive to our needs, consistent in their communication, and ready to solve any and all issues that came up. Giliane took really good care of us and was available to ensure that every detail in the planning process was followed. I called her every other day (lol), and she was always ready to problem-solve and address anything that came up with our guests. Mitzi communicated with all of our guests, ensuring that their travel itineraries and room requests were fulfilled. My experience: Paradise Weddings has been super helpful and communicative from the very beginning. I initially started working with Ryan to come up with a destination and he was patient, straight forward and such a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t decide on a resort but he kept trying with me and finally we found one that checked all the boxes. Ryan was so much fun to work with and he stayed on top of everything with rates, communicating to the resort, making sure prices aligned, etc. Once we secured the resort, we then begin working with Carolina on booking the rooms. Carolina was another joy! She again, stayed on top of all the rooms, always willing to meet with me, super friendly, all the guests loved her. Once the rooms were booked, we worked with Ernesto on transportation - another rockstar!

It’s so easy to reach out to the team and someone is always there to respond with any questions you may have. Even if you have special requests, they will try their best to accommodate it. Fast forward to the wedding, everything turned out wonderfully!! I couldn’t have been more happier that I chose paradise weddings to work with. I even invited Ryan and Carolina to the wedding and we are still connecting post wedding. I’m actually sad the experience has come to an end but if there is anyone out there thinking of having a destination wedding, please consider Paradise Weddings. From beginning to end, incredible experience. The bonus is you don’t have to pay and you end up getting paid at the end (which to my surprise was a pretty good amount). The videos, experience, professionalism were truly appreciated!

Paradise Weddings made it so easy to plan our destination wedding! Lindsay Welch and the team played a huge role in making the most challenging part of planning a destination wedding stress-free. First and foremost, they helped us choose a venue in our budget, gave us the spark notes of each place so we didn’t have to do tons of research, and gave super important information about each place to help guide our decision on which resort was truly best for us and our family.

Once we chose our venue with their help, they communicated with our loved ones about deadlines for payments, room options with a booking link, transportation to and from the airport through Lomas travel (which was so fun and luxury), and answered even the silly questions that my family may have asked along the way. They sent out reminders, got back to people promptly, and were thorough in their communication with us. They exceeded my expectations and helped me focus on bride things rather than technical details.

Lindsay’s attentiveness and excitement for my own wedding made me feel so cared about as a person and not just a client. She communicated with me as my family got booked, asked me about how I was feeling throughout the process, and made me feel like my wedding was a priority to her. From the welcome call on, she gave me her most genuine self which set the tone for the rest of my experience. I am thankful for her and the team for making the “work” side of a destination wedding the easiest part for us.

We had a blast at Iberostar Selection Playa Mita.🏝️ Such a beautiful resort with amazing hospitality! Adriana, the day of coordinator was amazing! She took care of me and my family. As far as booking and planning remotely, Paradise Weddings has been wonderful! From the start, Lindsey was extremely helpful. She introduced us our travel coordinators, Virgina (Vicky) Ortiz and Ernesto Vazquez. They went above and beyond for my husband and my myself and of course of guests!😊 Paradise Wedding, thank you for all that you do! My family and friends were a little concern that I was planning a wedding remotely, but because of this amazing team I had zero concerns. I had the wedding of my dreams surrounded by the people we love the most!🤍🥹

All I can say is, WOW!!! This company and team is truly the best of the best!!! I feel so blessed I found them and they immediately were quick to move things along for us. Ryan Crane, you are the man! Ask for him when finding the perfect resort for you! They will give you a PowerPoint presentation with different resorts that will fit your needs/requests! Once picked out, a travel coordinator will be assigned for booking you and your guests rooms! We had Isabel and is truly one of my friends now. Karla got introduced to us the last couple months of planning and was in charge of transportation to and from the airport. Her and Isabel are the dream team! All of our guests were so impressed with how quickly they answered emails and how they gracefully handled any requests. I will genuinely miss talking to them on the regular. Paradise Weddings is the best travel agency, hands down!!! I will forever be grateful for them for making our wedding and all the coordination that goes into a destination wedding happen so seamlessly!
