Even though our wedding was in Charlotte, my husband and I planned it from California. Ashley made the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable. From the very beginning, she kept us organized, helped us think through the details we would’ve never considered and coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors. Ashley’s communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring. We always felt like we were in good hands, even when we couldn’t be there in person. On the day of the wedding, her behind-the-scenes work was an absolute must. She handled everything with such patience and efficiency that we were able to fully relax and enjoy the wedding. Thank you, Ashley and team, for the best wedding day we could’ve hoped for. You brought our vision to life and helped create memories we’ll cherish forever. We truly couldn’t have done it without you!

Melanie was an absolute dream to work with. From the very beginning, her calm, easygoing personality immediately put us at ease. She is incredibly organized and met with us multiple times throughout the planning process, always leaving us feeling confident and stress-free. We did a lot of DIY for our wedding and had friends and family helping, which can actually create more behind-the-scenes work — and Melanie handled it all flawlessly. She kept every detail and piece of information organized in one place, answered my random texts whenever a thought popped into my head, and constantly reassured us that everything was under control. That alone was so comforting. As much as I loved how organized she was leading up to the wedding, she truly shined on the day of. She remained visibly calm the entire time, even when things didn’t go exactly as planned — and somehow fixed everything immediately without us ever feeling the stress. She absolutely killed it. To top it all off, she even dropped off our car keys the next morning after we accidentally left them at the venue. We couldn’t recommend Melanie enough — she was worth every penny and then some.

The level of professionalism and attention to detail Kevin brought in planning our daughter’s wedding is unmatched. He made her vision come to life and executed every detail perfectly. Along the way, he found additional ways and ideas to enhance the design and created a schedule to ensure the day went smoothly. We enjoyed our meetings with him. Kevin truly cares about his clients and plans every detail like it was is own wedding. We cannot thank him enough for helping to plan a beautiful wedding!

Summer and the Firefly team really made our wedding the best day! I made unique/specific requests throughout the process, and Summer always rolled with my vision, providing opinions and navigating challenges with professionalism. The day of was truly perfect, I didn't lift a finger and the table settings, ceremony music, multiple locations/shuttles, and food all went off without a hitch. I HIGHLY recommend this team. She also counseled me through the potential for rain during an outdoor spring wedding, and while we were lucky not to have it, we were fully prepared for the possibility.

When I started planning my wedding the first thing I researched was the best planner in NC and immediately found Lisa! From the very first call we had she felt like a friend I’ve know forever and I knew I could trust her with our big day and boy did she deliver!! Lisa and her team are masters of their craft but what really sets them apart is how personable they are and truly how much they care about the couples they work with. When I say no detail was missed I mean it. She was all over our vendors to ensure we made our deadlines, guided all of our design session, crafted the timeline to perfection and day off I didn’t lift a finger. I thought I would have been a ball of stress day of but between Lisa and Gianni I had total peace of mind that everything was under control.  I cannot thank Lisa and team enough for making the wedding of our dreams come true and would highly recommend them to any future brides out there!

Heather & Elise are THE BEST planners I could have ever asked for. From our very first meeting to the last, I felt as if we were in the best hands. During the entire planning process, the two of them were great with communication, great at being transparent, and more importantly, great with every idea that we had for our wedding. They truly cared about our vision for the wedding and exceeded our expectations in every way. Even on wedding day, I could feel the passion and commitment that they were putting into our day. I am jealous of every other bride and groom that now get to work with them! They truly felt like family and I could not be more grateful :)

Beth was amazing from start to finish; we knew from the first meeting that she understood our vision, details, cares, and concerns. She listened attentively to all the brainstorming, which helped us choose our vendors and details early in the process, so it felt like we sailed through a year of planning as stress-free as possible. On the week of the wedding to the day after, she was there for everything, down to the minutes. Every detail was accounted for, every person was well communicated with, and knew where to be when. Our wedding day was set up for success, and it was perfect from sunrise to our grand exit. She helped plan a surprise for the groom and helped coordinate care for our pups so they could be included in our special day and safely returned home. We felt that Beth went above and beyond to make our day special, and it was worth every penny.

As I was planning a wedding from out of town, I wanted to find a coordinator who could steer me towards local Asheville vendors while also staying in my budget. I was immediately put at ease during my consult phone call with Kiersa. Even before we selected her as our coordinator, she provided me with some vendor lists and contacts so we could fully research before making our decision. She was very thoughtful and understanding when planning our zoom meetings around my work schedule and was able to meet and plan with vendors while my now husband and I were at work! Her extensive experience at the Biltmore and Asheville led to the most beautiful and stress free wedding day!

Choosing Nicole Conder as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process. She is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in her clients. She helped us find amazing vendors, guided us through every decision, answered countless questions, and kept everything moving smoothly while still giving us the time we needed to make important choices. Several vendors told us we had the best planner in town—and they were right. Our wedding was an absolute joy, and we have Premier Party Planners to thank for so much of that. Highly recommended!
