Hair and makeup held strong through an extremely windy & kinda wet day on top of the Blue Ridge mountains, it was such a great experience all around! 🤍🩷

Katie and Laura were absolutely fantastic! Not only are they both so talented, but they were so easy to work with as well. My girls and I felt so naturally beautiful on my wedding day thanks to these two. I cannot recommend Collective Beauty enough!

My hair and makeup were SOO good. Amy helped me through the whole morning and honestly hiring her was one of the best things I did for my wedding. She’s so kind and just such a warm person. Hire Amy if you want to look amazing but also feel like a bride!!

Adrienne was AMAZING and so great to work with. I started the wedding planning process not sure what I wanted with my hair and makeup. I finally decided to reach out to Adrienne and she was so easy to talk to and did amazing work. I was blown away by the trial run, and all of my anxiety about the day of washed away. Her expertise made me so comfy my wedding photos the day of look beautiful; especially because I felt so pretty it boosted my confidence. Would 100% recommend her services to anyone on the fence or looking! Thank you so much for making my day breathtaking!

Glimmer in Kitty Hawk was the perfect place to get ready for our wedding day! The salon itself was absolutely adorable and had the perfect lighting for taking all of our getting-ready photos. The entire team was also incredibly easy to work with, which I especially appreciated as someone planning a wedding from out of state. Grace did my hair, as well as most of my bridesmaids’ hair, and she did a phenomenal job! She listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and was incredibly meticulous about making sure everything was just right. I really appreciated how she asked thoughtful questions to make sure she fully understood my vision before getting started. My hair looked absolutely beautiful and stayed in place the entire night—which is truly impressive considering how much dancing I did! Katie did our makeup, and it was absolutely PERFECT! She listened to what each of us wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and went above and beyond to help us achieve our dream looks. I genuinely wish I could look like that every day! Everyone was so complimentary of how beautiful our makeup looked while still allowing us to look like ourselves. Katie did an amazing job making us feel glamorous without making us look overly made up or unnatural. Both Grace and Katie were incredibly talented, professional, and wonderful to work with. They helped make getting ready on our wedding day such a fun and memorable part of the experience. I would highly recommend Glimmer to any bride or bridal party getting married in the Outer Banks!

Jenn was fantastic with my makeup! I didn’t have the best experience there with my hair, but Jenn made up for that by taking care of our makeup with professionalism and kindness! I felt beautiful on my wedding day! Highly recommend makeup at this location!

The whole hair & makeup team were amazing. They were all so kind, flexible, and did amazing work. All of us were so happy with our results. Charlotte was super easy to book everything through, and was able to answer all of my questions. Would definitely recommend booking them for your next event!

From my trial, I knew I was in great hands. The artists (Alex & Mallory) were incredibly talented, professional, and so much fun to work with. I wanted a natural makeup look, and Alex absolutely nailed it. I felt like the best version of myself while still looking completely like me. Even more impressive, my hair and makeup stayed flawless all night long despite plenty of dancing and my normally frizzy hair! My bridesmaids and both moms looked absolutely gorgeous as well. We could not have been happier with the team and would highly recommend them to any bride.

These ladies were so much fun to work with!! Planned a wedding from KY! They were able to fit me in for a trial run on hair and makeup prior to the wedding after we arrived in NC!
