Savannah and her team were amazing! She is super professional and had a good course of communication before the trial to the wedding day. She was super helpful and helped me change my makeup look after the trial to something that was the most amazing that I’ve ever felt about myself. She even stayed personally to help me touch up my makeup and put on body glitter way after she was supposed to leave, which I can’t thank her enough for! I will recommend her and her team to every new bride, I know!

My hair and makeup turned out AMAZING! I cannot recommend enough! I booked for my maternity photos and I felt like an absolute goddess. Having done pageants and modeling, I’ve worked with a lot of hair and makeup artists. They are my new #1! Do yourself a favor, look no further, and book ASAP for your wedding, photos, events, etc.

First of all, the entire team is AMAZING. Not only did I look like the most airbrushed version of myself but my entire bridal team looked gorgeous. I had a fairly diverse crew and the team was able to get everyone’s hair and makeup looking natural and flawless. I felt like a princess on my wedding day and I couldn’t have been happier with my service. The team came to me at my venue and brought the best vibes to set the tone for the day. I am extremely picky about hair and makeup and there wasn’t a single thing I didn’t love. 12/10 would recommend. There is no one better than Savannah and her team.

I am happy with how my hair and makeup came out for my wedding and glad we did a trial to make sure it was all that I wanted for the big day. Savannah and her team are very punctual and skilled. My only complaint is that she demanded her final payment upon finishing the job, even though she saw I was extremely rushed and stressed due to running late. I asked if I could send it once I get in my uber and she refused. I had every intention of paying her and thought this was inconsiderate given the circumstances.

I do not recommend Savannah to anyone. I initially booked a bridal trial to determine if I'd like to proceed with her for my wedding day, but I had to pay a deposit for the wedding day up front. $546 total that went down the drain. In hindsight, I should have booked a regular appointment, as the "bridal" trial was a very underwhelming experience with limited options, if any options at all.
She started out by prepping my skin with a makeup wipe. The final makeup look was nothing like the inspo pictures I provided. I had clearly requested a soft MATTE look but instead ended up with a very dewy look. She only had one set of lashes with her and it didn't suit my eyes at all. They were droopy and weren't curled, looking especially strange and unbalanced with the heavy eyeshadow. At one point she gave me a spoolie with mascara on it and told me to go into the bathroom and do my bottom lashes myself. Given the inclusivity mentioned on her website, This was extremely disappointing. I don't feel like she understood how to work with my features at all.
I had my trial on the same day as my bridal shower and ended up in tears and the makeup did not hold up at all. I had to redo it. There also wasn't a follow-up or anything. The makeup didn't make me feel confident, it did the complete opposite. As for the hair, her bag of hair tools were completely soaked with some type of liquid. It was very unprofessional.
During the trial she even said things like "Some brides would tell me they hate their makeup but then end up loving it when they see pictures" which was not reassuring in the slightest. I guess with this mentality she tried to send me a picture of the side by side she made of my final look vs my inspo picture which furthermore validated my feelings and concerns because they look extremely different!
When I mentioned that my nose contour wasn't strong enough she said she considered doing more but didn't know if would like it, It was odd that she didn't just ask me, especially since I was right in front of her and this was suppose to be a time to perfect my look for the most important day of my life. Additionally, she applied a very pink and glittery highlighter that looked like something I'd wear to a rave, not for my wedding, and again....completely different than the inspo pictures.
When I reached out to her a couple weeks later to share my feedback and concerns, she was defensive and combative.
Overall, my experience with Savannah was frustrating and disappointing. Their website claims that their passion is making women feel seen, heard and beautiful yet If you try to voice your opinion or give any feedback you will be gaslighted or left on read. If you want a makeup artist who listens, communicates well, and provides a professional experience, I suggest looking elsewhere. Don't let them ruin your big day! They genuinely do not care.
