I trusted Joanna to help make my ideas become a reality. I was so overwhelmed and it was so difficult to convey what I wanted even to my bridesmaids. I showed her all my pintrest boards and she came up with a game plan to give me what I wanted and It far exceeded what I expected. She helped my wedding day feel like a whimsical dream. Eveytime I look back on my wedding photos I am still so amazed and reminice about that day.

I can’t begin to tell you how amazingly beautiful these floral arrangements by Lovingly Flowers of Charlotte were at the Rehearsal Dinner! I was blown away. We walked in to the venue and I was floored. The single large bouquet which adorned the bride and groom table was stunning, and the eight smaller arrangements in the beautiful green leaf vases were absolutely perfect. Thank you for bringing this evening to a different level with your floral artistry~I honestly couldn’t have envisioned a more gorgeous array of flowers! And Tammy was a joy to work with at Lovingly. PS The bridal wedding bouquet was easily the most beautiful bridal bouquet I have ever seen.

Flowers Plus did a WONDERFUL job with my wedding and I would highly recommend them to any couple! From bouquets to centerpieces to venue decor, all of the arrangements were breathtaking and even more beautiful than I had envisioned. Most, if not all, of our guests commented on how gorgeous the flowers were. Joel was attentive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire planning process. The Flowers Plus team was prompt, professional, and a joy to work with on our wedding day. We could not be happier with their services and cannot thank them enough for making our day so beautiful!

I struggle with the rating of this review because the planning aspect of An English Flower Cottage's services was phenomenal. During the planning process, I worked with Mandy as the planner and the florist. Everything was great and she helped me find multiple vendors, even within three weeks of my wedding when I needed to find a new photographer. We had come up with the colors, made arrangements in her shop, and made a Pinterest board together. I could reach her via text, email, phone, we even had Zoom meetings. However, around the same three week mark that I needed a new photographer, Mandy told me that she was not going to be at my rehearsal dinner or my wedding and that instead it was going to be her daughter-in-law, Chassey, who would be taking over my wedding. I was assured that Chassey had been working with Mandy for 12 years and that it would all be great. This made me a little nervous, especially after the photographer incident, but I trusted Mandy so I said okay. They had a woman make my seating display for me, so I sent Chassey an inspiration photo of one I liked that was simple and used wax stickers to hold the seating charts to the mirror display. I was told my display would use wax stickers with the initial of our last name on them, but was never sent a photo of what they looked like. They ended up being cork with a sticker 'C' on them. Not at all the same thing and not at all in line with what our wedding looked like. I asked for a dress form to be brought on the night of the rehearsal dinner that way we could steam my dress that night, but that did not happen. And then when flowers were brought over, they were not the right colors, the ground arch was way smaller than I thought it was going to be and the arrangements that were at the top of the aisle were supposed to be an 'L' shape around the back of the chairs, but they ended up being just one flower pot on each side. This may have been so that Chassey could make the ground arch larger like I asked, but I am not sure and now have green plastic flower pots in all of my photos. The ground arch also had plastic flower pots showing. And when I asked why the flowers were white and not the colors Mandy and I agreed upon, the explanation I was given by Chassey was that those were the colors Mandy told her to use. The flowers were still beautiful, but since they were white they looked green against my champagne wedding dress, which is why I told Mandy I did not want white flowers. Mandy and I also discussed a bubble exit, and when my photographer asked what time we were doing this, Chassey said she had no idea this was in the plans. When it was time to clean up, Mandy did come and she told me that the reason my flowers were not the right color was because she had to refuse the original flowers that came in as they "looked like they had been used as a fly swatter." I am glad I did not have flowers that were actively falling apart, but it would have been nice to have been made aware of this beforehand instead of being surprised an hour before the ceremony. The flowers are not the important piece of a wedding so I did not make a big deal about it as it was all still beautiful. Everything worked out and Chassey did a great job with planning, communicating with vendors, and day of coordinating, it's just that communication fell through between her, Mandy, and myself along the way and it would have been nice to have some kind of explanation for any one of the mishaps that happened.

Katrin is such a kind and welcoming person, as well as an amazing florist! I gave her some colors that I wanted for the wedding, but I knew nothing about which flowers would be good or in season. She had photos for me of flower inspiration, but on the day it was like the pictures were in real life! The flowers were just stunning and made the day! The centerpieces and outdoor pieces were snatched up by guests afterwards!

Michelle was one of the best decisions I made to bring to my vendor team for my wedding. She is kind, knowledgeable, hospitable, and a plethora of other great things! She made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and handled all the details of my wedding day. She did it all - setting up and breaking down personal decor, coordinating with my other vendors (ex. handled Publix bakery drop off while I was getting ready. I could not recommend her more!

I wanted a wildflower look, and it was really important to me that all flowers were sourced from the Asheville area for my July wedding. Farm to Function was perfect for this! Amanda helped me develop a plan that would bring in pops of flowers while keeping costs relatively low. We chose to use bud vases on the reception tables and some larger arrangements along the aisle, which were then repurposed throughout the venue. I also got one bouquet for myself (the bride) and then got flower crowns for my bridal party and dog. The flower crowns were such a fun touch and held up through all night long through lots of dancing (something I was a little worried about). I'm so glad I went with Amanda! So easy to work with from start to finish.

Hiring Heather and Dani at Heatherly was one of the best decisions that we made while we were planning our wedding. When we got introduced to them, we had decided that we were going to do a destination wedding in the Dominican Republic and we knew the resort but we didn't have much else planned. I did not have a "vision" and openly admit that Pinterest is not one of my hobbies, so figuring out what we want the "vibe" to be was a job in itself! But they rose to the occasion. Heather listen and then delivered design boards and ideas to help us figure out what we wanted and from there made it happen. They kept us on a timeline and made sure that we knew what we needed to focus on and at what time. They were both easily accessible, and communicated via text and email which my husband and I greatly appreciated! Even when we made last minute requests for cold sparklers, and the resort needed an outside vendor, they made it happen. We also made the decision to have them travel with us, which I would highly recommend. I have been part of dozens of weddings some with a coordinator, some without and Heather and Dani by far blew everyone I have ever seen away. My husband's family is Spanish speaking and my family is English speaking, and they helped with translations, and ensured everyone knew what was going on regardless of the language needed. On the day of, they took all the stress off me, my mom and my sister - even making sure the guys were ready early, running back and forth to my room for things I forgot, rearranging my bouquet (by Heather herself), bringing food to our seats, ensuring we had drinks and sewing my dress when the bustle broke during the first dance. If you are considering hiring Heatherly for your wedding - BOOK THEM! On top of being wonderful, they are also super fun to hang out with and being around in general.

I cannot recommend Sofya enough! From the very beginning, she was incredible to work with. We had several virtual calls, and she truly took the time to understand my daughter’s style—even when my daughter herself wasn’t completely sure what she wanted yet. Sofya was patient, creative, and so thoughtful in guiding the process. On the wedding day, everything was absolutely stunning. The floral designs were beyond beautiful and far from standard arrangements. Sofya has such an artistic flair, and the attention to detail—even down to the rose petals—was amazing. Logistically, it was also a challenge because the flowers had to be moved from the ceremony venue to the reception space. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Sofya coordinated seamlessly with the wedding planner, and everything was handled perfectly. When we walked into the reception, the room literally took our breath away. Even the small details were thought of—the chairs, the arrangements, everything looked elegant and thoughtfully designed. It was such a relief knowing I could trust Sofya completely, which meant one less thing to worry about on such an important day. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, professional, creative, and truly cares about bringing your vision to life, I highly recommend Sofya. She helped make my daughter’s wedding day absolutely unforgettable.
